These merchers are cyclical, it'll go back up. It's a great shield don't get me wrong, but it's not worth 400M nor it is worth even 250M in my opinion. Sold it to the corper for white+cash. This is the best offer out there for an elysian so I'm happy. After some persuasion lala convinced me to do him a huge favor and sell it for his red+cash. That's taking half of what it's worth for it, but hey gotta <3: him. In the end I got what I wanted while making 19M in a ge rise.
