Two good games; Portugal - Mexico 2-0 Argentina - Netherlands 2-1 P - M: 2-1 A - N: 2-2 I was hoping a finale between the Nehterlands and Argentina; I'll get it tomorow then :) The winner of that match wins the Cup :P Bill Hicks":dhj2kan9]Since the one thing we can say about fundamental matter is, that it is vibrating. Seeing as it's not possible, something you said doesnt work. Either your score, or the winner winning the cup  :P Argentina > Netherlands Portugal > Mexico and although it doesnt matter... Ivory Coast > Serbia
xJakex
Better off with Walcott than Crouch. He doesn't deserve a first team place for us, let alone England. You know nothing Nice generalisation, asscap. When did he score his first goal for us? About half way through the season. Watch him next time a cross is delivered in. Rather than have a good attempt at header it, he'll run away from the ball, or something to the effect of. For an international-quality striker, 13 goals a season isn't enough. Gerrard scored ten more than him, and he's a mid. Ciss̮̩̉̉ came second with 19 goals. Crouch, a mere 13. Before assuming that I know nothing, try looking at some figures. Oh, and don't believe everything the media tell you. Just cause he's abnormally large doesn't make him any more of a player than anyone else. xJakex
I don't rate Rooney, either. He's miles better than Crouch, but still hugely overrated. I'm Jake Milroy

But since I'm half-dutch, I support the Netherlands and I couldn't bare saying Argentina was going to win with 2-1, because that's what I predict for tonight. So... Argentina will win the Cup and the Netherlands will once again be losing finalists :) Bill Hicks":dhj2kan9]Since the one thing we can say about fundamental matter is, that it is vibrating. Tokytoky3333
Woooo! I got Mexico in sweep stake and even though they lost, got a man sent off and missed a penalty.. they hung on in there AND are through! The ref was useless in the 2nd half, however that didn't make us loose concentration! Just have to wait to see who wins out of Argentina vs Netherland.. Mexico gonna play winners. Scruffy5389
Bah, Argentina vs. Netherlands was boring. It seemed like neither team really cared who won. They're both going on to the next round anyway. I got through most of the game before I finally switched the channel and watched the end of the Serbia and Montenegro / Ivory Coast game. It was pretty sweet. Ivory Coast comes back from 2-0 and wins on a penalty kick in the 86th. Very exciting. 8-)
Oy_the_Great
blahblahblahblahblahblah Wow! Good one and congrats! Netherlands tie Argentina 0 - 0! :o  I bet you're pretty happy! :P Yeah, well, I should be :| It was one very boring game and I was disappointed in both sides. The Netherlands kept giving long passes, which rarely were OK and Argentina's offensive attempts were always fent off pretty well by the Dutch defence. It was one of those midfield-games, not a pleasure for the eye, but yeah, the result isn't too bad \ Bill Hicks":dhj2kan9]Since the one thing we can say about fundamental matter is, that it is vibrating. Phil
I expected better scoring from Netherlands and Argentina yesterday :( A draw wasn't a surprise. Both teams were already through and didn't want to risk anything in the game(player injuries, more bookings etc). If either of needed to win the game it might've been a better game. Necromagus
In a just world, the Czechs will beat Italy and Ghana will beat USA, leaving Italy 3rd in the group, which would be only slightly less humiliating than being eliminated by South Korea...
