I do have 8 broken plates, sitting in my bank gathering dust >.>

And will we ever throw them out?

And a broken plate would be? :P

Anyways, right now it has to be some of the higher level hunting armors since the skill just came out. Once a lot of people have been leveling it I think it is going to go back to something else. Maybe the bar of soap since you only have to use it for the quest and then most people just drop it?

Quite alot of people had crackers cause it was a drop.

Wines on the other hand, were edited items.

Though i agree with you given the fact you stated about wines being edited, it is still impossible to know for certain. Remember though i'm not disagreeing with you just making a point :)

My first guess for rarest item was christmas cracker. I didn't take p2p items into consideration because this thread is in general f2p discussion. But now i have seen the other posts, my guess would be soap - i've never heard of it on RS

Disc of Returning, Easter Egg, Pumpkin, Half Jugs of Wine. <-- Actual TRADEABLE RARES

Bunny ears & Scythes as well, considering a LOT of people threw them out within a week because they were untradeable (Dropped in RSC) and many people dropped them before they could get them back from the Clothes Shop in Varrock :)

I think that the 2 rarest (tradeable) items in the game would be 'Half a Jug of Wine' and a 'Pumpkin'.

Reason: Pumpkins healed a lot of health and nobody thought they would be worth very much, seeing as they were just food.

Half-wines were common and used as training food until they you could no longer get one.
