My old house was haunted. I actually still have nightmares about once a month or so about stuff.

 

 

 

Like this dude, who'd appear in the corner of the room, and yell at me. Freaky stuff. And this other guy who came in my grandma's closet.. and this young girl who slapped my younger siblings. And this old lady who lived in my kitchen.

Ghost aren't real. This is what I believe.

 

 

 

 

Well i don't think any of you have heard this before.. it's rather classified information.. but anyway..

 

 

 

Our planet sits on the edge of a galaxy known as the Milky Way. Since the explosion which triggered the beginning of everything, the universe has been constantly expanding outwards with aftershock tremors constantly washing over us in waves.

 

The Milky Way is traveling at several thousand km per second and the estimated speed the universe is expanding is close to the speed of light.

 

When you hit light speed your physical structure expands and begins to phase out into subspace. So when you hit light speed you are actually traveling forward in time.

 

Because most of the aftershock of the forming of the universe is traveling faster than its expanding it hits the edge of the universe. This actually causes the Subspace/Time spectrum to bend backwards to which the waves wash back over the universe in the opposite direction.

When the waves wash over earth they pick up discharged matter and continue to the end of the universe. They then get bounced back off the edge of the universe and wash back over earth causing the matter to be discharged back onto the planet. This discharge you will see as Ghosts or shimmers of matter which existed a long time ago.

 

Depending on how much and how charged the matter has become you could see such images for up to a minute or two at a time, but there's no real need to worry about them. They are simply shimmers from the past, nothing more.

Never had a supernatural encounter. I don't think that I ever will. Because in my eyes they don't exist. Until I see some incredibally hard evidence, to me supernatural stuff is in the eye and mind of the beholder. Nothing more.

About the first post, I have an explination about the shadow.

 

When you are about to sleep, your mind disconnects your ability to see. If you are drousy and focus on something, you will see a dark blotch. If he was walking down the hall with something to focus on, it can be mistaken as a shadow, and if you keep focusing on it, it will appear to move.

 

But that doesn't explain the fact that I didn't hear my dad's very loud footsteps, the cancer, or the really creepy feeling.:shock:

Yeah.. They're so much fun till you wake up :wall: Actually I love those dreams when it feels like you're falling.. Then you wake up and you're laying on the floor..

 

 

 

 

 

I don't believe in ghosts, or that anything can live in a closet or attic... Since they'd die without food/water... I've seen/heard a lot of strange things but they only happen when I'm really tired, so until I hear/see something like before but in the middle of the day when I'm wide awake I refuse the believe they exist. Although it is scary, until you fall asleep and forget all about it...

When we lived at a different house I saw a golden man going to the toilet, no-one believed me :(

 

 

 

There was an incident when I was 7 and saw aliens for 3 months every night, that turned out to be bad wiring making the filament in my bulb glow enough to appear to be two burning eyes in the night, I think thats what has caused my sleeping problems for the last 13 years to be honest.

I've had my share of "scares," though most of the time I've found a perfectly logical reason.

 

 

 

For example, after I turned out the light and went to bed, I noticed a strange glow on the ceiling. No I didn't look up at the ceiling earlier when the light was on, but it turned out that energy saving bulbs will glow for a bit before going out entirely after the switch is flicked to off. :oops:

 

 

 

There was that one time where I was washing the dishes and the soup was boiling. I called for someone to turn it off, but then I looked at the stove again later and it was already off. #-o I probably forgot I actually did it later when no one else did but forgot.

 

 

 

Then there's the "moving door," but I have poor eyesight, so that might account for the fact I thought the door was moving slightly. :-$

 

 

 

And then I had the whole "Sitting Ghost" episode lol... Sleep Paralysis heh, though I was able to breathe. Just couldn't get up. :oops:

not really an encouter but also something very strange:

 

 

 

it was in the night when i was trying to sleep

 

suddenly i got some kind of dream while i was awake

 

it was really weerd, i was in some kind of trance

 

i couldn't move or open my eyes

 

in my dream(it was in black and white) was a women talking to me but i couldn't hear her

 

she also pointed at me and came closer, then i woke up

 

 

 

this has happened to me several times, but i always managed to regain control of myself before the dream came accept this one time

 

 

 

that happens to me too!

 

 

 

although I have a ditict memory or wlaking aorund my room in the same trance like state you mentions and being grabbed buy a tall powerful figure, the figure jsut held me and i was terrifed, I apparently ran into my parents room screaming about "they're trying to get me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" :? Im not sure if i belvie in ghosts or not, i gues if i have a concrete intance then i may belvie, but most of them happen while the human mind is practically asleep, as in sleep walking, or jsut wkaing up, or having come home form a party with drinks. I beleive ghost sightings are similar to dreams, random firings of the brain that when unable to control fire off randomly, so if you are impaired in some way then it is more likly to see such "apparitions"

I just remembered that I used to have extremely bad night terrors when I was going through a stressful time.

 

 

 

Although, I did have bad nightmares even before that. It mainly included things that I associate as being good turning into bad things.

 

 

 

E.G, my dad turned evil in my dreams and my house (which has always been a safe place for me) turned into a place of unimaginable terror.

As BS as it sounds, it's apparently true. My grandpa jokes all the time so I didn't believe him. But then my grandma started backing him up. I asked my mom, my two aunts, and everyone in my family who actually lived in that house and they all say that it was haunted. I was joking about my old house though. I really doubt it was haunted. But my Grandparents old house, it seriously was....

I saw a documentary on Nation Geographic a while ago, where they explained paranormal behavior. A lot of people were reporting that when they sometimes woke up, they couldn't move their body and they saw an old woman or a dog, jumping on their bed. That's a common factor of sleep paralysis.

PROOF of aliens, oh really? When was stated exactly?? I have no doubt that aliens exist but there really is no proof. Anyway, as for ghosts, I think it's possible. I mean, like I said earlier, my grandparents lived in a haunted house. My grandpa told me but I didn't believe him and then my grandma (who absolutely never lies and I mean NEVER, she doesn't even joke) told me that my grandpa was telling the truth. Also, there was this house somewhere that was legally declared haunted in court and was torn down. I believe in ghosts but I don't believe they are mean or that they actually interact with us. We can just see them or feel them sometimes.

 

 

 

Lol there is proof that aliens exist a, certain place in New Mexico not so long ago had an encounter, of the beyond! A large black object crashed down from the sky at an impossible speed, it surely would've burnt but it didn't because it was alien type technology. And one time i saw a ghost, it was a dark and sppoky night, a thunderstorm was raging. The air was thick and cold but there was no breeze, not even outside. I was there in my pajamas, an eiree mist appeared, indistinct voices were heard, although i was the only one to hear them. Suddenly as i approached the Bathroom a person who looked like my house guest went out, an eiree glow surrounded him, then he saw me, and screamed! Blood went out of his fingers and eyes, although they made no contact with the floor. Then he swung his hand, and it went right through me! Of course i being 5 at the time was easily startled so i was in a coma for 2 days. The house guest we found out was actually dead, as of 30 years ago. That was the closest paranormal encounter i ever had, and i had several ghost encounters after that, but it was only black shades and scary fog.
