DarkDude
Really surprised they added summoning without shards/pouches. I was going to suggest it myself but really thought they couldn't just do away with them. That's an awesome change though, was needed. As was the herblore seeds, means that if you don't have to rely on certain seed drops to get through doors.

qeltar
I think the seed update is overpowered. They should be available so players can get around locked doors and so forth, but right now they are so cheap that, as someone said, you can just "super melee the entire dungeon". They make things too easy, IMO. atestarossa
scroll of life returns seeds on live AND dead herbs!?!that's like an extra 18k profit off all torstol plantings.wowzers guess im gonna have to start farming again. Well, that is for now I guess. It won't take too long until prices have adjusted to this. If anything, it might just make planting more expensive seeds better than planting cheaper ones. SirHartlar
The seed update looks like a really positive change for soloers in particular. Just out of interest, does anybody know how the Summoning calculating change affects the dungeons? Does it make the enemies slightly less difficult or just reduce the number of obelisks around? Lunar_Drifter
And looking at the leaked update schedule, we should be enjoying a relatively long period of safe updates that doesn't cause widespread upset among the players (ice strykewyrms and dungeoneering). Thieving guild, FTP3, elite diaries, EW3, court room, castle wars....well maybe the last one might get screwed up. leaked? leaked? You get some unique item or something. [Guild Wars 2-In game screenshot, the MMORPG you are waiting for. Click for thread.

Clan_Chat_Op
Final reward[hide][/hide] Also @ above, seriously hope they dont add that pay for items crap from war of legends -.- I agree, if they do micro payments I'm OUT. Even for "stupid items" persay. Every player needs to have the same opportunity to get all items within the game. I have a feeling that players that go to this "Runefest" are going to get promotional codes to get a "special" item to commemorate them going to the event. Usually thats how MMORPG's do this thing. I would hope Jagex doesn't follow the mold and just copy this though. I skill. If you skill you should join.

This can help quicken the pace of dung xp and you complain about it.... They aren't inconsistent positions. Try actually thinking about it before going on the attack. The primary impact of this is not really to speed up XP, but rather to remove much of the point of herb seed drops and to make potions to easy to get. All other resources have much higher costs, such as ores or logs or plant fibers, so why are these so cheap?
