Toad
If there is truth in the saying that there is honour among thieves, and also that many hands make light work, then why is there no Thieves Guild? An entrepreneur by the name of Darren Lightfinger had this very thought, and is now recruiting guild members to help him build a splendid subterranean guildhall. To this end he is tasking rogue adventurers with rescuing a valuable artefact in our latest quest, Buyers and Cellars. Such a novice caper will be the perfect start to a long and illustrious career as a thief, but its only the beginning of Darrens ambitions for his Thieves Guild. Following on from the quest, he has a series of other capers planned to test the abilities of RuneScapes thieving community, each of which increases in complexity and requirements. As you complete these Thieves Guild capers you will, of course, receive suitable rewards in the form of loot and XP, plus youll also be contributing to the advancement of the guild, unlocking further facilities and opportunities for training Thieving. Mod MoltareRuneScape Content Developer Summary:Where to start Buyers and Cellars: Darren Lightfinger, in his cellar under the house north of Lumbridge's furnace. Requirements to start Buyers and Cellars: Completing Buyers and Cellars requires 5 Thieving; however, training will be offered to those of lower level. Post-quest Thieves' Guild jobs will require increasingly higher Thieving levels. In other news... The in-game logout interface now has options to either return to the lobby or to completely log out of the game (returning you to the login screen). You can now use the 'Enter/Return' key in the lobby to quick-reply to the last private message you received (when on the Friends List), in much the same way as you use 'Tab' for this in-game. Two weeks have passed since the release of Dungeoneering, so you can now claim experience in it from Tears of Guthix, Penguin Points and various reward lamps (excluding the reward for While Guthix Sleeps; this quest reward will be enabled at a later date). Dungeon generation code will no longer take into account your Summoning level when adding NPCs to rooms. Due to this, creating and using a familiar should now give you a bit more of an advantage. This week sees the return of the Lily of the Valley holiday content. This is a seasonal holiday in France, but the RuneScape event is available to everyone. To take part, simply pick some of the flowers around RuneScape! Patch notes [hide]The following small fixes and adjustments have now been made to the game. If you spot any further bugs in-game, please use the Bug Report feature ('Submit a Bug Report' under the 'Help' drop-down menu of the website). Graphical * Fixed some clipping issues with the Santa costume. Audio * Fixed an error occurring with the dragon's footsteps sound effect in the tutorial. Miscellaneous * Re-factored seed 'drop' table code. * The login screen now has a Quit button in the top-right corner which takes you back to the homepage. * Links in the lobby now highlight when you move your mouse over them. * Tooltips listing players previous display names will no longer be hidden when you scroll down your Friends List in the lobby. * The arrows for sorting the columns of the world list in the lobby now match the behaviour of the website. * Editing a note with certain text will no longer initially bring up images. * Setting an objective for the Attack skill will no longer bring up a message about being able to wield white warhammers every ten levels (other than at level 10, which is the appropriate level for this message). * Trying to enter Stealing Creation while carrying items no longer says you can't do that in "Clan Wars". * The instant demo is no longer available in languages which do not have a demo server. * If you failed when pick-pocketing an NPC they would attack you, but not always play the attack animation. This has now been fixed. * Improved the inventory drawing code. Dragging items around your inventory will no longer be cancelled when the inventory updates. Dungeoneering * Summoning in Dungeoneering no longer requires pouches or shards! * Added herb seeds to the Dungeoneering smugglers shop, so that you can buy them to grow herbs for potions. * All Dungeoneering items that are outside of the dungeons (excluding reward items, of course) have been removed from the game. * Added some safety checks to cooking fish in Daemonheim. * The description of the scroll of life reward incorrectly did not include healthy harvesting. * The Stat Spy spell now works within Daemonheim. * Items taken from chests in Daemonheim should no longer disappear when dropped. * You can no longer complete ferret trapping puzzle room in Dungeoneering without catching the ferret. Guthorm
To Peronix, I think so, I guess NPC spawn based on 126. The requirements for all the future jobs looks simple enough. Wonder what the reward is though. [Guild Wars 2-In game screenshot, the MMORPG you are waiting for. Click for thread.

Iximi
"The Guild offers a wide range of services, which become available as its facilities are expanded. These include training in the many and varied schools of skulduggery, a store which stocks useful rogues' tools (untraceable, naturally) and a helpfully discrete bank." -From the RSKB Sounds like there may be a decent amount of unlockable content once the full guild has been created by these mini-quests. Kimberly
The way this was implemented reminds me of the Thieves Guild in Oblivion... They've been doing these newsbox leaks repeatedly. What's going on via their end that they can't coordinate these things, I wonder.
