Craven_Image
Well I do quests mostly to unlock new options and make things easier. I do some quests which don't give much of a reward in case they are needed for a future quest which gives a bigger reward. I also do quests so that I can say i've completed all the quests in the game. Rarely do I do quests because they are enjoyable... 99 Magic, 99 Defence, 99 Strength, 99 Attack, 99 Hitpoints, 99 Fletching, 99 Woodcutting, 99 Firemaking, 99 Thieving, 99 Ranged, 99 Prayer, 99 Cooking, 99 Fishing

Champ999
For me, the greatest problem with quests is the constant banking to retrieve items for a quest. If I know all the items I need for a quest and generally what i'm up against, I find them quite enjoyable.
Narccius
I like doing quests, done all but ME2, its nice to take yout mind away for a few minutes and do something different
Kostya
I have 193 QP. (Not haveing done Devious Minds - still need 65 Smithing) I love quests, they give xp, rewards, new places, new items.. I personately don't understand why some people don't do quests. They're worth it, most of them.
Gamerr
see often low (150-) quest points. You call that low? *Duke looks at his 67 quest points Quests are boring "run here, run there, get this item, give to that NPC, get your reward"-tasks. I call it low because i've been a member for like 20 days and i have 140 QP, so people who have played for over a year should have higher unless they are pure in some way :)
Varda
I do quests. Because I like them, getting tired of skill levelling alot. And Castle Wars. So I have some quest periods. Did three quests in one day. (Troll Stronghold, Temple of Ikov and Desert Treasure) So I have167 quest points, and 15 quests left. :D
stanford
I've done all the quests. I think they're fun. I use quest guides to find out what items I need and then I do the quest without guides. The only quest I haven't done that for was MEP2 which I completed without and quest guides or help. (They weren't out yet)

LordSoultar
I don't exactly enjoy doing a few of the useless quests with no rewards, but most quests are fun. I have 193 QP currently, since my smithing is too low for Devious Minds. Even if a quest has a horrible reward, it helps alot on the Tears Of Guthix minigame. I usually get 7k-9k exp every week when I go. Exp just doesn't get much easier than that.
Peronix
Well, for me it's because some of the skills required in some of the quests are really boring, repetitive, ect., or I just don't like them. For example, the only requirement on Devious Minds I am missing is 65 smithing. I am only 55 smithing. Why? Because it's extremely hard to train, either that or just downright expensive. I DO have 50 RuneCrafting, however, in fact I have almost 60. The reason that is is even though that is a VERY hard skill to train, and it can be boring and repetitive one too... but it is extremely profitable. How do you think I got my full torags and whip? Another example is the forgettabe tale of the drunken dwarf, the garden of tranquility, and rum deal. The reason for the former two is that they require farming. Period. And their rewards are useless for anything but farming. I hate farming with a passion, and those quests require too much standing around waiting for your stupid crops to grow. And I can't stand there and high alch because I don't have the money to buy all of the supplies for it. And Rum Deal isn't done (Believe me, I would do it if I could, even though it has farming... that holy wrench probally will come in handy) because it requires 40 farming and training that skill is somthing I simply will not do without tears of Guthix. sessie
the more qp, the more time in the tears of guthix care, the less time making runes
ozzie_the_owl
the only reason i do quests are for rewards mostly. however, to get some quests you need to do abunch of quests. for example, to do dragon slayer as f2p, you need to have completed nearly all of the f2p quests, therefore, i have all f2p quests done. to get to heros you need to do another 5ish quests to get to legends you need to do like 10 quests (not done for me yet, raising agility to 70 before i start regiside, since i want to go all the way to...) mournings ends 2 requires about 10-15 quests to be done desert treasure reqires another 7 or 8 quests monkey maddness requres something like 5 or 6 quests other than that, i might only do quests so that i have longer lengths of green on my quest list, for example, im training smithing for devious minds because its a red quest in the middle of like 10 greens, which to me is annoying. or i would do quests for qp, but then that adds into me doing quests for tears of guthix. Lord_K
I love quests, if I think I can do a quest I'll do it, great distraction and sometimes easy exp. The amount of people who are clueless about canafis disgusts me. I'll use guides to find out what items i need, but I like trying to do them by myself. bigsword33
i'm on both sides of this argument i like the xp from some, like wanted, desert treasher, hunted mine, legends, and others, but i also like rewards, like monkey madness, desert treasher, hand in the sand, and others but i also hate the training, though it can be very profitable. i made about 2mil training for the hand in the sand, just making tons of bowstrings that i picked. started at like 30 crafting, went to 51 :D . but other quests have uber low rewards that need uber high skills(not always), like devious minds. 6.5k xp for a skill that's lvl 65+ won't get you far at all.... HaMMerTjE
i've done a lot of quests.. actually.. i only need to do 7.. (179 QP) I'm doing them all now.. green looks nicer then red :P When i played A LOT it was a nice break, just walking a little around, doing a quest, getting a small reward for it.. When i look at my last quests i need.. almost NO xp to gain, and walking everywhere.. i have no time for all that.. noriad
I think the quests are the best part of the game. They are so much more fun than plain levelling. Also you usually get some cash and xp reward, which is a sufficient compensation for not being able to level when you are questing. Quests also bring various opportunities: access to more parts of the map, useful teles, new shops, items monsters and training places. I always make quests the number one priority in my game, and have always done all of them that I could do at my current level of training. Then I train for the next quest. Right now I have done all quests, 194 quest points. And waiting eagerly for the next quest.
Umega
I'm a quester myself, but hardcore training is not for me: to long and boring. No longer playing Runescape, I caught the WoW bug.
pennywise
I love quests, although i use guides for almost every quest ive done, i still enjoy them.(I even used tip.its guide for chefs assistant  )I like them because some of them have great storylines and good rewards.Although some of the quests are just pointless. maveritchell
Who knew? Today I was let in on a vital piece of information I haven't known since the conception of my character: not everyone does quests. I'd really gotten the impression that this game was mostly about questing. Sure, there are nice diversions, like Castle Wars (which I lurrrve), but it seems to me to become less of a game and more of a job if the stories and puzzles are removed. Oh well, I'll continue questing. Full quest points four lyphe.
poochu
I want to do quests but its all "Get this" "walk here" "do that" And since im poor and cant do any skills for more than 5 minutes i cant afford tellies. I still need 50 mining for heroes. and i'm lvl 78 god damnit lol.
meili
I don't do quests because I don't like them. Why do things you don't like? RS is supposed to be fun and I don't find it fun to go all over RS walking sloooooooooooooooooooooowly once your prayer is drained to fetch items for NPCs so that you can get a lot of useless so-called "rewards." shadowninja
Quests rock! They're so much more interesting then the main rs game, it can get boring and repetative after a while... How much do i like quests? I have 190 qp. The only ones i have done are devious minds and desert treasure (which i am currently doing) WOO! QUESTS! Freshwacka
191 quest points I've done every quest except devious minds (65 smithing is obvious reason why) and rat catchers because that one takes a reallly long time and I want to do it with a friend so I dont get bored And I have to say, quests really make me happy to do even if most of them are get me this and do that. My favorite quest is the most recent one, Enakhras Lament because it involved an amazing storyline, even if it was a bit easy. 99 Crafting Blog
