Kill_Thomas9 Posted October 20, 2006 Share Posted October 20, 2006 Hmmm, well I was wondering what the use of some of the cape bonuses were. I mean, what really is the point of 100 runecrafting? When you have 100 prayer, is seems pretty useless, unles you can have like 9 prayer points left, and equip the cape and have it go back up to 100 automaticly. I can see the use of 100 fishing, or 100 strength... Even 100 wc. But i fail to see the use of 99 prayer, or crafting, or runecrafting. Sure they have cool emotes, but it having a few runes really worth spending a couple hundred mill to get to 99 rc? Am I missing anything here? And what do you get for the all quest complete cape? With the new achievement capes you can get 100 in a skill just for wearing the cape. On-topic: If you had 100 prayer wouldn't that mean 1 more prayer point? All the others provide for a higher chance of something happening. Also people have been buggen jagax about 99 being the skill cap and they wanted it higher. This is a way to do that and not miss up their whole system and have to redo the number. Maybe I'm just picky, but shouldn't my 99 magic cape give me, oh i dunno... a magic boost? Why would I wear it when I can use a god cape instead? At least its the case with attack and strength capes... I think the capes SHOULD stack with pots, but they should not be able to regain a lowered stat.
