I'm a have to go with con, the rest are a close 2nd (cooking, fletch, firemaking, prayer)

construction would be by far the quickest, buy around 500k oak (mahog or teak if you can get) planks, stay in your house getting your demon butler friend to bring them to you and make flatpack carved oak tables...

it takes nowhere near 500k oaks, its like 100 something. even from lvl 1

Construction number one for sure... lvl 99 would be possible in a few hours or less.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Magic (blood barraging some multi combat place), herblore (really fast skill if money isn't an issue), prayer (gilded altar dagganoth bones ftw), firemaking (magic logs) would be up there too.

with unlimited money.. construction using magic stones as your building material.

cooking, fletching, and herblore...herblore since you could buy all the herbs and 2nd really easy if you have the cash. cooking and fletching as said in all the other posts. Another fun, cost a lot, but not exactly fast one is ice barraging at cwars or somewhere. It's sooo funny to see people scream and yell and stuff, decent amount of xp if in populated cwars.

 

 

 

edit: then again you need to get to 94 mage...which takes quite some time. but barraging to 99 from 94 is just ownage.

Herblore is NOT second. Construction with unlimited money is hands down the fastest, but herblore isn't going to come in second.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Cooking is fast, but with unlimited money to spend on other skills it's almost one of the slowest.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Firemaking is also fast with magic logs, but there are still much faster levels to get with unlimited money.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Ice barrage at bandits is going to almost be the top of the list, however getting to that stage is NOT going to be fast. So farming does miss out here.

Funny as it may sound, fletching will come in 2nd place to construction. Buying those rune dart things (forget the name, I'll edit it in) and non stop clicking will get you to 99 in less than a day.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Herblore should come in around 3rd, it's fast, but lots of clicking and banking invloved.

I saw a guy at rouges den. like level 100 something. I asked him what logs he was burniong and he showed me mage logs. Hes burning em to 99. So yes, some people are mad

there not mad they just dont want to use willow, maples, or yews

Cooking, if you buy enough lobs to get 94 ( burn no more sharks ) then sell them, you should make it all back or alil less/more.

Yea I have to agree with smithing. (probably not fastet, but easiet) or fastet from what it usally is.

Now with unlimited money, you're guaraunteed resources it seems, but what about workers?

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Would prayer at ectofunctus, or even just a gilded altar be fast if you have people bringing you bones since you could pay them lots of money.

 

 

 

Don't know where that would rank though, but construction would still be first.
