Having just got my first turoth assignment i'm going with turoths, they hit high, you have to wield a stupid weapon (melee), and they have crap drops.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

With metal dragons theres always a chance of something decent, and even with my crappy levels i can manage them and make a profit (after anti-fires and runes).

Also i hate hellhounds (oooooo a slightly increased chance of a clue scroll weighed against NO OTHER DROPS)

With slayer i look at it this way, if i get an assignment i WILL get xp, regardless of wether its trolls or metal dragons, also slayer to me is not a skill i care about levelling at all not one bit, its incedental that it gets leveled, i do it to train combat and for the lovely drops.

For Gargoyle tasks you could use the old fashioned method of using food instead of Guthan. I lost connection there once and was near full hp from monkfish. When I logged back on I still had 64 hp left :D. Had I been guthaning and down to like 20-30 hp, things could have been ugly :ohnoes:.

I ranged a gargoyel task last night. Took me like 3 1/2 hours. I wanted to put forks in my eyes I was so bored.

 

 

 

I got 2 addy boots 2 granite mauls and a mystic top.

 

 

 

Still a boing and worthless task.

Well, with the update of Shilo tasks (duradel now giving better tasks), I'm just wondering if anyones discovered they've got a new favourite, or hate. I've gotten a load of bloodvelds off him and I love em now.

i usually skip fire giants, the 'safe spots' i know of aren't that safe

im going for 65 now (59 atm)

 

and i like greaters, blue drags, anything in slayer cave/tower exept for turoth/kurask, but i dont know wy ppl like daga's so much, they always hit high on me and not easy to heal on with guth... :?

this may seem a little wierd, but i can never bring myself to do trolls! My favorite is deffinitely hellhounds! or blue drags... because i can range them!

I Burthorpe Crocodiles and Terror Dogs.

 

Pretty much everything else is fair game, especially if I can take advantage of 'Bones to Peaches' for food :) ...can stay at those places almost indefinitely.

The only ones I drop are metal drags they're too far away and they require too many ppots for the drops they give. But I don't understand why everyone hates mutated zygomites, they're right next to the slayer master and a bank and the most you ever get is 20-25.

i h8 getting terror dogs, i dont want 2 go through tarins lair 2 fight them. and crocidilies, i dont like having almost no armor on
