I just did my weekly trip to Juna and this week I happened to tell her the story how I did all the crazy puzzles and became a member of the White Knights.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Now here is the odd part. Instead of saying your stories have entertained me as normal she said "Beware of the Knights for their motives are not as they appear." Then she said Your stories have entertained me after she warned me.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Anyone else had this happen or noticed some kind of plot twist in terms of the Knights? I wonder why she would be warning me. I wonder if it is because she represents Guthix and they don't or if it is something deeper and darker...

That's interesting...maybe the knights will turn on us? They do seem kinda strange, I'm not sure, but it seems like a cool plot.

Sometimes certain quests, Juna will have an extra comment, perhaps predicting matters to come

i've gotten that one before...linked somewhat to the white knight who's near buthorpe. They seem a little to nice and shiny.. :ohnoes:

ya, there was another thing about the white knights being "evil" somewhere but i forget... :-k i have a really strong feeling the next white knight quest will have something to do with the white knight wandering around burthrope and them turning against you

Talking to the Burthorpe guard, they mention they are worried about their funding being cut off by the white knights. Also, there is the whole matter of the white knights having taken over asgarnia from the king, who is apparently "too old to rule."

Interesting find, Maybe this is hinting at quests to come? :-k

Kind of sounds like what happened to the King of Rohan in LOTR. Maybe the Black Night's have magicians that are possessing him?

I can't remember what quest she was commenting on, but I remember her saying "It's good that you helped out..." I forgot what she said after that... :anxious:

I once posted a conversation I had with Bob the Jagex cat, who had wandered into Varrock. He said something about there being more about the White Knights and warned to watch out for them. Dunno if still have the pics, I'll take a look.

I believe that's when you tell her about the nature spirit quest. She says something along the lines of, "It's good to hear that you helped a fellow Guthix follower in his time of need" or something.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

On topic: I forget who said this, but I seem to remember somebody at the beginning of Recruitment Drive explain what the Temple Knights are all about. They said they "Had connections to all the most influential figures of Runescape, including Kings.....(Forget the rest)"

Maybe the White Knights will try to capture Mother Mallum and use her against us on Slug Menance 2.

Sir Armik Varse says the King of Asgarina is too old and sick to rule...but I highly doubt that and the White Knights killed him for power. Now they're the rulers of Asgarina :uhh: They're going to cut funds on Burthrope and take it over. The white knight near there is a spy to look at its weak points probably.

Does anyone remember the Poll 'What do you think what happened to the king of Falador?' or something like that. Maybe the White Knights arn't what they appear to be (zammy knights?) and did something to him and we could vote what they did in that poll.

i really have a feeling that some uber big quest is ganna happen soon, that is ganna tie like all the major series quests together, the mep, dwarf, white knights, etc. that be kool if they did that

Found another one today. Penda in the bar in Burthorpe says "The White Knights are taking over!" If you talk to him again he says "Are we safe?" Or something like that if I didn't get it word for word.

i like the potential of this... hopefully it will be a good quest not some 20 minute one

i wouldnt count on any hard quest soon

 

 

 

we just got "contact" and the last "hard" quest before that was lunar diplomacy some many months before
