Meh, everyone knows Irish people are too busy drinking and throwing rocks and wearing kilts to cut themselves, silly! I thought it was funny. Someone's probably done a scientific study. But a lot of that music is scarily depressing. Plus, with all the people who walk around blaring "I'm Walking on Sunshine" on their boomboxes, they probably get even more sad. Just because it's associated with wrist cutting and suicides, doesn't mean it directly leads to it. Its like banning low hanging pants because its associated with gang activity. People who quote the entire OP of a thread when they respond to it. People who, when you fall down or get injured somehow, stand around you and repeatedly ask "oh my God are you ok?" rather than helping. People who pull out a camera or cell phone to record an accident or some other disasterous incident rather than helping out the people involved. Politically accurate people. People who never seem to get the differece between a right and a privilege and abuse both.

I think Lenin means that the person with the no pun in ten did joke forgot to say he hoped they win, thus the joke never said what the puns failed to do.

Now, if Russia tried to cut down on Emo suicides, that'd be fine. But taking out Emo music (I had no idea MCR was popular in Russia...) is rather pointless. It won't stop the trend, it'll just emos more pissed at the world.
