Rofl i do that sometimes.

At least once every time i play i forget an item, for example i went to iron dragons in karamja yesterday, went all the way there..forgot the 1.8k, went to bank and back then i forgot the hatchet. I also usually forget a simple word, i'll say "buying..erm that swishy sword thing..uggh scimmy! thats the one".

went to dustdevils once and forgot facemask, i couldn't teleport because my magic was reduced to 0, and i couldn't run back to the entrance because my running was 0, and i was ranging so i had no food, i had lost robin set, a few thousand rune knives, fury, obby cape, archer ring, about 15m in total :oops:

Back when I first started: Found 2k on the ground, tried to find a bank. Talked to the Lumby Guide, he says go north. I did. No bank, but some nice chicken fields. Further north. Still no bank. Hum, I for some random reason, decide to take the right fork. Still no bank. Even further north, "err, those level 24 guards might attack me!", follows path north. And further north. And I'm in the wildnerness. For some reason I attempt to cut a tree and build a fire. And then I get killed. End of story.

...was reading this thread while getting a slayer assignment. 186 Infernal mages, nice. tele to house, use karyll tele. Get full kahrils out, xbow included. Walk to mages. Then I started my run.... um... why am I not attacking? There is no ammo left in your quiver? Oh... that's right.... forgot to pick up my bolt racks.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

So, i get to walk back to canifis, grab them and walk back, cheers.

My biggest brain freeze was a while back, before the 'operate'-functionality was introduced on items. I used to always have one drag ammy in my inventory to teleport and one ammy on my neck as a back-up for when the one in inventory ran out of charges (yep, I forget to swap them often for fresh ones).

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

It was shortly after fury ammies were introduced and I had obtained one pretty quickly afterwards by crafting and selling death runes to the store. I had been doing abyss runs for about half an hour, changing the drag ammy in my inventory as needed. I ran to the abyss, when I got stopped by someone asking if that was a ghost ammy around my neck. Totally convinced I told the guy that it was a drag ammy and that his monitor colors must be off, or that he was color blind.

 

 

 

I guess he didn't like that, because he quickly unloaded a few jabs of dds specials on me. When I made it inside the abyss, I decided to check what the hoopla was about and clicked the equipment-tab. And yes..... there was my fury amulet around my neck.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Ever since, I always check what I'm wearing before rc'ing. Then I check again and well.........then again. I mean, I don't mind throwing those abyss pk'ers a drag ammy every now and then, but a fury, that's a tad bit too much ;)

i missed a frog event reading these forums on my pure

doing swan song killing the queen in full guthans. read up on it and knew she attacked with mage and mele so i stock up on p pots and shark and go to kill her. i put protect from mage and steel skin on i keep geting hit with 15s and 20s 'wow she hits hard' to cut a long fight short i kill her and go to tern my prayer off steel skin fine wait whats this i have retribution instead of protect from mage on. felt like an idiot

While I was going for 99 wc, I would be on forums a lot so I wouldn't really be paying attention. So I would go to the bank and forget to bank my logs. I was able to laugh at my mistake the first few times. After that it go very irritating.

I, personally, don't see that as a problem. I never take my gem with my on slayer assignments. You get told when you have finished it anyway, so not really important.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I've never realy had a bad 'brain freeze'. just the usual, forget important items when i'm off to do something(like the amulet for entering the waterfall, which is no longer a big problem with the new games necklace), going somewhere and forgetting why i'm there ect..

was ranging black dragons with crystal bow, not paying to much attention, when i looked at the screen i saw my character punching a black dragon in the face, with a crystal seed, somehow survived :anxious:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

another time i went to brimhaven dungeon, forgot axe, teleported to edgeville, replaced my glory (now uncharged), go back to brimhaven dungeon and realizing id forgotten my axe again :shame:

Keep it in the bank, I made one of each, and thought I had to wear them to enter the altars. silly me, it took someone to tell me that you dont have to wear them for me to figure it out. So I ran to the abyss without it once to try, and guess what? you dont need them on :XD:

Forgetting to switch out my Black Mask for my Guthan's Helm. I was wondering why I wasn't healing, then the Troll koed me. Lost my Warspear among other things... :oops: :wall:

Went to barrows, wondered why I wasn't hitting Dharok, I thought "oh i must have forgotten to autocast". I attempt to set it to dart, chatbox replies "you lack the mind runes for this spell". This is where the :?: flags went up. Looked in my inventory...it's empty :XD:. Worst that's happened to me is trying to go through the ape atoll dungeon without food. By the time I realized I had forgotten it, instead of teleporting out I just kept on chugging. The last stupid [bleep]e trap killed me. Luckily I only lost a glory and a few rune things... plus my only gree and mspeak amulet lol. It was a pain to get those back... (with food this time though \ )

theres always those annoying times where i forget to bring my dusty key or forget to bring that last quest item which will take me like half an hour to go back and get it -_-

i was killing elvarg i had my rune pl8 that my friend gave me after doing quest me being stupid and over confident acidently take rune pl8 i die killing elvarg becuas eon MSN my friend was telign me this hilarious thing i fell off the chair i was siting on and forgot to eat shark :( lost rune pl8 cos i was skulled

Can't really top yours, but whenever i need to get a new slayer task from chaeldar in Lost City I'll almost always grab my slayer staff instead of my dramen staff.

I do that frequently.. aswell as forgetting what the hell im doing and get a message from ek2 saying "ffs come down the KQ is owning me!" :oops:

Going to range blue drags and forgetting the dusty key as i approach the locked door :wall: (i cant use the agility shortcut) so i have to telly and walk all the way back.
