    I'm still not happy that they've made skill levels so useless in terms of direct contribution to combat (attack/def rolls, max hit etc). As it is, I can actually get hit by level 2 rats pretty consist

Interestingly, they nerfed Fury's crit bonuses to 4.2% and boosted the prayer bonuses on the GWD amulets to 5, which makes them better specialist amulets than the Fury. However, ASN and Amulet of Ranging still retain their 4.9% crit bonus, making them the best specialist item for the amulet slot.

In addition, steel weapons, willow, yew, and magic shieldbows, Korasi's sword, and Leaf-Bladed swords were also updated.

 

Adamant was also updated along with all javelins and thrownaxes.

 

Also, Korasi's sword looks like a dead goose from the neck up.

This is pretty cool. An interesting mechanic for combat in the wilderness.. Not sure how that will really work out but it's nice to not accidentally run into multi-way pvp...

Didn't the news post thingy say "Bronze - Dragon (but white not done yet)" so surely we can expect bronze, iron, steel, black, mith, addy, rune and dragon to all be done.

Wow everything looks so amazing... I might have to recollect some of the dragon weapons as cosmetics. Stuff like this will make those cosmetic Solomon items well worth it.

Maybe because using a shield makes you more defensive than offensive?

Or you are putting on a shield of a different class to the weapon (like a ranged shield with a melee wep)?

not all, but many

 

to completely list them would be difficult

I think that most notably the damage when using staves has been decreased, apparently bringing it more in line with the other magic styles.

I think F2P gets the dragonhide boots and shields too, along with the batwing shield, but they don't get offhand weapons.

 

Gravite got pushed up to level 55 too.

Other than making the Vengeance description misleading, what was actually changed about it? I thought it would at least come close to reflect's ability to reflect damage for a length of time.

From prior the beta even being released the advertised dual wielding as a members feature and nothing has mentioned it being altered. So I'd be inclined to say f2p offhand weps are a beta only feature to help get more testing done.
