Congrats there little buddy. Should be an interesting race to see which of the two of us will get to 138 combat / maxed combats first. Seeing as how I should be getting 98 summoning in about a day or twos time. :mrgreen: Then again I still would have to sell / alch stuff to find the money for 96 prayer afterwards. :wall:

Your first reason for me. I most likely could have maxed out and moved on by now had I not thought it was such an aweful game when I first saw it long long ago, although I think it was my sister whom I might have seen playingit, Ill be danged if I can remember though. :lol:

According to the tipit calculator they are roughly the same, helm and fury, compared to just salve (e). Either way, not too much has changed actual gear set up wise, I do have a slightly more beefed up defensive set up now for piety tasks thanks to the extra 20 defense boost of the new slayer helm. :mrgreen:

Glad I am not the only one to notice that. And if I said next post, I meant next topic. :lol: YA, im not much of a fan of the god capes / mage helms here truth be told. I get the same mage defence with the cape and helm roughly, and about 40 more melee defence / range defence and the 7 prayer boost is an extremely large help seeing as how it allows me to use 2 to 3 points per lure, depending on direction. So ya, ill take the 7 more pray so I dont need to take prayer gear with the 40 more defence / switch armor always over the 16 more mage attack bonus ;) Barrage destroys them enough as it is anyways :lol:

O? Achieve 20m mage exp? O ok. 2nd 20m+ exp skill, other being hitpoints obviously. :lol: Bursted from 95 to 99 here, and been barraging here since 99. As for my current charm count and dreaded summoning level, well, that will all explain itself in the next thread quite soon. :mrgreen:

Ya man, I hope to see you around a bit more, but I mean seriously they just say 3months or so to make it seem like much less of a loss, but mine was just shy of 5 months of loss, and with all those old pictures I have, and the fact that it just took me almost 2 minutes to scroll down to the bottom of the first page, I dont even think that its worth restoring this blog. I still wish I could get a better explaination to how some of these roll backs affected different parts of these boards so randomly / differently. I never have touched this blog since the forums crashed, yet somehow they have a title from around march when I got 29 summoning / 80 prayer. According to those dates on those pictures....THey were taken march 4th which would have put it to around the 3 month rollback mentioned, yet my last post dates are in january?!?!?! Maybe Im just whining to much and am too observant compared to others, but I am not sure which is killing me more, the extreme confusion or how much id have to fix. :? whatever.

After the 5th task your points start counting. So just use the canifis slayer master, (as burth tasks do not count for tasks in a row, as they are the tasks that reset your counter) for the first four tasks, and then after that use whichever slayer master you prefer. Also you have to use an uncharged black mask to make the slayer helmet.

I just got mine a few hours ago too, and I love it. Im not sure if you have noticed, but it only weighs 2 kg!!!! yet it has 4 more items combined together on it then the 10kg black mask alone! Funny stuff there, but I sure dont mind the much less weight to lug around.

Minus that fact that merchanting now takes a bit more knowledge and that it was made even easier, other then that that pretty much sums it up. Also, there has been a new skill called summoning, its a combat related skill and the combat level has increased to a maximum of 138 while remaining unchanged in this members only skill, throw in a few quests and your good to play runescape again. :wink:

Super huge congratuations on such a hawt cape and hawt lvl 99 skill. I was gonna ask how you could do it without ever cannoning but there are a few out there that can stand it. I however, am not one of them. :lol: Besides, without my cannon, I wouldnt be able to get my slayer cape for my trimming cape Cant wait to get mine, I bet it was a great feeling wasnt it?
