I spent a vast amount of money (50gp-ish) on a goblin mail in the general store, and then found that I couldn't wear it :(

 

 

 

Also, I thought that the chest of a platebody and the arms of the platebody, were 2 seperate pieces of armour.

 

 

 

I though the ring space was a space for carrying a little pouch (that's what the drwaing looked like, honestly!)

 

 

 

Probably many other too, I just can't remember them all lol.

I thought the only bank was in varrock #-o

I had no idea what nats were until i asked sum1

 

I thought 1k was a lot.

 

I had no idea what lol, rofl, lmao meant.

 

I had no idea on 2hs-what they were, speed bonuses etc

After the switch from rsc, I spent about a week trying to get out of the mining guild, because I couldn't find the button for screen brightness.

i mined a lot on my first few days

 

mined in varrock, smith bars in lumby, back to varrock east anvil to smith them and then sold to general store (i had no idea what banks are)

 

 

 

oh and of course i smithed iron bars without forging rings...

 

 

 

also i had members very very soon cause i read in the member features that they have more bank space.

 

 

 

as said above i had no idea about banks and carried all with me around. so i thought this means inventory space. I bought members cause i thought i can carry more iron ore from varrock to lumby furnace lol

Well this is kinda funny, on Tutorial Island I was kinda rushing through it and misheard the priest/monk or whatever say I had to BURN bones to raise my skill so I spent a long time at 1 prayer and I couldnt figure out where I burn them at. It took a friend I met (killing goblins) to eventually tell me, when he was burying the bones. :thumbsup:

I didnt use the minimap so i always clicked on the screen to walk, it made running about very slow. I wanted to find my mate and a kind fellow showed the way to him using the minimap and i had no idea how he found him in such a crowded place.

At first I was scared of everything. I remember doing Witch potion, And I made another acc and did the quest just to see if I would die when I drunk from the cauldron. And one day I found a regular staff on the ground and thought it was the coolest weapon ever.

i spent my first day wondering why the hell i couldn't wear that awesome goblin armour in my inventory

I thought the barrows brothers were barbarians.

 

 

 

It took me quite a while to find that there was a camera to move around.

 

 

 

I thought having 10k was rich aswell.

i thought i could cut and sell regular wood 28 at a time :-w until my friend logged on and told me not to lol

I thought the attack skill makes you hit harder and strenght was only for using 2h weapons.

I tried wearing goblin mail. :-w At level 6, I believed I could kill a level 33 black knight. :anxious: When I found a bronze square shield on the ground, I thought I was rich.

I'm gonna get a lot of laughs out of this one...

 

 

 

I have thought that the Slayer Icon was a cloud with a knife in it until a few months ago lol.

 

 

 

Also, as a noob, I thought that spiders would poison you so I stayed away from all of em.

Zammy wine trick killed me before...

I thought you could make your own store if you were a merchant...

I thought it was always like being in the wildy so I kept on trying to hide and run from building to buidling from fear of being attacked by randomers. That lasted for a week.

On Topic: Hmm... I'd say that I spent a fair amount of time training on goblins... Then I finally found out about Hill Giants not knowing how much the big bones went for.... Traded 100 big bones for an addy kite. :-w

 

 

 

You know, at one point very early in the game addy kites were the rarest item in the game (rune wasn't out, not many people could smith them, and you could ONLY get them through smithing)

 

 

 

So 100 big bones would've been a deal... :)

I totally thought a bronze full helm was better than an iron medium.

A certain person I know thought the insert button on the bank screen meant you couldn't take items out of you bank like it was locked, all the way until I told him. By then he was 115 combat i think :wink:

When I was nooby a long time ago I got scammed by "I can make more copies of your armor" and I used to think cowhides were rocks... But of course that was in RS Classic and the graphics weren't all that great. But they still look kinda like rocks

I also didn't know what noob meant, so I once called a random guy that and ran off.

I couldn't beat tutorial island for a week 'cause I didn't know how to smith.

 

I thought worlds were levels, I was proud to have beaten the first part (tut. island) on level 113.

I got lured into the wild 6 times in a row, maybe more, by the same person -.- Seems kinda pointless really... after the first time I wouldn't have dropped anything.

 

 

 

Guy kept saying 'follow me for some rare stuff! Theres a steel plate up here, I swear.' When really... there was :P He wasn't lying. Just every time we got up to a high enough level in the wilderness, he would attack me. Kept saying he didn't know what was making him do it #-o . But I've learned since then :thumbsup: .
