June 30, 201115 yr Inception wasn't that bad of a movie either. My parents watched it and didn't really get it. Again, people who talk about a movie all the time (no matter how good it is) end up killing the value of it.

I did not hate it and I thought Ledger's role was interesting and not typical of his style, but Christopher Nolan is still a hack. His characters were underdeveloped and I found myself not caring at all about their fates. I was able to follow the plot well enough even on my first run through because I have seen other movies of his that had similar "crazy" plots (Memento, etc.). A majority of the movie was explaining to the audience how to navigate through the dream world, the rules of it, and so on. Sure there was the emotional aspect between the protagonist and his wife, but that was it. The other actors and actresses were just "there". I guess that is the best way I can put it. Without that emotional connection, what does the movie have left? What does the audience take away? That we do not know what is real and what is not? I remember the Matrix, too. Again, I think he tried far too hard to make a "crazy" plot and failed to include crucial emotional elements to the story. June 30, 201115 yr OT: Moronic teammates in videogames. Any game at all, I usually find myself top of my team or near that if we play a proper full game. Stupid noobs.THIS. My bro and I often complain in Black Ops when our teammates suck. I remember this happening often where my bro and I are at the top of the leaderboard (with like 25 kills, maybe 10 deaths) and then at least one kid on the bottom with 3 kills, 25 deaths. We can't cancel him out no matter how hard we try. And then we end up losing.This in Team Fortress 2 when I'm a medic. It's hard to heal everyone when most people are too stupid to be worth it. I thought the emotional connections were pretty strong - although only between Leo/Wife/Ellen page really. I didn't think he made it all that "crazy" either, considering it was in a dream he could have made it much worse. The only thing I really thought was a bit over the top was the snow chase... EDIT: @Alg..it annoys me when there are sentries and medics are ubering classes other than demos. Dear god, being medic in a bad team is the worst thing I've experienced in a while. I might not be too experienced, heck I've only played it since it went F2P, but when i deply a Ubercharge on a Heavy, him having full ammo on the minigun, facing 3 soldiers and 2 pyros, and he RETREATS, even I can see he just isn't the effort. Anyways, Spies, spies everywhere. And not being able to remember a certain music's name when searching for it.
