Should prove interesting, one way or another. This update could quite possibly not directly affect runecrafting / essense prices at all. And that is to say that it could be a mini game such as pyramid plunder that came along for theiving. Meaning that it might just make the skill decently trainable (although, obviously not with the same exp rates :lol: ....i hope :-# ) yet without too much profit if any. I wouldnt put it past jagex to find a way to have it blow up in their faces though. Obviously has happened before, and will surely happen again, thats just the nature of the business. :lol: ;)

KBD has been insanely easy for a while now and as a result is why he wasnt killed that often for a while. Not until they gave him quite a nice crimson charm drop rate along with his visage addition before that. Still, the reason that the dagganoth kings seem so dang easy compared to the king black dragon is due to the fact your actually 'Soloing' on the king black dragon, where as 'your staying until you run out of supplies' at Dag kings. Bottom line is both are quite easy to kill and as a result hardly make as much money as godwars generally does. So if you want some money dont expect a KBD update / drops list upgrade, just keep training and move on to bigger, badder, and better monsters where you actually have to do a bit more work then eat shark here and there and time the monster spawns right.

Looks like your well on your way to doing it. =D> I was pretty close for a while, but as I have found out in the past several months since getting 99, is that there isnt all that much for me in this game outside of combat. And making another account, well thats just not my style. :lol: But yes, looks like you should not need to worry about having to catch up every few exp here and there and using mith bolts (e) for posion damage on range tasks or dds specs for it as well, and even a few rings of recoil on tasks like I would have had to. :lol: They are just a pain. Nothing is missing so much as stuff needs to be removed. From what I have always heard and i highly doubt it has changed any, is that half the people lure, the others 1 or 2 item, and the remaining few are the ones that are lured for their godsword / expensive gear / etc etc. O and lets not forget the people that like to BH splits that got [bleep]ed up in godwars or were got while teaming in non ls worlds.

For your attempt and actual ability to do something that I have always said I would maybe get around to doing for ages, and that is actually make a guide, I commend you. =D> However, I also feel as though I shouldnt lie to you one way or another. Being a high level Summoner, I can relate to the reasons in which they did this. As many others have said if it was to cash out then that would make the skill to easy, and with swapping for shards it goes along with the theme of the skill more. Also as lugia mentioned, I too will be using them at one point or another anyways, and being able to swap loads of pouches in at once for such large quantities of shards back at once not only saved me time (buy 50k at a time is hella slow) , it also saved me money with the prices they sell for in the exchange compared to the prices of the shards at 25 each you would get for the pouch. Also there are plenty of ways of making gold pieces in this game as it is, and NONE of them include getting mass amounts of money at once by training a skill. Thats part of the reason construction and summoning are money heavy skills as there is so much more gold coming into the game per day then there is leaving it.

I absolutely hated doing this quest when I was a noob, and thought to myself there is no way that this could be worth having done in the long run, (was just doing it to say I 'did the hardest quest at the time' back then.) This seemed especially true due to the prices that it cost to use these spells and that fact that I hated pking. However, now since the price drops on lots of items, including runes, and the wealth that many people accumulated since the release of GWD. This skill proved more then invaluable as I bursted my way to 99 magic, and barraged my way to 21m Mage exp, and a large portion of the charms needed for 99 summoning and one of, if not, my favorite skill. (ya still a slayer noob at heart.)

Honestly nothing more then a total level booster for me and isnt really even that enjoyable for myself, got to 85 or wherever I am now with maples and willows, but If i ever go any further I will almost surely use only yews or magics. Hell, Ive had 99 banked for over a year or so now in maples, hell if I burned all 369k maples that I have id be on the front page of the firemaking highscores, but I would almost much rather junk them out into maple longbows (u) along with some pouches and scrolls and make some decent money back for a fraction of the work. :lol: I really do hope that they look into this skill some more, at least with mining they put a decent profit / exp trainer back in there with the 500g granite needed in a main staple of their new skill summoning. Shame the 10 exp boost per log when using familiars is hardly worth it as they slow you down so much in the long run and just cant keep up with log and box lighting times.

Replace the merch with some summoning every few thousand charms / weeks and ya, that pretty much sums me up in a nutshell. I always remembered to kill my jade vine and do bork each day on my way to 99 slayer and 99 summoning, respectively. However, since I got 99 I have only done each a handful of times, and as for the battlestaffs, ya that went by the way side unless I actually wanted some crafting experience. And usually solo zilly a few times a week too along with my slaying.

Customer Service. Seriously, slapped me with a 2 day mute today, (which when you consider it was along with '6 offences' isnt really that bad...untill you actually look at the pitiful excuse for the evidence) and along with all these offences I am starting to notice a trait or two. I think that they shouldnt have set words = offences on a players account when someone reports them. (thats if I was even reported, the reporting system could be autoed by jagex as well, just hit a keyword or phrase or near one a more then 1 time in a day and boom your out of luck.) O well, maybe at the rate I am going (If I dont get banned first) I will be able to write a guide on how to avoid offences, by avoiding saying the trigger phrases that activate their systems to do what they generally fail at doing. --- Other then that, the list seems to hit the most notable ones on the head. The Randomly generated stuff would have been one of the biggest and best updates to this game if you ask me, which then again may be the reason that It never came long. They may have just over stepped their bounds by jumping out there and saying they could do something along those lines when infact they knew they couldnt. :roll:

I mean hell ya its a great summon, and second highest leveled one in the game to summon, but I dont think that that gives it the right to defy gravity or anything...

Congrats on 1800 buddy. And They didnt really nerf sara again if your talking about when Rs HD came out. I heard that a few times at first and went the day after myself to check it out and soma also told me that nothing had changed and it was just bad players going to check her out with the new graphics which is why they got rocked so hardcore and figured that they nerfed / changed her. All though.....if they nerfed her hilt drop rate again taht wouldnt surprise me too much...

You guys are funny, I take it noone really reads the stuff they cant see or have to click. But as I already mentioned, I wound up leveling up '3 times' because the first time I tried to summon yak I forgot I didnt have summoning points, the second time I found out I couldnt summon the thing down there anyways and then the third time I finally got it. Nothing too new really, I have an aweful habit of messing up my 99 level ups usually anyways. (half the people couldnt come to 99 slay, missed str 99 cuz of things in fight pits and people dying, couldnt spec for 100 exp with a dark bow in full arma with dragon bolts and range pray and pot, etc etc.)

I honestly dont know why it is so hard for them to get this right. I mean really just put the tasks that they can assign on to the knowledge base. Simple really, but no, they still are unable to do it after numerous times in changing this page up. Nothing was changed as far as I can tell but another pointless update to this webpage link, seeing as how I was about to do my waterfiends task that I recieved after doing nechs yesterday. Amazing how they can make such great updates in some aspects of the game and continually over look the smallest and simplest of things in comparison and make themselves look like morons time after time. What is the hell is the point in having a knowledge base if it never has the right information in it?
