Your 126cmb, so you can crash me, right?

Maybe we can stop arguing about who 'deserves' to be at a boss monster and instead come up with a solution to automatically redistribute players in this situation?

Unlimited servers, which isn't going to happen.

So instanced dungeons is the answer.

shame it isnt well supported >:(

I feel like im the only upper leveled player supporting that

In most places, things seem to be survival of the fittest, and bosses seem to follow that rule. If people crash you because you're too weak, and you get annoyed about it, think of it like this. If you were killing a moss giant, and were stronger than it, would you want that moss giant to ask you to leave and go pick on something stronger, or would you just want it to be quiet...

Why would I tolerate intolerance?

Look, every decision involves trade-offs. If I decide to be considerate to players in game, I give up something: the time it takes me to find a different spot or world. If you decide to be selfish in game and refuse to make an effort to be considerate, you also give up something: people think you're a jerk.

Shoot the messenger if you want, but someone who proudly declares that they do what's good for them without considering others because all they care about is themselves is a selfish jerk. If you believe other players *don't* think that, you know nothing about people.

So, as before, make your choice, live with the consequences.

Soo, you admit to being intolerant then?

And you can be an arse on the forums, but you won't in game? I smell something funny.

There are no consequences...Which is why people crash.

Blade, wasn't talking about in game. Thing is, people are being "intolerant" of queltar's "almighty" opinion, by not agreeing with him. Thus, you and I are the "intolerant" ones, while queltar is the saint.

I protect myself from people crashing me if they try. I find a new world.. Unless I get there, and before I have even attacked anything the person starts yelling at me and telling me to leave, rudely. Then I will crash them.

I see this all the time. I think once I actually got a message from Jagex saying that I was reported for being brash to someone who kept shutting the door on me when I was training Cooking.

This kind of behavior is bullying. On many occasions you will never see 'said' player again, so afterwards you realize that the situation wasn't worth getting all worked up in.

I tend to do this while walking through the slayer cave or tower. It's not my monster, it's not my floor, but by golly I'll defend my right to it.

How, exactly, does one get "crashed" in a single combat zone?

Why should I care about other people because "they were there first"?

It's not your game; grow up.

What you dont understand is that theres a feeling of respect to the person who made preperations to go there before you did, and It is common curtsey to hop.

But some people just blow this feeling away like nothing, thinking they are the most important person in this game, which is absolute [cabbage]

I made preparations as well; are my feelings not feelings as well?

"If you [puncture] us, do we not bleed?

If you tickle us, do we not laugh? If you poison us,

do we not die? And if you wrong us, shall we not revenge?"

You can't argue that when you are treating those you are crashing with less respect simply because they are a lower level.

They can use the same to you.

Im going to open up with a story. 2 days ago, my friend only just became a member and wanted to see what its like to have a boss battle. I toke him to the weakest boss I could think of, giant mole. we got 4 kills in the half an hour we been there and 1 lv 126 shown up. we were waitin in the middle for the mole to spawn and i P.Med my friend not to talk, as he has a nack for saying the wrong things at the wrong times. this is how exactly the chat went down FYI, I screen shoted it to make sure I dont forget how it went :) :

Me: Will you please leave?

Me: Me and my friend have been here half an hour

Me: and he wants to enjoy his first boss battle.

126: 2 rangers against Maxed melee?

Me: please leave?

126: npe sorry (I did the spelling mistake on purpose, its what she said)

Me: Please?

Me: ...

126: GTFO..

Me: Runescapers..

At this current moment im lv 102 and my friend at that moment 79 (I know him IRL if you were wondering).

If you can relate to this, please tell us your story. :)

In conclusion I would like to know:

Do you Tip.It forumers think that because your a higher lv, you can crash anyone under because of your higher lv?

Or do you have respect for most runescape players and there current status and if there there first they should not be bugged to go to a different world, even though they have settled into the world there on all ready?

Your opinion plox :) .

That happened to me, i was at Dust devils, and i was fighting them for a task, and this 134 guy was there, iceblitz or something, and i went up to the north part to give him some space, (because i'm nice haha) and i only needed 2 dusties at a time, and then he starts purposly attacking the dusties i would attack, i would attack one, and he would attack the same one as me, and he would obviously kill them before me (i was 101 at the time) and i asked him to stop and i could have two, and he goes "Nope this is my spot now, thanks for helping me kill them noob" i was like wtf, so i hopped to another world. and he hopped too! i was like WTF@!@@#!@&$&*@%@!*&$ lol, so i finally ignored him and turned off private, but still i H A T E immature people like that.

As I see it (at least at certain boss monsters like dks) if it is not going to hurt you to spend what 30 seconds hopping rather than screwing over someone else why should you not do so? Is it really worth acting like (at least in my regards) a douchebag simply to avoid thirty seconds of hopping? At least in my mind the answer is a definitive no.

Crashing is sort of like an art, there are some people that are good at it and some that just enjoy it. It is mostly frowned upon by the majority of players, but once you get to that sort of "elite" level of boss hunting it just adds a new dimension to the hunt. Personally I believe that crashing a team that is under 130 combat is just plain wrong, anyone above that and its fair game.

I kind of enjoy getting crashed as 99 times out of 100 me and my team will keep our world and the crashers will have had to hop. There is a line with crashing and its hard for a lot of people to see it.

Crashing = good. From my part, that's it.

It hurts me alot if I don't use a full world for solo rex. Spawn times are important... It's not about the 30 secs it takes to hop, It's all about the extra hours I'll have to be down there to get the same amount of kills(and loot).

To be more subjective I have been crashed On solo mage worlds with ~800 population. (which I chose to specifically avoid being crashed by maxed solo mages) They could have hopped to a world with a higher population and as you said got a better rate of kills per hour but instead they decided to crash me for some reason (heck I will probably hop if you ask nicely) and in some cases were rather rude about it.

I see, that really is pathetic behaviour then. Crashing without a good reason ...

I've started to get crashed at rock lobs, even though I'm barraging with max mage bonus and I'm 99 mage/136 combat. But if I'm looking for a world to barrage in - they'll all be used if it's a peak time, then I'll crash anyone who isn't barraging. I have better gear and a stronger spell than them, so tough luck. Chances are they won't be able to burst any more lobs in ghostly robes till it's the middle of the night so they should stop whining about it.
