Mirror
Well to figure this out we must define the word elite. A. Elite: A great famous player. or B. Elite: High leveled strong players. Everyplace will have B. but not so much with A. A. is hard to come by that the player actually posts on the forums. B. players will always be seen. Scrap this, I am not this kind of thinking, yes we are elite!! Because of Mirrorforced. A reflection is just a distorted reality held by glass and your mind. megakiller32
Tip.it is the place for the cooler, more interlectual higher level players. Runehq is the place for the begging noobs and people who suck in general :P Just compare the graphics forums, tip.it has skill, while Runehq is loaded with buddy crap #-o Quit Runescape 30th May 2006.Thanks to Hawkxs for my signature :)

Cdub
These boards hold more than the skilled, but the kind, and the wise, and the generous. The quality of one's character is not defined by the items they have, or the level of their skills. Any player can be constructive and helpful, regardless of their Skill Total or Combat level. And this is why I love these boards. The community is great, the people are great, and the ideas they have are great. It's a refreshing break from the sometimes subpar community in populated areas of RS. To me, Tip.It is more than a fansite, it's a breath of fresh air. :D
BenBru
almost everyone comes to tip.it forums...the same goes for rsc...theres a lot of ppl that goto both forums.. I myself like tip.it forums much more, but if your really involved in the clan community, most of them hang out in RSC... I'd say that 90% of rs players goto tip.it another 90% also goto rsc... both are big communities, and both have a large portion of the 'leets', That's 180 percent. I don't know if I would be considered "elite" I've stopped playing for around 6 months now, and when I quit I was: 111 combat with like 1587 skill total. Low farming and construction. Runescape just doesnt appeal to me any-more. It's much too repetitive. I would agree that there is a very large portion of good players on here, but it certainly has its share of unexperienced players as well. I am an Atheist, and I take pride in it. I mean, even the bosses in the game start becoming repetitive after a while. I doubt I'll make it to '07 before I quit, or at least take a two month+ break  . queenbee3110
It's because of the wide variety of people you get here. It attracts high levels, because... it's tip.it! *ahem* Yeah, it's just got the amazing people here.

Once you get 94 mage you will try pking. Then i will never see you again. With so many trees in the city you could see the spring coming each day until a night of warm wind would bring it suddenly in one morning. Sometimes the heavy cold rains would beat it back so that it would seem that it would never come and that you were losing a season out of your life. But you knew that there would always be the spring as you knew the river would flow again after it was frozen. When the cold rains kept on and killed the spring, it was as though a young person had died for no reason. In those days though the spring always came finally but it was frightening that it had nearly failed.

chaosgone
I have a decent skill level, and I read this forum because it was the first Runescape forum I found when I started playing Runescape in the Fall of 2001. Over the years, tip.it has been a great source of information on the game, and the quests. And enough people post here, it is still interesting to read the forums. http://www.chaosgone.blogspot.com

silver24-7
So either, tip.it creates good players, or, good players are attracted to tip.it while mediocre ones aren't. What's your opinion on this? tipit creates good players. I'm a tipit product and I am usually considered a good player :P even mod nexus think my stats own: I'm Finally 99 mage ^^ (and cooking...) :PSilver24-7 -
Zibl
Well actually, there are still quite a lot of "good/famous" players who frequent Tip.it's forums. However, they don't all use their RS name on the forums. Some famous people who stop by regularly: S1acker Uloveme Empror1 Lilyuffie88 Sharif50 Bluerose13x The list could go on. However a few of the ones listed above do not tell who they are here on the forums. Faux
Most 'high levels' are in RSC for clan discussion. The only thing RSC is good for is for clan discussions anyway. Their lax rules attract most of the flamers that have been banned here. I used to be an RSC regular, but left due to the extreme bias the mods give to specific members. Not too mention that majority of people there are brainwashed fools :: Guess the Movie Contest Champion: pfilc23 ::
Aquashock
tip.it definately made me what i am today. Even though i didnt post at all for 3 months, i read everything, and got inspired. I started reading the forums at about level 67, now im 106, 90 magic, and i have a 1504 total. I can sorta back it up by saying, most of my friends from when i was lower leveld, are generally in the 80s right now. ^^Click For Monster Hunting Blog (180M+ in drops)^^
