6 Hour log. REMOVE IT!!!!
He has a point. Maybe Jagex is really caring but I doubt that. Not because of their character as a company per say, but because nearly every game on this planet warns you of excess playing. They are required by law to tell you that you should take a 15min break for every hour of gameplay. Games with bright lights warn you they can cause a seizure. Every game insert I own has some little "Stop playing and go see your doctor if.." bit on the last page (or first page). Each chapter in MGS4 must be individually loaded and takes anywhere form 2 to 5 minutes whilst telling you that smoking is bad for your health and you should take mini game breaks while playing his masterpiece film. We know Kojima is an sarcastic genius but even he has to obey the law. I'm pretty sure Jagex doesn't want you to stop playing. But like every other game they have to comply and give some type of warning concerning excessive game playing. Thus, the 6 hour log fulfills that. Parents are happy because their child isn't on all day (or at least those parents that do care), and honestly, until Billy can pay for his own P2P zeker then he must obey. With that said, I don't think they should remove the 6 hour log. Yes they should work it better so that you get a warning but they've had the 50% loading issue for 2 months now so all this is just a pipe dream. If you are gonna be doing something important (Fight caves, quest boss, PVP) log out and reload your browser. Some of us remember to do MTK and dungeoneering like clock work. If logging after what you feel is a long gaming session saves you full Bandos then why not? Billy as an adult would know this. At the very least you have to go to the bathroom and shower. Better to be safe than sorry guys.

I don't do blogging very well do I?
PolarBearBlue commented on PolarBearBlue's blog entry in The Adventures of the Captain of the Naabe BrigadeIt sucks we are forced to move like this because my mother was working hard on a new house. She's done a lot to fix her credit and if it wasn't for my dad's car she cosigned for, that he can't really payoff after they took it, we'd be looking at houses. But if it is a condo then that's still better. If I'm not mistaken she can sell her own unit space, so now we own it. Even if it's not a condo, it's a hella a lot better than the shit pot we live in now. Excuse my French ya'll

I don't do blogging very well do I?
So...it's been a while since I posted an entry. Thou I do have some good news in real life and Runescape. So about some months ago we got robbed. Thieves broke into our apartment, stole some stuff and right before my brother got home from school. They event took our laundry bags to carry all our things in. I lost some sentimental things (games really), and for our safety mom got an alarm system that day. Well the thieves came back to finish the job Wesnesday afternoon while we were away. Tsk, they must have thought they had 99 thieving or something. Thanks to our alarm nothing was taken, but this prompted us to finally get the hell out of the ghetto. That same day my mom applied to a much nicer apartment near our uncle in the next neighborhood(nicer neighborhood considering college student live there), and we got the apartment! (or is it a condo) Our current place has cracked kitchen tiles (we replaced them twice), we had to lay our own hardwood floor since the carpet was crap after so long (they did not reimburse us), the back screen door stays broken (we fixed it nearly every summer), cold in the winter and hot in the summer (someone called downtown this winter so now they are forced to provide minimum heat :-|), back stairs are always icy and we have no key to our back gate (hope there is no fire...), washer and dry downstairs haven't worked for years, and our apartment front door is broken. Let me just rant here on the last point for a minute. Stupid maintenance keeps changing the lock when we keep telling them it's not the lock. Are they [bleep]in' stupid? They break the lock on the door, then try to fix some new lock on it and it never fits right. Our current lock is brand new; I mean fresh out the factory new and it looks like someone forced a blunt object into the damn top edge and forced it almost lose. Like, what the hell! My key only works half the time, so God forbid I come home late and my mother is sleep. But what, there's more! If I just kick the door hard enough it'll open. If it wasn't for my mother [bleep]in' at the stupid mother[bleep]s our apartment door wouldn't have been fix properly with two locks. Not that it matters because Dumb and Dumber got in again. But our new home! Washer and dryer in the unit, a dish washer, fireplace, jacuzzi, and assigned parking space (thou we have no car). And because it is really just no more than 2 blocks from my mothers job, a coffee shop on the corner! (Somebody say church!) I never have to go to the laundromat again, unless it's for large items, and we don't live on the top floor. I am really happy. As for Runescape, I am still without a quest cape and my skill under 70 are dung and thieving. But it's all good, because I have 90 herblore, which mean...PLAYER OWNED PORTS! That's right, I've been doing pop sense it came out. At first, just the D&D, but I worked my way to 90 herblore (somehow) and since getting my level I've been sailing the high seas looking for bounty and booty. Having pop access forces me to get 90 in some skill and get even higher leveled than I am now. I was looking into 90 fishing for monkfish while I save up for 92 prayer; however, I was told I could get 1 - 99 thieving in 43 hours. Not sure if I can crank out even 5 hours at a time in Pyramid Plunder, but I'm hoping I can. Based on this 99 in 43 hours, you'd have to earn on average 124.4k exp to get 1 - 90. It's hard to calculated since the exp per hour at 61 thieving is different than at 81 thieving but using this elementary math I suppose I can get it in 35 hours (38.4 as calculated). Right now, I'm searching for scrimshaws. I'll need 85 fletching for that, and since 85 and 90 herblore (+ boost) will get me an eee I'll be working on those skill with weekend questing. Once I get 70 thieving I'll force myself to dungeoneering and 80+ in all skills but construction (too much money), then pop skills. But I've pretty much got a lot of 80+ skill already. Good thing today is Friday eh? Until next time.

Hey Guys!
*while pouring out tears* That was the most beautiful story I have read today. But seriously, great story. And welcome back. Nice to hear a vet who enjoys the changed (or isn't so closed minded for once). Come by the unofficial tip.it chat (Serpent Eye) sometime. Loads of fun there (if I see you, I will call you out :)). Feel free to drop me a line sometime and early grats on 99 fishing.

500 Squeal Of Fortune Spins Results
Can I be honest? Aside from the gems to recharge pendants (phee dung exp) I only care about the skill set outfit pieces, and not the bonus exp. Fashionscape. I can't tell you how fresh to death I look in my botanist mask and gloves with dragon ceremonial top/bottom/boots/cape and Karil's xbow. But btw, what did you use the lamps on and what levels?

Blue dragons
Sadly, without super antifire, dragon task are painful. If none of the suggestions work then you might find yourself blocking dragon task until you get 80 herblore (Hopeful +5 spicy stew boost).

[WIP] Mithril Dragon Guide (P2P) - Melee [MAGE COMING AS SOON AS I GAIN COMBAT LEVELS]
Not sure how much my comments will help... In the written portion of your guide you don't mention anything about cape but in the picture set up we see you are wearing. Possible order of capes for melee: Completionist Cape/Max Cape > TokHaar > Fire cape > Skill cape > *Cape of Legends/**Soul Wars Cape *Only cape with a life bonus. Life bonus of 100 **Second Highest prayer bonus of all capes at 6 For magic, the Guthix cape provides a 2.5% crit on magic, so that may be an option when you try magic. You also List the bws for off hand, but I think a bss would be better. Same stats but with a higher prayer bonus. Third, you mention any Barrows armor under Bandos but I think you should specifically mention Verac's over other Barrows for it's prayer bonus. And Verac's helm = Helm of Nezzy since Nezzy has a better prayer bonus. Lastly, you mention that your combat level *2 +1 = non aggressive mobs. Actually, if you have a higher combat that the monster they aren't aggressive to you. If not, they are. I am a level 165, but being 1 level under the spirits in the dungeon, they still attack me. But since 165 > 128 the Brutal Green Dragons won't. Can't wait to see the finished product!

Transformers Universe - no longer a MMORPG, now a MOBA.
I'm really hoping Jagex get away from the click and point movement and make TU work via the WASD method, I just can't imagine transformers being restricted to point and click. And before anyone tries to say it won't be possible in a browser game, Jagex have employed the same WASD feature into there latest FB game I have beta access to called Carnage Racing. I honestly don't see how Jagex can't make wasd/arrow key movements. I'm not computer programmer myself, but I've coded those keys before and plenty of games use those keys. So it'd be foolish on their part not too. However, I must admit I'm not so good with wasd/arrow keys so it might take a while for me to get used to it.

Okami HD
I didn't see a topic created so I'll go ahead and make one. I recently found out that on Oct. 30, they released Okami in HD on the PSN for $19.99. Let me say this, I'm really happy. Okami is my favorite single game of all time and if it had a series of games it'd be fighting with my irrational love of the MG/MGS series. But I haven't bought the HD series yet because I'm waiting to get paid, and my sense tell me my boyfriend will buy it for me for Christmas. So I'm wondering if anyone bought the game.

Transformers Universe - no longer a MMORPG, now a MOBA.
I got the same email too, and I'm think about signing up. Tbh, I was really hoping for some "Hey guys we gonna release Stellar Dawn!" but this looks interesting. However, I don't know how much time I'll really spend in the beta bewteen school, runescape (soon to be miecraft aswell) and the social life I should be having. Also, I wonder, will it be a click and walk type thing, or will we be able to us wasd or the arrow keys?

Pking prayers?
Pretty sure Augury is level 70 now and unlocked via the Camelot training room instead of DG now, filling the Piety role for mage instead. I can confirm that it is level 70 and unlocked by the Camelot Training Room.

Meh
Because I am extremely lazy I haven't been posting. Thou, to be honest nothing exciting has happened in my life for me to blog anyway. So finals are almost here. Next Thursday to be exact. I have 3 papers I haven't started yet due on Dec 7th and 12th (yay :|) and two exams. I'm not looking forward to either of them, but I'm almost at the finish line. Gotta power by. As far a runescape goes, Jad has bested me 10 times, thou I failed not because I couldn't prayer switch, but because I ran out of prayer points. 2 hit ko ftw! So before I even think about another jad, I have to repair my barrows and weapons, and buy supplies. Oh did i mention I'm broke. Ah well, maybe I'm not suppose to have a Fire Cape. So until I decide to give him another go, I'll be questing and working on the 70+ in slayer, theiving, and smithing. Oh and dung. Maybe something will happen tomorrow that I'll blog about. *shrug*

Tip.It Times - 18th November 2012
It should be noted that Kübler-Ross has her critics. Basically, they charge that not everyone experiences grief by way of these five stages. By the same token, I agree with you that not all players will respond (or already are responding) to the EoC this way, nor will they be limited by outright rejection or outright acceptance. That hasn't been my experience, anyways. Remember the "if every noob had his way, everyone would be running around with grenades and flamethrowers..." and then we got salamanders and chinchompas? C'mon, kids, start paying attention! You've actually gotten a LOT of things you wanted. +1 to both thejollyroger and btraill Everything I ever wanted to say but I couldn't put in words was said by them and Ts_Stromrage. And I think that's what a lot of people forget. Jagex is ultimately a business, a profit maximizing business that wishes to stay existing. You can call it greed all you want but the fact of the matter is profit maximizing businesses in the type of market Jagex is in don't just do whatever they please because they feel like getting richer, or try to clean you of your income; only monopolies do, and last I check Jagex competes in a perfectly competitive market (suck can be debated as while they are certainly not in a market of monopolistic competition people say the only true perfectly competitive market are pencils). Jagex has seriously has done their homework in terms of running their business, and while we can all debate if EoC is truly ready to launch, the fact still remains that for the health of this game, and for Jagex to continue to remain in the market, EoC was needed. The most vocal player who dislike EoC fail to see this and what more, they assume they are the majority. It certainly looks that way on RSOF, but we all know that's a bacteria infested pool of people who live only to complain about everything Jagex does. Just because they scream the most, they are not the majority and all these "vets" that cry other vet don't want this need to get off their high house and stop pretending they are some mighty messenger who can walk on water like Jesus. Plenty of vets have came out and said "You sir, do not speak for me." Nostalgia does get confused here, and while remembering the memories of game that wasn't so complex is great, it should not turn into closed minded behavior coupled with seething hate of every update from EoC to remaking outdated quest. The fact of the matter is, if you don't like the way Runescape is headed, then leave. Taste and priorities do change and no one is expecting you to play until you're 60 (KRS-One might disagree as he is 47 and still rapping, and doesn't look like he'll stop until he kick the bucket). Often in my clan from a whiny vet, I hear "Jagex is f--king over the vets". Sorry to tell you this but did you ever consider that EoC isn't for you, and instead of [bleep]ing, you should just go? In all honesty, Jagex wants to attract new player and give existing players and they can do while giving older players a new experience they could very well enjoy, to keep the game relevant. If EoC truly wasn't need and dislike, we'd see something different. After all, they did bring free trade and the wilderness back. The Real ET and Ts_Stromrage's articles go hand in hand here. Some people are just hardwired in think what a game should be like and while Runescape certainly isn't a difficult game, those who disapprove of EoC feel like it's becoming something inherently different than what it should be. Yes, learning a new combat system is going to be a pain for a while, but that doesn't make it harder. You are just more engaged. A better way to put this would be Runescape was designed to be accessible, and fun for anyone who plays it, not exclusive and specific, nor is it suppose to be the same for all time. Runescape needs to constantly improve. Wanting to keep a game exclusive for you is just foolish wishful thinking.

Nomad no more...no more...? Nope
In my last entry I said I would attempt to kill nomad and get the fire cape. The goal was to do it before EoC, as I've heard both task are easier there. Now, I don't wanna be like those cry baby vet who are like "Your cape is invalid because [insert poorly supported reason here]" but having been closse to the cape twice before, I feel I should really be able to do it! Plus I want the experience of taking on nomad for myself the way everyone else has for a while. Good news is, I killed nomad! Bad news is, I failed at the caves twice. I have enough for one more attempt (I could get more but at that point I might use an insta-kill dart or just wait for eoc), so I will try this evening once I finish studying. as for my Dominion Tower goals, not sure if I should bother getting them now. My dream was to be able to Falcon Punch Waterfiend with Goliath Gloves. But with the changes to the gloves I don't think I should care to do dt so much. Sure there are other great prizes but my main incentive is well, no more. Or is it no more? I have a new found enjoyment for dungeoneering. Thanks to that handy update I earn more exp, tokens, and dungeoneering doesn't feel so painful now that I have binds for each style. This probably devalues some players with 99/120 dung but to be honest, solo dung rates sucked. But thanks to this handy update I might actually dung a lot more...for a rapier?! Oh yes. I failed to do 1k tokens a day when I said I first would but now I feel I can spend a day doing dungeoneering and make ignificant progress to a weapon, by myself. So for a short term goal, I want to get the none combat scrolls, acrance steam neckalce, and bonecrusher. But long term, I'm looking at a rapier (not sure if cmaul = verac's flail like I heard or trolling). and good news, I already got a scroll of life! I is gud farmer nao! :3 The journey to a quest cape continues. Just not today since I can't log in (jagex's fault). Until next time.

Back to blogging maybe.
So I've blogged in weeks because I'm a loser and lazy. I've been mostly doing school work and runescape whenever I can. anywho, I'm still working on my goal of 80+F2P skills/70+ P2P skill and I'm getting there, thou I've decided to just get 70+ for now in all skills. All my P2P goal except theiving, slayer, and fletch is met with dung and smithing being the only F2P left. I'll likely hold off on dung for as long as possible but meh. I've also decided I should become a quest cape noob since I do enjoy quest rewards. In my last post I mentioned something about Dominion Tower and getting in. Well, I did it. Having reached that fabled boss land I will now attempt to earn Goliath gloves. I need a whoile lost more quest which include Nomad. Not looking for to him. anywho, I don't feel like much of a post today but tomorrow I'll try to be more into my blog. Until next time

Friend is going P2P for one month for the first time in 5 years, needs money-making advice
I will not pretend to provide the best advice, but small time/group boss hunting or npc camping is a good suggestion. He's all combat and little skill and because he's not combat maxed (or near it) he might be limited to what he can do. If he worked on farming he could grow herbs to sell. Juju makes this very profitable but require 74 and 64 herblore. Other than that he could try Mangaing Miscellania, but that's more off a weekly thing. Honestly, if he want to get 2m an hour he can either stake in the duel arena if feels confident or acquire 1m and try merchanting.
