I'll join in the tumult of applause that surrounds this guide and say that it's fantastic. I have a small addition, if you agree, to the part of the guide dealing with Greater Demons. There's another spot you can use to range them, if you have sufficiently high crafting and fletching. It's in the Entrana Dungeon.

As you doubtless know, you can circumvent the prohibition on taking weapons and armour to Entrana by taking them in raw material form. This means that if you take 6 tanned dragon hides, 11 tanned snakeskins (now easily obtainable on Mos'le Harmless), a unstrung bow, a bowstring, as many arrows as you want (at least 1k, I would say) and some kind of teleport, you can manufacture fairly decent range kit, range the demons and retrieve your arrows. Admittedly, it's excessive work for someone at your level, but for those at lower range and slaying levels it could come in handy.

Comment on Turoths... There's a very reliable safe spot on the south end of the cave that works only on lvl 87s and 89s...the large ones basically...

Why do you despise them so? I prefer Turoths over maaaaany other slayer monsters... :-D

Jack, just one question. Why don't you have a section about the Crystal Bow? I'm 85 slayer and I found the crystal bow to be my best friend on the way up, especially at 80.

The crystal bow is the most useful equipment to take out Nechryeals with. Its fast, powerful, and you dont have to pick up the ammo. Once you've charged it down to 180k a pop, the bow is so worth it its not even funny. I have 5 of them.

Even without the Nechs, cbow is all around good when you need range exp. If you're in a safe spot and the monster didnt drop something all too great, you can just stay there and not lose any ammo. Even at 1/10 condition, the bow still is great. They are also the best thing to use against black or blue dragons IMO.

Its a cost thing really. The only monsters I'd spend a crystal bow on when I was training range is Abyssal Demons. As any other monster is very easy to kill and collect your arrows.

50 slayer and never gotten dagganoths. Can I suggest something? For those who don't have the agility level to use the taverly dungeon shortcut, I reccomend going to the family crest dungeon. Not that crowded. Kinda easy to find empty world and a lot easier to get to than taverly hellhounds. It also has safespots and two hellhounds so once you kill one, the other respawns. Only downside is you have to do family crest, although that is a fairly simple quest.

Yeah ur right about part. Only until you have acess to the perfect gold ore. And, yeah I know you gave me the idea, but you dodn't tell me where the safespots were and stuff like that, only that it was a good spot to slay hellhounds for my 147 of em for slayer

Today I got 160ish blue dragons for slayer, and I found out that its possible to survive with melee using bones to peaches. There are 6 normal bones respawning on the east side of that cave. I think it would be useful to know for all those people that prefer to melee all their tasks. :)
