I like the new interfaces, no scrolling to cast magic spells :D

For everyone complaining, jagex had to do this "why fix something that wasnt broken" Jagex is transferring RS into other languages that need longer blocks of text to get the meaning across to what they mean.

I love the world teller thingy! My friend was just asking me what world she was on two days ago, and I was saying how we need something like this. :

I like the rest of it, although I wish they would make all the scroll bars look the same... the level indicators were nice too, as was the ancient spell list when it filled the whole screen.... all things I am sure Jagex will fix...

Actually, I think they turned the fire cape upside-down to prevent scamming people with the nooby "lava" cape.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

ummm...fire cape is untradable. you can only get from beating jad in fire caves

they should do that to the obby cape to prevent scamers

 

 

 

because its really easy to switch the capes out. #-o

Good update overall though there are even LESS quests per scroll than before

Skill guides pop-ups are awesome

 

 

 

Quest list really didn't need changing, and the small font is stupid.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Why didn't they update the quest journal pop-up like the skill guide one?

 

 

 

They needed to change the quest list in preperation for future updates...

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

And sure they could do it later when they need to, but why not now, and give us time to get used to it.

As icecube said, they changed the quest box text to make it easier for their different language versions of the game :P I can't remember where I heard it from though :-k

Apparantly the firecape thing is a bug...

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The Fire Cape seems to have turned itself upside down. We'll be turning it back around shortly before all the lava starts dripping off.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

So a little relief for all the firecape owners who unanimously agree that this new arrangement looks hideous :P I wonder how they did that on accident though :-k

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

And as far as the interfaces - The only thing I liked about it was the thing that allows you to see which world you are in. That was well needed. The magic interface I could care less about, same with the skill guides and quest page. The skill guides thing though seems to have been downgraded in that it no longer color-codes items to show that you can use that feature... great? :roll:
