My outfit, don't know if it has anything to do with it. Also worked with rune p+ arrows, but for this test black hides, barrow gloves, obby cape, rune boots, ring of wealth, glory, xbow, racks, spined helm

I used protect magic and + 15 percent range as well as rangepot, im 93 range

How that i came to this? we went down there with rdk(recruiting on these fora).Trip was going towards its end. we decided to take 1 more, and when kq was redbarred our meleers both had to tele. I only had range, poisoned arrows, so i tried to poison her but instead i killed first form with a 9. Was so amazed i teled out. I went back on my own, and well collected this proof for tip.it

 

 

 

If other people can go check this as well. I'm afraid people won't believe me when i say this, so the more people that test this the better.

so? the "prayers" are just a way to show you it is more resistant to this or that.

your a reasonable ranged lvl and obviously potted and using pretty good stuff and your use the prayer to make your ranged better so yeah...thats why you were doing ok i guess.

nah, man its not fake honestly. and your rite it could have been faked easily except that you can melee the 2nd form if you want, however its like meleeing a player with protect from melee on. that is why people use full verac to ignore its defenses or "prayer"

there prayers arnt 100%... thats why you can use vernac...

the "prayers" just show that it has high defense to that type of attack. It doesn't reduce the damage at all (other than the fact that you hit more zeros on something with high defense)

before barrows armor came out my friend (who is banned now) and i would go down there and range her.. we were both 99 range

well AirlessWig hit a 20 on her so he or she (not good with gender) can hit 40? well i dont really kno range max hit

Nice find, i know for a fact ive hit her with range, but i never saw how (because i went with alot of people).

it blocks 50% of your hits, as in you only half of your attacks that were supposed to hit, will hit. Not halfs the amount of damage you do.

You could also use diamond tipped bolts in place of the Verac's Special. I have 355 diamond bolt tips from a drop party. :D

 

 

 

Anyways, I'm pretty sure that Kalphite queen works like this: Half of the attacks that are supposed to hit, will not hit. So you basically have a 50% chance of getting a real attack through. With veracs, that chance increases to about 75%, which is very useful in this case. Don't believe me on this though since I might be wrong

at first when kq came out, people trained many levels of range at her...since then her defence has never changed.

It doesnt not say anything about the effect of monsters using prayer.

 

 

 

From my previous experience while fighting KQ , the prayer it use doesnt affect your damage , but it affect ur chances of hitting it...

Yawns, good morning everyone, after a bit more research i hit alot more on the second form although it is possible to do first with range also. Melee just goes faster. Fought with 2 lvl 124 in verac. I got the drop twice on 2 kills. Range kinda owns her

KQ does not use protect prayers.

 

 

 

The "prayer" indicators are only indications on which attack style the monster has high defense on.

 

 

 

This has been confirmed by Jagex, and prayer rules for PVP or NPC do not apply.

 

 

 

If you range the first form, you'll just hit more zeros due to its high defense.

Look at her stats, reasonable that it could work.

 

But I'd never consider anything other than verac'ing at kq.
