Anyway, this crash makes me feel a little better :-). Actually I said if it goes well they can rise 1-3 updates. But for a buyout to go well a large number of very rich people have to tie up billions in one item that has had 2 failed buyouts already. So Im sure people just paniced and flipped trying to make a quick few mil per shield. But yes partyhats seem to be doing very well. My Spectral sold overnight yesterday at max. : I don't know how you can keep track of all of these extremely wealthy people and manipulation clans but you definitely know your stuff. Actually I supply information about the market which may influence you buying it but it is at your own risk. I also post warnings every so often because people like you don't take responsibility for your actions and blame others because you didn't do your research on the item before you bought it. Buyouts can last minutes to weeks it all depends on how well organized it is. Not to mention 'rare' items from a buyout can become junk in a matter of minutes so it's very hard to predict it unless your in one of the groups doing it. Also heres something I posted a few days ago: I personally see phats crashing v soon , as in next few days. After they have crashed merches will be looking for a new item which i see being arcanes / spectrals. Both are at very low prices for what they can be bought out to AND an arcane sold at med price in ge today meaning not many are left min price in the ge. The arcane/spectral buyout started 3 days ago when the 'clan' started trading their 3rd age/junk for the arcanes and spectrals before they started the GE buyout. So after partyhats crash again I do expect an arcane/spectral buyout and they have a potential to hit 150M+ before the dump. Caution: In no way am I responsible for any loses you may have from trying to ride a buyout. If someone seems to be pumping something (right now, it seems to be partyhats), I assume they're holding that item and riding the price up. I don't really have a problem with the drivers of this thread using this forum to try to profit by influencing the market -- it should be on the readers to maintain a healthy skepticism about what's posted here. As for spirit shields I posted the info and people make the decision I don't manipulate people for my own personal gain that is as bad as price manipulation which I am stongly against. I'm sure calzo is the same way too. It is a form of adivce and not manipulation. In no way am i saying buy X make profit etc, as most people who pmed me after the Shields crashed know I only made a little bit of profit of those shields and I still own 1 arcane. Love that thing at rock lobs 8-) . Merching is a gamble and if anyone chooses to follow advice on this thread they really need to understand they are gambling with their money. That means nothing when you add the factors of this all: -The number of people who can kill the new creature -The number of people who WILL kill the new creature -The number of people willing to pay for an 80m shield to do so Added to: -The creature isn't going to be some super high level. -Many other mage based creatures are TONS cheaper and easier to just pray mage -The creature probably won't have a worthwhile drop- something new, however at 78 slayer, nothing to outshine whip/dark bow -As said, the creature won't be a high level (didn't they say 110 or so), and a DFS would probably suffice- 10 mage bonus, and if it is mage and melee, dfs has much higher melee def. = This new creature won't have any real effect on spectrals... the trick is to balance all of these methods to get 99 and either play real life or train another skill while farming. 635th to 99 Farming 12/16/07 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I'd stay away from them alot of people have them as junk and are going to dump as soon as they see them 'rising'. Otherwise all other 3rd age is complete junk.
