Well, I find it to be pretty useful... but. But! The price manipulation by JaGEx is just a wee bit.. creepy. And the system seems a little flawed; earlier today I was selling 26k willows. I found a buyer on the forums, they put in the buy order for 26k willow logs at 18gp ea, I put my 26k willow logs in to sell for 18gp ea. We waited several minutes. Neither of our orders were completed, or even started. We ended up hopping worlds to trade normally. I've noticed this quite often, actually, even if two people are buying and selling the exact same thing, for the exact same price in the ge, quite often neither of them will be able to buy or sell... :wall: Good read.

Range. Between enchanted bolts, the Dark Bow spec, the crystal bow and the seercull, range can handle almost every situation. (Or it could be that it is my favorite... :-# ) And magic is not underpowered. The last time I remember it being underpowered at all was before the msb spec was nerfed. But I don't want to have to debate underpoweredness (Lol?), so I'm going to shut up now..

I'll occasionally curse for the purposes of humor, or if I just nearly took my hand off with a hatchet, but I don't do it often, and I'm not the sort of person who thinks that swearing every other word makes you 'cool'.. :roll:

Umh, probably mossies. In p2p, try the mossy circle a little northwest of Ardy. Safespot behind rocks or between the fire and tree. In f2p, the mossies on Crandor Island. Don't know the safespot for those..

I've had some annoying ones recently.. one gave decent rewards, but the pain of doing it... Had one that was over 12 clues long(or something like that), including 2 puzzle boxes and 4 sara wizards. I got 2 rune plates and a mage short. Then, just yesterday, I got one with 2 puzzles, 1 zammy wizard and one sara wizard, and I got a handful of nats and 22 purple sweets... Decent enough rewards I suppose, but for in that time I could have made 5 times that much cash or more doing something else. And I have yet to get any sort of unique ttrail reward other than a black kite(g).

Oblivion And honestly, a system like that would be pretty cool... Smithing would be useful again :thumbsup:

So... You got banned for saying 'gay'. That implies that the people at JaGEx are forbidding us from talking about being very lighthearted and happy. Therefore, they do not want us to be happy. The entire point of Runescape is to make us unhappy! Huzzah! I think that the rumors about an auto-respond program as CS department may actually be true.. whenever I mention it anywhere near mods of any sort, I get the automatic, multiple line response denying that my statement was true. That makes me suspect them even more...

Virus scan, then change your pw, set new recoveries, set a PIN. Remember, you've got to get rid of the keylogger/trojan before you recover the account...

Win. :P On topic: Just practice typing, and try to remember where keys are, and you'll get the hang of it.

Without it degrading over time, most degradable armor and weapons would be far too powerful, and far too easy/inexpensive to use... And besides, in quite a few MMOs and RPGs, almost everything degrades. So don't ever try playing Oblivion or WoW.. :|

I really don't no-life much, maybe the most I've ever played one in one day would be ~8 hours, and that was during a snowstorm.. But don't try to force your opinions on me, I'll play games as much as I damn well please. I've never really understood how hanging around a mall or fast food joint with a few people I don't really like very much, or going to a party and getting wasted with people I don't really like is healthier or better than playing games for an hour or two, reading outside for a while, taking my dog for a walk, and talking with a neighbor for a few minutes... I can think of maybe two or three people my age that I actually consider friends, maybe 7 or 8 more that I talk to on friendly terms, and the rest I either hate or am indifferent to. Maybe the problem is that I've never really seen so many of the pointless things that people do as any more important than enjoying my time. I only have a little bit of time to live, maybe ~75 more years tops, and I'm going to enjoy every moment that I can. Well, that was pretty disjointed. Have a cookie if you read through it all.. :-#

Yet one more reason for me to not use those sites... :roll: I never really understood how those things became popular, they seem like even more of a 'life waster' than games like RS..

Well, from the stats and my own experiences against them, if I could ever afford it, I would use: Sara gs for PvM, particularly long slayer trips. Bandos gs for Pvp, especially against tanks. Zam gs for PvP against flag holders, rangers and in FoG. Arma gs for pretty much anything. My personal choice would probably be either Arma or Bandos (Or while I'm dreaming, both : ), but if I had enough cash to make up the difference, I would go for the Arma one.

Tbh, it is still less annoying than 'phr33 s700f pl0>

The insults remind me of my days in W18 edgey... And remember, most of the people who insult you are completely hypocritical and will safe, farcast, etc as much as they want. They're just trying to get you to stop eating or praying, or to get you to waste time typing.

It was build from the ground up as a money drain to help counter alching. :| But at higher levels it starts to pay off with things like tab crafting, portal rooms, gilded altars and mounted glories.
