It was actually 3 Dmeds, Dharok legs, and Karil skirt in 26 runs I believe ;) :D. I do have insane luck, quite funny actually :)

wow i never knew others knew about this :shock: . It's a good guide, you put a lot of effort into it. This thing is kinda old acutally :P . I use it all the time.

 

BTW i didnt see that in the guide but the ladders are always positioned on on the north west square, in the middle of the room.

I barrow A LOT, so yes you could have seen me, I wear Verac's Armor nowadays.

Not to my knowledge, because there is a difference bewteen invisible and hidden. The ladders in this case are hidden rather than invisible. I could try it, and if it works, it would make Barrows TOO easy IMO.

not that i know of safe spots.. i'll list a few i know here. you might want to add this to your guide.

 

 

 

NorthWest Room-east door. north of it across the skeliton

 

 

 

North Hallway-east side behind rocks.

 

 

 

NorthEast Room-acoss the L shaped rock noth ways

 

 

 

East Hallway-south side behind rocks

 

 

 

West Hallway-south side behind rocks

 

 

 

East Hallway-north side behind rocks.

 

 

 

East Room with Spiders-Southwest side of room behind the rocks

 

 

 

South hallway- east side behind rocks

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

i have ideas that there are other safe spots such as in the bloodworm room, but in order to try that they cant be auto attacking me =p

If it was, it would have been reported as a bug, because it would be too strange for people to stand IN the ladder.

Omg! :shock: Whoa! So that's why Verac stopped chasing me when I was in the northeast room. Here's hopin' they don't take these safespots out... too soon.

Been there since day 1, but was only good after they made the update were you couldn't block and run through the NPC/Other player to unblock.

 

 

 

Retired from Barrows now due to 94 mage goal and 85 slayer..

Can you walk straight through the invisable ladders, or do you need to walk round them like normal ones... :?:

Sorry for the late reply, but because it is there, you, and every other npc, will walk AROUND it, so you will know if you character does a slight detour, but the line straight ahead seems to be clear.

 

 

 

I found another safe spot in the rat room. Thats the Western room with the Treasure room door. I will post a pic of that later on today./

 

 

 

These safe spots still exist of last week, and they are now much more convinient for Verac due to his prayer pierce attack.

That is so cool. I never knew about the hidden ladder trick. I'm definitely gonna try this one when I get the chance. I'll probably get my teeth kicked in until I figure it out. Lol.

 

 

 

I hope you keep updating this, because there's a ton of other safe spots, as you know. Catty-corner in front of the corpses, catty-corner next to the corner rocks, etc...

 

 

 

I didn't put them on the main sites map, because I wanted to indicate only the safe spots that were easy to manipulate. Its not real easy using the catty-corner spots until you know use them and know them.

 

 

 

Maybe I'll send you some pics of some of the "trickier" spots I know of.
