Perakp
Starting question: Do you need 61 crafting to start the Lunar Diplomacy quest? When a player experiences a bug in Runescape, he does 3 things: 1) He takes as many pictures of it as possible 2) He reports it to Jagex 3) He posts about it to a rs fansite forum. Currently doing the 3rd thing  Today, after I had done my fever spider slayer task, I used the npc contact spell to get a new task. I got 70 suqahs, so I teled to edgeville with my glory and took out the tele runes for the lunar island teleport. I usually do group teles with lunars, just for fun, and so I did now. Like usual, my chat filled with "******* won't let you teleport them" I ran to the bank to take out my cannon, balls and guthans, and all the items I needed to high alch (I only get to do alching when I visit the moonclan island) And then he came. Some abyss runecrafter had had accept aid on and had been teleported to the moonclan island. But this was different. Normally, people who haven't visited the Lunar Island before can't get teleported to the island. Seems that Jagex has changed something else than the granite mining place, fire cape and some interfaces in the last update. Here's the chat we had. I have the bad habit of quoting everything I find weird or funny, especially things that are this weird. After that task, I went back to Edgeville to try group-teleing again. After shouting "Need help of a lvl 60 crafter or below!" (how weird does it sound? lol) I found some guy who was willing to have a little experiment with me. Well, the first try didn't work too well. The guy had low crafting lvl, so he couldn't have started the lunar diplomacy quest or visited the island before. But he had also read about the ice plateau lurers, so he accused me of luring. =D> After I had told him I wouldn't lure someone to the wild with my robin set on, he accepted to bank all his items and help me out with the test. It worked as I had suspected. A player, who had never been at the island, was now there. He went off soon and talked with the people there -> got teleported to Rellekka. I haven't seen that guy again after that :-k I teled back to Edgeville to test it one more time, because I still needed to take a picture of it. So I got this: Sorry for naming people on this one, but I couldn't have 'proved' it without the hiscores there. So, there it is! The end, and be sure not to abuse this bug! Mission completed, all 3 things done now :

icecube
I thought this was possible >_>. I did this a couple weeks ago actually when I was making molten glass. I was at the CW bank and I realized I didn't have enough Astral Runes. So I used the teleport to the Moonclan Island, and realized I could do group teleport, so I just did it for fun. When I got there, I was visiting the bank and saw a familiar name. It was a level 13 that was at the CW bank and somehow was at this bank. He had no clue where he was and thought it was a cool place. chenw
although to answer perakp's first question, you never needed to have to have the skills to START the quest, you only need the required skills to FINISH the quest. So one can technically start Lunar dip with 1 crafting and proceed onto the isle but wont be able to finish it because you cant make the armor without the crafting level. weird bug though 6,924th to 30 hunting, 13,394th to 30 summoning, 52,993rd to 30 DivinationKiln Record (Post-EoC): W 25 - L 0, 14 Uncut Onyx, 8 Jad hits received (Best record: Two in the same kiln)Obby set renewed post update #2: 0QBD drops: 21 crossbow parts, 3 Visages, 1 Kites, 2 KitsMax Port Score [2205] Achieved: 27th April 2013 (World 2nd) Farmyard Rampage ranking: 12th, 50,000 Kills. Raven6666
I was on Lunar spells for a bit of fun recently too. Usually cast a group tele for the heck of it instead of a self, the message you had there about the person not wanting you to tele them was the only messages I received, and I was surrounded by about 6 people, teled my friend and the 2 other people who had aid off were the only ones affected strangely enough. I tried starting the quest at 59 crafting, but the guy ignored me and refused to talk to me. When I hit 61 he suddenly offered me a ride to pirate's cove. Trojann2
Well, Since it says "This NPC isn't Interested In talking to you, Maybe they decided they'd let people there by Teleporting. But They just REMOVED ALL OPTIONS that somone who has started, or finished has. Just my two cents.
