I have to say, +1, and I'm a guy. You are one of very few girls I've ever heard say that. Rappers like Eminem are big fans of "[bleep]-es", or girls that are, like the original poster said, objects. I do not think girls should be treated like that. What I look for in a girl is quite a bit intelligence, like being fluent in more than one language, not pornography.

I'm pretty sure you'd manage to not drop dead. Don't be too sure...

About the second chapter: That just happens. Sometimes that happens if you rewrite, keep every version you wrote so you can "Roll Back" if you don't like the new version. About the first OT question: People, ahem, n00bs, saw the announcement, clicked the link to the sticky, posted their picture, then realized something. I can just imagine this: Noob on General Discussion is bored. He has double posted on all the "whats ur favrit rs item" and "omg i h8 ge!" threads twice, and doesn't know what to do. So, on an impulse, he looks through the stickies. A look of awe spreads over his face as he notices the new announcement: RL Pictures. He reads through, and just as he is about to create a "post ur rl picz!" thread on GD, he sees the link to the "Can it be? Real life pictures" sticky. He posts his picture. Now comes the realization part. There's an Off Topic board. *Goes on spamming spree* I liked OT better before that sticky, we didn't gain any noticably intelligent users to Ot.

I don't know about you people, but I simply can not live without broadband. We're thinking of upgrading to 8 Mbits. (Note: 8 Megabits = 8 Megs per second)

Here people spend an enormous amount on fireworks, and the show just made by the neighborhood lasts hours. It creates a lot of pollution, though.

Link please? Yes, stick with Windows. Contrary to poular belrief, Vista is not that buggy. Areo works good, but don't waste your money on Ultimate. I say that as a hardcore Windows fan. Get Home Premium, best value. Anyone knows that unless you have a budget the size of Bill Gates, Mac=Epic fail. Edit I'm back, from 500 km away now, would have finished the post otherwise. Get 2 gigs of ram, if you can afford it, get an Intel Dual core. They rock. A 15 inch screen should do it.

Which server? My guess is Apache, but I've never gotten any server to work... :oops: Otherwise, Id on't really know what to do.

Dunno about you, Nad, but Ubuntu is jut too easy for me. I had to switch to Fedora 8 (FTW) to get breathing agasin. I also use Vista, if you're wondering. Just a random fact, Mac OS X does run on Vista, if you do some tweaking... My friend and I are on a quest to run it on a PC. An RL quest.

Tip: if you play RS on the school computers, delete Jagex_cache_32. (Duh!) As well as taking away history, cookies, etc.

Did a little research on Amazon.com, photoshop Cs2 is just 30 or so bucks. As for a camera, if you can afford it, I highly reccomend a Nikon D40. Excellent picture quality, easy to use with advanced features to grow into.
