Why can't F2P have...?

Less updates. They've gotten way more than they should have this year (way more than they should ever have, really) and they still want more more more.

I wouldn't mind if combat was balanced in f2p, but I guess you are one of those "you don't pay, you get nothing." fellas.

probably a "mom can i borrow your credit card for a second" fella.

I Think we should have a skill all to our own. if your on a members world, you cant do the skill. That way you have a chance to have something that members dont have :P the skillcape would be p2p though because you still have to premote members :P

Lmao

Jagex will never do anything to encourage people to stay F2P.

Erm, even though i am P2p, i'd like to see Capes of Achievement in F2p.

Erm, one question, most of the people who post here will be F2p, so why the link to the forum they cannot post on?

That's right! the idea of the Cape of Accomplishment is to show off the accomplishment - and it's not easier for f2p to get 99 on a skill, it's usually harder!

Yeah, that would be a bad idea. A F2P-only skill would be a step backward.

Jagex should just give the F2P a half-done Update and to experience the other half, they need to purchase Membership - Easy at that.

1. "My ear's in a cup, I guess that doesn't count..."

2. "So heyyy, that's a pretty reasonable reaction huh?"

3. "So you up for NAFTA?"

4. "That went exactly how I wanted it to."

Doesn't Zamorak GWD count? <_<

My point is that everything in F2P is only, as you say, "half-done". It's not economically wise to give players full access to any given skill. The mentality of many players nowadays is essentially "God forbid a company actually try to make money".

dungeoneering?

Dungeoneering incorporates most other skills. As some of these are P2P, F2P doesn't have full access.

Well, blah. >_> It'd be stupid if 100% of a skill's content was F2P. My point is that free players can smith rune platebodies/platelegs and 2hs at level 99. :S

F2p can smith the main items but its much more expensive in f2p, harder to mine the ores, slower to smelt the bars or harder to earn the cash to buy the bars :P

anyway no skill has 100% f2p because every skill has a skill cape.

Skillcapes are 99K down the drain. >_>

Btw, 80-99 Smithing in F2P only cost me 20M which I certainly wouldn't call expensive.

Possible F2P Gamers would often freak out if they saw a 99 skill mastery cape worn in a F2P world so Achievement capes would stop jealousy which makes people quit and not feel the need to sit long hours clicking for a 99 that does nothing at all.

Hey I am a Level 102 combat in Runescape with 99 Woodcutting and a few near feel free to pm me anything as I will reply.

yours sincerely George :)

The n00bs that freak out when they see a skillcapes rarely have the patience needed to get even a simple 99 as Cooking. The few of them that s do have patience and get 99 in a skill usually beg their parents for one months of membership so they can buy their oh-so-cool cape and look 'awesome' when wandering around at G.E.
