Because I've had em a few times and I go to the brimhaven dungeon, but the wild dogs annoy me so much...Birmhaven dungeon, the dogs are pretty annoying, but I can live with them, there aren't really that many of them, and its some good extra combat xp when you do happen to get attacked by one. bedman Posted February 20, 2007 Share Posted February 20, 2007 Are you kidding? I LOVE abbarants. Loads of herb and herb seeds, lvl 3 clues, rune larges, lava battles. And you can use your super salve amulet on them. That together with baxe spec/restore pot gets you free 35s at 85 str :D. Just stick on protect from mage. I use like 4-6 doses to get one full invent of herbs and seeds irit + So you get your money payed back big time. The tasks i leave: Jungle horrors (far walk, actually never tried em) All the things that require slayer dart etc (but i think ill do em now with my newly bought broad arrows) The things i dont like: Black demons (take so long, and i dont really like ranging) Lessers (boring drops) Kalphites (idem, but good xp) Hell hounds (before i could do shortcut) mutated zygomites and probably a few more. Kalphite because their drops are worthless compared to the resources it takes to kill them efficiently. Jungle Horrors because their drops are worthless and there is no good spawn point with more than 2 of them nearby. On the other side of the coin: Aberrant Specters are a great slayer task -- I have never lost money there, and I use prayer pots regularly. Metal Dragons got so much easier with mask, and alching the rune items you get plus keeping other good drops pays for the task in the long run. Fire Giants, Greater Demons, Black Demons: all easily meleeable in the Brimhaven Dungeon. I can do an entire FG or GD task (150+) in one go using black mask and the proper food. Turoths are good, but I haven't had as much luck with Kurasks. Melee is best for Turoths, range or mage for Kurasks. Hellhounds may only drop clues, but their defense is weak enough that you can melee your way through a task in record time at the back of the Taverley Dungeon. Good combat xp. Far away, desert equipment needed, hard to kill compared to others, no drops... i always skip them, but do all other tasks. Including draconic visage, d chains, d spears, d2h, d claws, d meds, d legs, d skirts... d bones, d hides :)?I want jagex to put resource dungeons and dungeoneering skill doors to dungeoneering floors so I can dungeon and get dungeoneering xp while I dg so I don't have to dg to get dg exp, but I can dg while I dg :)? But my favorite is hill giants because they are easy to kill and i have gotten them twice.
