The problem is that I'm between 7 and 11 levels from being able to do anything with those, depending on the skill. Such is life. I had hoped doing the one extra would trigger that I didn't need anymore and I would get more trade goods but I got another scroll tonight. chenw Posted July 8, 2013 Author Share Posted July 8, 2013 Personally I would keep all of the FoTS for the trios, since the extra reward on it is much greater than a solo trade good: Trio is 2x 50, with Merchant, it's 2x 65 (50 * 1.3), with FoTS it's 2x 71 (50 * 1.3 * 1.1). So you get 12 extra trade good per trio voyage instead of just 3 for a solo. Th e Doctor Posted July 9, 2013 Share Posted July 9, 2013 So I've been gathering standard voyage data and right now it looks as though jade statues have no bearing on trade goods appearing as standard voyages. I've got 600ish points of data with no jade totems and weathermatt has 300ish points with 4 totems and currently we are almost dead even (~9% chance of rolling any trade good). This means it probably only affects trade good occurance of special voyages if it does anything at all. On a personal note I've made my first superior pieces, tetsu top and bottom, after grinding 80-90 smithing in 4 days.
