Poopedapple
Well this isn't for just the P2Pers, but there is just a wider range of people for this. :D I remember when I was a noob (yes, a very, very long time for me and most), I always thought things were a little different than what they are, when I didn't know much about Middle Age weapons and the sort. For Instance, When I was a noob, I always thought goblin mail was a letter that you had to deliver to someone. Atleast until I did the quest. :XD: Or another (this one is quite popular), Thinking the game was RunEscape not RuneScape. :wall: I'm very interest in what other people's first RuneScape impressions were. revanlives
My beginner days were pretty much spent with me being totally lost. I used to think that Falador was 2 cities, with one being the dwarves and mining guild, and the other the one with the banks.
zaquierming
I didn't know you could adjust the angle for about a week. Two roads diverged in a wood, and I-I took the one less traveled by,And that has made all the difference.

HatshepsutLecter
I spent a couple of weeks killing goblins in Lumby because I had no idea how to get around and I did not want to get lost. Got my combat up to about 35 that way. :P The Internet: where men are men, women are men, and children are the FBI.First Dragon Drop 5/6/2006 -Dragon Med from Bronze Dragon :DFirst Barrows Item From Chest 2/20/2007 - Verac's Brassard :D

aznmidget448
When I was a noob, I always thought goblin mail was a letter that you had to deliver to someone. Atleast until I did the quest. :XD: Haahaa, I always tried to find a way to wear it since I knew it was a type of armor. I remember those days :D Or another (this one is quite popular), Thinking the game was RunEscape not RuneScape. :wall: I'm very interest in what other people's first RuneScape impressions were. Hmmm... a lot of people make that mistake, but I've always known it to be rune scape since the sword marked the space between the two words. Only when my cousin asked me what run escape was, I finally realized it could be spaced differently, lol.
badphooeybad
Off Topic: Yes, stop arguing.... This topic is pointless.... but still you could post something usefull. You get your post count up anyways... and thats what we all want isn't it? On Topic: Hmm... I'd say that I spent a fair amount of time training on goblins... Then I finally found out about Hill Giants not knowing how much the big bones went for.... Traded 100 big bones for an addy kite. :-w

L1ght5aber1
When I began.. well, first I killed a few goblins.. got combat to 4, then got to varrock, a lvl 26 gave me 1k gp, I lost it in barb villiage, then I discovered smithing and mining and got my lvls up, training combat all the while, until i was no longer a beginner On December 10, 2007, after a long struggle, I finally gave up membership, as the only thing I did in RS, pking, was gone.Jages, you just bit the hands that paid you. Perakp
I saw Ardougne from the world map, thought that woah; a city with a mining spot, furnace and an anvil! All 3 close to each other! And when I tried to get past The Gate to train my smithing in Ardougne, it said I'm too noob to enter the p2p areas :| It broke my heart :wall:  And to the whiners: Really. Try to make a good topic these days. Nearly everything has been talked through atleast two times. It happens when you've been at the same fansite forum too long. fearspudgod
When i was a f2p lowbie, i always thought that jagex gave members like 100k a month spending money. They were always so rich :P. Dazzuh
My friend told me about it and said i should do woodcutting first because it was really good money. I had 62 Woodcutting before i started growing combat levels. Then i ventured out of the lumbridge/draynor area only to be killed by the viscious varrock circle!!! It took me about a month to dare try get to varrock again. Currently not active on RuneScape.
Dead_Dude4
Since there was no "tut island" when I started, my friend guided me threw the game to start with. It was a mistake to trust him, since he practically used me as a slave (sold me armour and stuff OVERPRICED like hell). Anyways, for a loooong time I didn't have a clue on how to train prayer. It was the only skill (besides carpentry) that I just couldn't find out how to train. Wasted alot of time at the monastery looking for clues on how to train the dang skill #-o After almost a year of playing I finally found out how to train the skill by accident :D Started killing chickens at the champs gulid with a crossbow and went for 50 prayer there
yurpsie
I never went north to varrock since I thought I would be going to the wilderness. And I was freaked out at the multicombat sign in the wizards tower.
