I would say "You know you don't want to play this game. It sucks. Back away slowly from the computer, and never log in again." This game is like Meth. You can quit for a while, but you will always come crawling back to it. #-o

Is that an accomplishment? The official forums are a corrupt cesspool, now. Regardless, I do think this place needs a bit of policing.

How about they make the censor optional if you acquire 1000+ total level? Until then, you cannot turn it off. With that said, however, the changes would only be client-side. If you had the censor turned off, people's words would not appear censored to you but they would to other people who still have it enabled.

I agree that piss, damn, crap, frickin, and phone should be uncensored. However, I think they were right in censoring 'gay.' Many people I've met in RS are immature, and would overuse that word and also be discriminatory.

Btw, your hp is now restored to whatever it was before you went into someone's house, the exception being if you heal inside someone's house. Then you leave with whatever HP you healed to.

FFS they made Mithril Dragons EVEN HARDER to kill now. :boohoo: So much for the Veracs + Antipot + Protect Magic method working... :wall:

If dragon armor had 1000 defense, not even Tztok-Jad could hit you. That's more than 3x the max armor (385 slash). :ohnoes:

Amen to that. I lost around 4m at iron dragons when I forgot my shield. I lost a zerker ring (3m at the time), obby cape, black mask, and my rune defender. What bothered me most was how idiotic I was to die. I had teleport runes AND sharks on me at the time... But I panicked and my brain completely shut off.

You have heard of a sentence, right? You know, that thing with a subject, predicate, commas, and some form of punctuation at the end? And you know, Jagex has again shown their boneheadedness by increasing the timer on Randoms. They seem to concerned with "lopping off the heads of the dandelions" when what they need to do is target the roots. Again and again and again, innocent players suffer because of Jagex's ineptitude to problem solve and unwillingness to SPEND a LITTLE of their MASSIVE profits to make the game a better place.

Best I got was a dragon med, granite plate, wealth, glory, and a couple pray pots from when some idiot level 70 tried to tank Dharok in the tunnel without prayer. He got two hit when he got Dharok to half HP. Oh, and it was hilarious when he died, because he dropped lobsters. :roll: It's only possible to tank Dharok if you have sharks+

I am guilty of all of these: 2: You say "nub" in real life. 5: There's a salty sweat mark outlining your fingers on your mouse. 8: When you've beaten someone or are better than someone in something, you say you own or pwn them. 21: You have nightmares where you get PK'd. 22: When daydreaming, you hum the intro tune of RS, or as you call it, "the Geilnor national anthem." 24: You play RS at school, work, or in public. 29: You're still reading this. ------ I guess I play too much RS :|

See my signature. Also, as far as the "it's only pixels" statement goes: the pixels represent sentimental importance to a person. I mean, what's an antique figurine, other than colored glass? It has great sentimental importance to a person, regardless of how useful it actually is. The same goes with pixels.

I have noticed a drastic increase in the amount of teleportation randoms, lately; in particular, I've noticed the Drill Demon, Pinball, Mime, Freaky Forester, and Evil Bob popping up a lot more frequently.

Oh, and they reproduce! "Wana b ma gf/bf?" The dumber ones think you don't have to be the opposite gender. RuneScape doesn't require much skill in terms of knowledge and stuff. That's what they hear, and so they sign up in RuneScape thinking they finally found TEH game of idiots. (c wut i did thar?) But they then discover they need to work something, so they try to avoid this by "fre stof plz". They then resort to scamming and the luckier ones get about 50k, from which they buy a rare black lobster and a charcoal, since they have no clue how to use up their newfound wealth. After that, they try to merchant it and sell it for 60k but then they notice that flames come at them so they reply with "fok u nub" and then enjoy a happy ban. Having learned their lesson, they make a new lesson, but this time, they start with scamming since it brings more lesson than begging. Knowing that the black lobster and the charcoal are impossible to sell at that price, they instead walk around with the 20k they managed to scam this time and try to think up a clever way of spending this time. When they see the first person offering to double money, they give their 20k to them. Then that noob buys a black lobster... Quoted for truth. =D>

Yes, and one of my friends got 3 guth spears, a veracs helm, dharok helm, and other lesser items all in the past week. All in his past 100 runs.

And that is why I NEVER stake. I've been beaten countless times by people with over 5m less combat exp in EACH STAT than I have.... Plain and simple, PvP in this game is bullcrap. Hell, I was fighting a level 111 in f2p and being beaten badly by him, even though I was praying and I am level 122 with MAXED ****ING MELEE stats.

You are a noob in the wilderness, no matter WHAT you do. If you pray, you are a "prayer noob." If you eat/pot, you are a "food/potter noob." If you use ancient magicks, you are an "ancient noob." If you run, you are a "scared noob." Hell, even if you just stand there and let the other person kill you like they want you to, you will STILL be called a noob, because you died. I concur. Raise him to level 389 and make him the only creature capable of dropping the Visage. That would make the shield far more rare and valuable. Also, it would give the KBD a purpose. Because the D Full came out, D meds will probably drop to about 100k...

The two things I did not like about RSC was that you couldn't trade items in bulk, and that you "waddled" everywhere you went. Those who played RSC know what I mean.

I usually listen to music/talk on Ventrilo (similar to TS) and browse TIF or my clan forums.

There were autominers back in RSC, but no where near as many as now... And there were so few that Jagex was able to ban most of them. Okay, let me rephrase my statement: Autoers were so few in numbers that they did not have much of an impact on the game.
