Today I am still writing papers. Making very slow progress, but progress none the less. Fully expect to be up all night.

If I have bank space, I'm going to use it. I like having anything I could possibly need available to me, and then some. For example, some of the items in my bank include: priest gowns and monk robes, 8 different kinds of currency, three tools which either don't fit on the toolbelt or have other uses. I have a whole tab dedicated to jewelry. One slot for each of the enchanted jewelry that might be useful, as well as holy symbols, cat training medals, and quest related, now cosmetic, jewelry. Tab count: ~25. I also have a farming tab, which contains some of my more useless items, as I store nearly every type of seed. (Like I said, I like having them available if I think I'll ever possibly need them.) About 70 items here In my ranged tab, I have a couple different sets of armour (stealing creation and dragonhide) arrows of every type from bronze to rune(same with bolts (excluding enchanted, I obtain those as I need a specific special)), four types of throwing knives, I have a couple chomby hats and gear for hunting them. multiple bow types, a couple crossbows, and other various ranging items (rune javelins and throwing axes, a zamorak arrow for god wars, cannon and ammo, blisterwood stakes, etc.). Tab count: ~45 Similar to my farming tab, I have a herblore tab with several of the more useful secondaries, as well as stacks of most herbs (again, never really know when I'll need a specific one) as well as various potions of mostly useful things. Throw in some dominion potions, and there you go. This tab has ~40 items. My melee tab has a lot of useless equipment, but it is either hard to obtain, or quest obtainable meaning that it is either unobtainable again or expensive to get. (~95 items) Summoning tab contains charms, a couple secondaries, and a few useful pouches, and also doubles as a tab for hunting equipment (20ish items). There is a teeny tab for incredibly random items that are occasionally used for treasure trails, but also includes a few pyramid plunder items I haven't turned in yet. (8 items) Finally, I have my magic tab. Yes, I do have one of each talisman, but I believe they do come in handy in certain quests, and, as I said before, I like being prepared. Stacks of each rune, staffs of various sorts (no elemental besides air; I do use lava and mud) pouches, and some tele-orbs from dorgesshkhan (Highly useful for quick travel)(~50 items) Total Bank count: 424 of 468. Necessary? No. Suits my playing style? Yes. So there.

Biggest complaint is the right click firemaking with the knife in the tool belt. Come on, if I'm going to fletch an inventory of logs, that involves much less clicking then firemaking. I hope for a patch notes change in the near future.

Both on topic, and relevant to the English discussion: there are few things I hate more than the book Heart of Darkness. We spent practically a month on that book in my AP Lit class talking through it and exploring symbolism. There may be social commentary in there, but there is NO way that everything we talked about existed in that book. To this day, I still despise literary criticism because I can make up just about anything about a book and find some way to justify it. Yeah, yeah, I read your arguments about it, but I still hate it. :mad:

Guess I need to look again. :P I do appreciate how it's so obviously a scam when you have private set to appear in the chat box, as "From Mod Mark:" should be white if it were actually from a person. Take a look again. When the person chose him as a "victim" he didn't have a player crown. Then, under the scam screenshot, he now has a crown.

The articles posted recently which refute the findings rely not on disproving the measurements themselves, but make an argument that the particles couldn't be traveling faster than light because of such and such law of physics. This might be too late to help, but fancy restaurants (or at least mid-level chain restaurants like olive garden or TGI Fridays) can be expensive. Saint Paul has plenty of cheap, classy local places to eat that you can try depending on where you live. Like... Snuffy's... or Italian Pie Shoppe.... I don't really know exactly where you're at, so hard to recommend. Generally, don't go with fast food, try a local place if you've been to one before (if you've never been to a restaurant before, I would recommend not going there on a first date, could cause you to be unsure of yourself if you don't know what to expect from the restaurant.)

I think the point still stands, however. Precedents must be made at some point, especially with regard to the digital world. There just are not going to be cases to build a precedent upon, as you didn't have these problems 20 or even 10 years ago, and if the legal argument is "there is no precedent" then there never will be.
