Overclocking. There are many guides out there for you to do overclocking in a safe way. Remember that the video card is not coverd by the warranty if you should damage your card while overclocking. But i dunno if it's gonna do you any good. Can you take a picture and upload how a "failed emote" looks like?

Personally I have found memtest to be unreliable lately. I let it run thought a dozen cycles and it found no errors on all my sticks... then ran through it the next day (hadn't used the ram since) and it picked up about 3-4 errors on one stick. 1 on another; 0 on the other two. And after the previous day I wasn't sure so tried again a few hours later; and the sticks which "had no errors" suddenly had some and the two which did no longer had any. Memtest86 or Memtest86+ ?

Snus. (swedish nicotine product that you put under the upper lip, check wiki for more answers). Been on&off it since i was 14 (mostly on it), quit 3 months... Then back again for a year.. And so on. As far as i can remember, the "PSOD" occurs when there's a conflict between a driver and the desktop window manager. It is most likely to be your driver for the video card. Go to www.nvidia.com and download the latest driver for it. Update all other drivers too. Konzserwas - You need to get better air circulation in your computer. Speed up the fan (if it isn't on max) or buy a new custom fan to put on.

I fail to see why your "best computer" couldn't run the new RS. It doesn't say that it needs Windows to run it. It will run on Linux/OSX/Windows as far as i know. Or am i missing something?

Oo, they finally patched it! The last i read about the calculator issue, was that Apple didn't see it as dangrous... And that Microsoft would then make a patch... But finally Apple did it =) Good for me, always using safari when i'm playing runescape. I used the "apple software update" program from the start meny, took 30sec (download/install), had no problem installing it.

Looks nice, but may i ask why you've chosen an nvidia 780i motherboard? Do you plan on running sli? 'Cause otherwise i'd choose a better video card. And you seem to have forgotten the psu (or maybe you have one that you'll use?). I'd recommend probably something like 450-600, depending on what you plan to do with it.

I'm not much into goth, but a couple i like: Therion, Type O Negative, Lacrimas Profundere, Tiamat, Lacuna Coil, Lake of Tears... There's 3 more bands that i can remember that i like, but don't remember the name... I'll edit this post tomorrow to fill in.

Bonsoir monsieur Sbrideau ^^ I think you have 300w, but i'm not sure. (saw another one posting a question about gfx card with the same computer you got, stating he had 300watt... But who knows.) Could you open up your computer and check the psu, it should say what wattage it has. (remember, no statics) If you have the note/recipe from when you bought it, it should be on there too (amongst which parts it has). Au revoir.

Get a new 24" iMac^^ (or get me a new 24" iMac!)

CPU: Intel core 2 duo 2.2ghz (e4500), clocked to 2.7ghz when needed (Supreme Commander for example) (damn stock fan, should buy a new one). RAM: 2gb ddr2, 667. Video card: Nvidia 8600GT stock for the most time, 100mhz overclock when needed (core/memory). ATI is another video card manufacturer, just like Nvidia. I'm getting an ATI 4850 in autumn =) P.S - Let's see how it'll run on integrated gfx, maybe some higer-end intergrated will run it smoothly.

Don't know how to answer, do as you want? I'm a guy, and my hair is about 60-70cm... And yes, i look after it. But i'm a metal head, so i like to be able to bang my head. I'm annoyed that there's so many short haired guys at concerts tho. I checked some pictures from Sweden Rock Festival, too many look "normal"... Where's all the long hair/beard/beer bellies/Dismember shirt guys...?! It's funny, i usually have longer hair than girls.

my tought on who will win: Germany/Holland my favorite team: Sweden why i think this team will win: They are both good teams with incredible players. I was really dissapointed that Czech (spelling?) didn't win over Turkey. Holland seem very good, over my expectations, it's one of the contenders for the final. I'm swedish, but i don't think they'll beat Holland in the quarter (since i guess we'll play x or win against Russia). And since i'm part german, and i think they'll go further than Sweden, it's my 2nd team after Sweden =) France and italy have been playing crap.

And where is your source for this information? Last year, during the first quarter of the year, they had a revenue (correct word?) on 65.7m sek (about 6.5m euros), the same quarter this year they have showed a revenue on 102.7m sek (10.2m euros). I suggest "dariks boot and nuke" - http://dban.sourceforge.net/ , it does a much more "deeper" (excuse me, too bored to come up with a better word) than windows xp/vista cd formatting. It took me about 7h. If you use this instead of xp/vista cd (of course you can format with one of those cd's if you want to), it will be much harder for someone to retrive data from your session, than if you do it with a xp/vista cd. Instructions for dban is on the page i linked. Remember to save any data you want to keep on a cd/usb memory/send to another computer... etc before you format.

Desktop, yes. The temprature is during idle, not running anything but Windows. Yes, perhaps some new thermal compound... A good one lowers about 5c if i don't remember wrong, there was a test on sweclockers about them a couple of months ago (if i don't remember wrong), i'll check it out. The fan runs on 100%. But i don't know, atm i only have about 40euros to spend on this, so if i would get a new fan/heatsink - is there something to be recommended in this price range?
