Someone actually did an in-depth study on this, using data from levels 50, 75 and 99, or around those levels. They found that at level 60, or so, it's possible to break even, and at higher levels your profits increase. At level 99, you'll get more bloods, deaths, etc, and you will actually make a profit. I can't find the thread right now, but I know it's somewhere.

Did you ever think that maybe the experience from your first failure is what made the difference? I'm poor so a yes would be nice :lol: That's possible, but then again, perhaps if you get better equipment the first time, you won't need experience for the second try.

..You mean 'rare', right? I'd go with the pumpkin, because, as said before, it's the first rare, and that makes it awesome. Besides, if you've quit, why would you care about a profit?

I use the abyss quite a lot, usually to craft laws. However, most 'crafters I see are making nature runes? Laws sell instantly in the G.E for at least 50gp more than natures, so why are people choosing to craft nats instead of laws? I find it's just as fast to find a tight gap or distractable eyes as it is a mineable rock or burnable boil. True, you need to eat once every few runs, but the profit covers the food. (You can't have armour or weapons on Entrana, including the law alter).

Could you ask this coherently, and on your own thread? Hijacking someone else's thread just isn't the done thing. The Dark "Barrow" gloves are most certainly the best melee, magic and ranged gloves in-game.

With your ranged level, I really think you're going to need at least a fury, and perhaps an archer ring. With that setup, and 74 ranged, I only just scraped through to Jad, but when I tried with better equipment, it made a lot of difference. Also, you could swap out a sara brew for a super restore potion.

The number of points you'll need to gain remains the same, no matter which pieces you get first. Just make sure you don't keep pcing if your points hit 250 :wink:

Well, the knowledge base states that the effect has a 1/10 chance of activating. Whether this means chance per hit, monster engagement, or year, I dunno. I just know that I've killed hundreds of rock crabs with the effect only activating once.

I'm trying to add to my costume room, and this involves getting the three uncharged broodoo shields. I've been fighting monsters, wearing the shield, for a while, and I've only managed to get one of the ten charges on the melee shield to activate. Is there any special way to use up the charges? I must be doing something wrong.

On the internet, you're relatively anonymous. If you had that level of anonymity in real life, I'd bet a lot of kids who just found out the meaning of a lot of curse words would say them all the time. You can't get a Guthan's spear with 0 killcount, you need to actually kill the Brothers to have a chance at their armour. Unless I'm mistaken, and you can simply go straight into the tunnel, which would save a lot of time and money..

The fighter helmet takes longer to get; if you're going to be dying a lot and want accuracy just get a warrior helm.
