October 8, 200619 yr the first ones to reach 1 st place in high score tables were almost liek gods. They felt like that too, they struggled trought the temples of other gods destroying them. their powerful magics destroyed even the agility pyramid which was discover after along while after their deaths. The gods showed their wrath throwing the bolts of lightning into them. But they were unbeatable. Then the gods showed the signs of fight for their followers. The armies formed - they were more then huge.... the battle was faught.... many died instantly.. many vapoured from the atacks of the legends...beraly few survive and escaped from the battlefield... When the sun rised the field was full of dead bodies, some burning some whispering their last words... Then the gods made a risking choice... until that day they were keeping the gate to hells closed.... they knew the only way to defeat so called "new gods" was to summon the one who is more powerful then anyone... They unleashed the seals of the gate for few seconds but that was enaught time to let the evilest demon get slipt trought.... he rampaged all the way trought the land and killed everyone he saw... then i met the legends... One legend fallen ... others fighted the demon.....the fight was tremendous.. leaving holes behind.... that was how karamja was seperated from kingdom of Asgarnia.... the demon was throwed into the deepest pits of some cracs in the earth... in that place a volcano grew... and his evil raises the demons until this day inside the volcano.... Then the gods used their full strenght to cross to this side (in thows days the barrier was very weak)...Then the greatest battle of al times begun... it took three days... but no one knows where.... every god faught his ways....all of them (and the legends) were hurt... Then Zaros slipped to this side.....Balsting everything... and killing allmost all of the legends.... then the gods united to blast a single attack ..... the madness.... the massive destruction.... Only one standed to face the wrath of gods.... they tried to destroy him... but he just too powerful.... Then he started to cry when saw his friends dead..... he fall and never stand up.... No one knows where this all happened... many years have passed.... the scars of the battle have disppeared.. the battle was forgotten.... The legends get forgotten...... the thing i wanted to tell you all with this litle story that it is pointless to talk abou the old legends.. i mean they aren't here now.... The clock is ticking, and your time is running out, mortals.

For instance Blue was the first player to reach 99 smithing, which at the time was a very difficult feat. On the other hand, Musashi's plan on "free smithing" lead to the drastically low costs of Rune equipment in a short timespan, making them very easily affordable to the Runescape population.
