  1. The price of training many skills has gone up. I think this is bad. Why? Well, I don't want to have to do every step in the production process just to get the exp because, face it, grinding is DULL. If there was not so much grinding, mass alching would not be a problem.
  2. I'm very much hoping that the worst is well behind us now, and Jagex can go back to producing nice updates. I believe Jagex should spend a few months fixing things- older minigames, customer support, the GE, the banking system, and Bounty Hunter just to name a few.
  3. Bad if you make them/sell them. Is it just me, or is the profit being sucked out of the skilling market?
  4. Anyone want to put this on the Noobs Say the Funniest Things thread?
  5. You might want to replace the warrior helm with the Helm of Neitiznot. It's cheaper and has better stats.
  6. THESE THREAAAAAAAAADS MAAAAAAAAAAAKE ME SOOOOOOOO AAAAAAAAAAAANGRYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY And you won't like him when he's angry...
  7. The lending update that is promised is going to make begging a WHOLE lot worse... And the requests will sound more reasonable...
  8. I'm talking about how ridiculously easy it is train a skill with pest control points without ever having done the skill yourself. Example: People meleeing in pest control to train their magic with the points. Aye aye... And the worst part is, when you train combat any other way, a little voice in the back of your head is telling you you could get more out of Pest Control.
  9. In soviet russia, Partyhat wear you! It's Soviet Runescape! The good ole U.S.S.R.S.
  10. But Jagex Mods already said it's f2p -.- I think they can just set the quest right outside the gates in f2p area. It makes the most sense to me. If you base all reasoning on one picture than also check this one out.. I'm going to ask Samywamy if this is real, seeming as I've known him for about a year, strange coincidence :-k There is a fair chance it will be p2p, if Taverly involves the quest to start summoning they will not make it f2p. The picture could be easily faked; it's one guy in a remote location. And since when do the Corporate Giants talk to us peons? Edit: Also notice the mispellings...
  11. Whats so great about Taverly that it couldn't be F2P? Considering that all it has is a herblore shop and the druids...
  12. New to Ferret, the public access Runescape channel, a edgy reality show that'll keep you on the edge of your seat: Skillers Gone Wild!
  13. I find it ironic, however, how some magers would actually buy runes crafted by your truly for their 94 mage and whatnot, and try to cast Ice Barrage and only hit a max 30, while melee and range can hit above 50, and do it at much earlier levels. :-k On other MMORPGs, magic tends to hit harder than anything else... The mages just have low health and defense.
  14. If the two were merged, then the void may be partially filled as well as giving F2P a new money maker...
  15. nope, your wrong. Lobsters have been at 201 gp (the lowest price) and have been there for several weeks, even though tens of thousands of lobsters are sold there at that price every day, and even more just sit there with no one to buy them. whatever happened to the GE "automaticly updating" its self? It is the price ceilings and floors, comrades! Here in the U.S.S.R.S., we have no need for a free market! Let the capitilistic pigs of other MMORPGs wallow in their filth of freedom!
  16. And would you like to enlighten us with those ways? Selling accounts and powerleveling on already existing accounts. This will get murdered soon enough. The joys of IP addresses and UIDs. But anyway, I feel that Jagex did a great thing by trying to stop real world item traders. They slowed down a criminal organization that stole credit card numbers, you name it! They are like a lighter version of the mafia in a sense. Let's just learn to adapt. I'm sure all of you can do that. In fact, one of the characteristics of living things include adaptation. So, any human being can do so. Yep. I adapted, all right. Right out of Runescape and into WoW.
  17. Isn't everyone forgetting those pesky price floors and ceilings? Comrades, Jagex has clipped the wings of the rares market for our own good!
  18. But those prices are staying the same; the Gesta- I mean Jagex, has set prices at the old rates for "our own good".
  19. That would definatly piss off regular skillers. It is not rare for high lvl players to gain more than 1M xp (even 2M xp) a day in ONE skill. If you don't believe me check various sites that track the xp of a few amount of players like http://www.rsstats.nl. Why not annoy skillers? Everyone else has got a steaming pile of fertilizer hurled at them...
  20. Jagex COULD place a limit on how much exp you can gain per day... Look at the assist system for an example.
  21. *cheers* Here's to expecting massive bugs when summoning comes. Oops, did I accidentally summon a party hat and it's on the floor now? I think I'm going to follow that guy... Uh-oh! My familar just attacked him! Naughty familar! Naughty!
  22. Um... Not very big in F2P...
  23. Of course, the GE is located in Varrock...
  24. OUT OUT, demons of stupidity! I call upon the powers of Saint Dogbert to remove these foul demons of brownnosing! OUT OUT!
  25. He was basing his report card on what Jagex has done this year not on what it has done in the past.
