Aquanite
Unless I am mistaken, you don't have to be on task to go kill aquanites. They aren't aggressive, so you don't have to worry about getting piled on. You can experiment with setups & strategies before you unlock. They are weak to stab (think leaf-bladed sword / rune defender or Z-spear) and drop a lot of raw fish. Still, I prefer a unicorn over a bunyip. Wear your best hides (or similar mage defense armor) and have fun. IT’S A GAME, NOT A JOB.

Exclusive Content
Maybe the problem is that your so high level, that any high level content released is what you view as medium level. This is worth consideration. Jagex bills members Runescape as having 25,000 hours of gameplay - that's 1041 days of 24-hour play (or 6,250 days @ 4 hours a day). That's 17 estimated years of content if you play 4 hours a day. I'd wager some here have clocked that kind of time in far less than 17 years. In the interests of disclosure, I will state that I am sitting at about 470 24-hour days - less than halfway finished - and I have been around since the Classic days (I was around for scythe drops). If people feel they have maxed out the game, perhaps it's time for an honest examination of playing habits & time spent. Perhaps Jagex really isn't to blame for the lack of high-level content. Perhaps people are just playing the one facet they enjoy rather than the broader scope of the game. Or perhaps you really have played 25,000 hours and just need to get up, open the window and look outside. It is a question each of us has to answer. But at some point, the silly, repetitive escalation of weaponry and bosses has to reach its end.

Relatively Large Hoard of Effigies!!
I wouldn't write off W117. I go there every day and get my daily assisting done in 10 minutes, max. EDIT - I should clarify - I give assisting on W117, not receive assisting. And I assist a skill that's not widely trained (construction). So I am in-and-out in a flash. Stand south of the bank for the best action.

Exclusive Content
I don't have a problem with high-level content - anyone can become high-level with time & effort. I do have a problem with exclusive content and the notion that certain players / cliques are entitled to an elite status. Interesting that the thread is titled Exclusive Content and not High-Level Content, isn't it? ;)

120 construction
As long as they add effigies for levels 99, 101, 103, 105, 107, 109, 111, etc. with commensurate XP rewards. Of course, then the self-styled elitists will piss and moan for still higher levels. And the vicious cycle will continue...

is there going to be another xo weekend?
Despite all the complaints about the last two, it's likely that they will fish for $5 from everyone at least one more time.

How long does AOD Gravestone last?
Plenty of time if you weren't disconnected because of a power outage or systems issue; elsewise it's useless eye candy that you won't even get to see.

If it's any consolation, I'm still finding them in my Runescape directory. I've gotten 19 of them since I started my topic on 29 October. I just browsed them all, and they all point to mshtml.dll I'm no closer to an answer, but I feel your pain. # # A fatal error has been detected by the Java Runtime Environment: # # EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION (0xc0000005) at pc=0x3d0e9851, pid=2208, tid=1360 # # JRE version: 6.0_22-b04 # Java VM: Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (17.1-b03 mixed mode windows-x86 ) # Problematic frame: # C [mshtml.dll+0x249851] # # If you would like to submit a bug report, please visit: # http://java.sun.com/webapps/bugreport/crash.jsp # The crash happened outside the Java Virtual Machine in native code. # See problematic frame for where to report the bug. #

How Do I Toggle the Camelot Teleport Location
Quoting the Tip.It Item Database: You can also use the headband to teleport to the Seer's Village rather than Camelot. Talk to any Seer to toggle the teleport location.

I wish Runescape Christmas events was worth looking forward to
I agree that Holiday quests are getting stale. IMO, they could dispense with them and just sprinkle in eye candy across the game for a few weeks. All the bars could sell egg nog. Dress up the shopkeepers in santa hats. Place a few trees in town squares around Gielinor (like the one in Varrock Square a few years back). Hang a few wreaths. Strings of colored lanterns over Ardougne market. You can go on and on. It would give the developers something festive to do and would do a lot more to spread the holiday spirit than the current obligatory seasonal event. Probably too late for this year, though.

Pay By SMS - SurfPin option?
I use Paymo to drain my unused prepaid phone time into RS time, and I vouch for it. It's a lot simpler than Surfpin and a little bit cheaper.

How to install printer
Assuming this is Windows... you didn't say... Lexmark drivers are particularly noxious - they monitor your ink/toner levels and give you warnings when the consumables are low.

Rare or No?
If it was me, I'd buy and plan never to sell. Many will testify: once you sell, it's awfully hard to get one back.

Court Cases
Quoting Tip.Its Items Database: Gotten from either pickpocketing low level monsters (e.g Al-Kharid Warriors), killing monsters, looting caskets or from treasure trails. I personally vouch for the treasure trails part.

Tip.It Times - 31st October 2010
Oh yeah... I could... but the XP differential makes it not worth the effort. Tokens are tied to XP, and without tokens the "skill" is useless. I wouldn't keep harping so, but the Times article advanced the stereotypical view that Dung haters are hating because they love old school "mindless grinding". That view needs to be countered - loudly, emphatically and often.

Tip.It Times - 31st October 2010
The autogrouping sidetrack is diverting from what some of us are saying: Solo players are penalized simply because they don't want to be grouped at all It wouldn't matter if the grouping system was the best thing since sliced bread. Some of us don't want to do group questing. In my case, it's the only fault I have with Dung. If I have 99 in damn near everything, why would I want to group up and put up with the aggravation? If I have 99 in damn near everything and don't need to be on a team, why should I be penalized, XP wise? Geez - I should get more XP than a team, simply because I can do it effectively on my own. Instead of dividing the XP pot 5 ways, I should get what a team gets instead of the lesser amount solo players are penalized with. But predictably, Jagex insists on trying to mix oil & water with the usual cluster[bleep]ed results.

Limewire shut down
Really! It's a lot better than the good old days, when you bought cassettes or 8-tracks only to have them eaten by your player... so you bought them again... and again. Nowadays you get a perfect, non-degrading copy of a song for $1. And brats sit around and whine because they don't wanna pay for music. You want free music? Learn to whistle.

Tip.It Times - 31st October 2010
It's not a matter of whether I could find people who would enjoy training with me. It's actually vice-versa. I am not interested in clearing my bathroom breaks with other people, scheduling my Dung runs when other people have free time or being booted by some tight-assed, high-strung elitist Dung players because I had to answer the door or phone. Group questing just doesn't fit my playing paradigm and that will never change. That's your opinion, but it's not mine - and it never will be.

Tip.It Times - 31st October 2010
This pretty much sums up Dung for me as well. If you could solo it and get decent XP rates, Id be onboard. Despite the assertions of the author, many of the objectors to this miscategorized minigame don't have any problems with it actually requiring some level of competence. It's the team aspect that is so [bleep]ing annoying. I dislike grinding as much as anyone. But I dislike being thrust into awkward, forced partnerships more. And that's why Dung will forever be ToG & lamps only in my world.
