Jiblix and Ken Genosis Demodded Over Speaking Out
If a company hires employees, it has reasonable expectation that it's employee's do not badmouth them. When a person willingly volunteers to do 'work' for a company, regardless of the fact it's being done for free, the same rules still apply. I'm with Jagex on this one to be honest. Sure, he has valid points, but there has to be a line you don't cross, and it appears that he crossed it.

The Style Thread
I have two fragrances that I wear at the moment. Armani Code Black for clubbing/general going out and Gucci Pour Homme II for more formal or calmer events. Armani Code Black projects a little too much for my tastes, but when clubbing it doesn't matter so much, which is why i wear it then. The Gucci fragrance's base note is Tobacco leaves - which sounds bad, but it's actually very good. Everyone I know seems to like it. I've had it called 'familiar', but they can never guess what it is. It is also quite a subtle fragrance, and doesn't project a lot, so people have to get close to smell it - generally a plus. 212 VIP is pretty good as well. Some of the less sweet ladies fragrances are surprisingly good when you want compliments or female attention, like Lent says. Because it's 'unusual' or 'different' most of the time, but somrtimes just because they like sweet smells. I'd still recommend wearing male fragrances if you're male though. Do not buy Bleu de Chanel if you're trying to impress though, it just doesn't have that impact.

"I want a girlfriend/boyfriend", and other such relationship advice
It's not immature to separate yourself from your ex. She may see you as a friend, but if she's going to be mentioning this new guy a lot (perhaps not rubbing it in your face, but if she can't realise that it doesn't make you feel good), then you're better off keeping your distance. Not worth the hassle.

England Riots
I live in Kingston, regularly travel to Clapham, and my other house is near Croydon. Basically, it's actually quite scary. I know most of the attacks are aimed at businesses, but some criminals have entered peoples homes. Really hoping that this isn't the case, especially since I'm heading to Clapham on Friday night.

Cardio Alternatives
Cycling is a great way to do a cardio workout. You will need to push yourself though. Find a cycle route (doesn't matter how long), then cycle it once at moderate effort. The next time you cycle it, push yourself so at the end you will be so tired that you want to fall to the floor when you finish the ride.

MaSoRs Drop Party
Dear all, You are cordially invited to the Miners and Smithers of RuneScape (MaSoRS) 1 billion gp, 8th anniversary drop party. The MaSoRS have been hosting epic parties since 2003, but with the removal of free trade and the wilderness in late 2007, we have been on a four year hiatus. Now, after almost a year of hard work and preparation we're back, and are proud to announce the return of the legendary MaSoRS drop party! Here are the brief details... Date: 27th August 2011. Time: 8pm BST, 3pm EDT, 2pm CDT, 1pm MDT, 12pm PDT. Unsure of what time the party is for you? Post your location in this topic and I'll be happy to help out. World: 14. F2P?: Yes. The party will be held on a F2P server, and all items dropped will be non members. Location: Al Kharid, centralised around the bank. Clan Chat: 'MaSoRs'. Drop Value: Over 1 billion gp worth of items, ready to be dropped or given away in the MaSoRS 'trivia' quiz. (details below.) Everyone is welcome, so invite your friends! Drop Party Trailer Visit our youtube channel for more trailers and other clan videos. Our community is ever growing, constantly holding events, and generally just helping each other have a fun time in-game. We've existed for years now, since August 28 2003, and have adapted, changed and evolved to accommodate the game that we have all come to love. In this time much has changed, from the evolution to Runescape 2 and Runescape HD, new skills being released, the shifts that occur within our economy - we have seen and experienced it all. We always appreciate new recruits, so if you're interested in joining our clan, then check out our website here, and our recruitment topic here. Our first official party was held on November 28th, 2003 to celebrate thanksgiving. Four years and some eight drop parties later, we dropped over 100m worth of items onto the scorched sands of Al Kharid, in celebration of our four year anniversary. More Drop Party History... Timeline | Collage | Videos | Pictures Now we're back, with the biggest drop party in MaSoRS history, in celebration of our 8th anniversary! Our current drop count (including items to be dropped and given away in trivia) is over 1 billion gp and rising. Items to be dropped include... 3000 Rune sets (15k items) 2500 Rune Scimitars 800+ Various Assorted Regular Rune Items Assorted High-Level TT items (Approximately 5m Worth) Roughly 20 Rune (g) sets 25 Rune (t) Sets 50 Adamant (g) sets 25 Adamant (t) sets 25 Black (g) sets 20 Black (t) Sets Items to be given away in trivia include... 1x Blue Mask 1x Santa 40M in Cash prizes 6 Sara Sets 4 Guthix Sets 5 Zammy Sets 2 Rune (t) Sets 2 Rune (g) Sets 2 Wizard (g) sets Bank Pictures Of course, it's not all about the drops. Come along, enjoy the atmosphere, and be a part of MaSoRS history. How MaSoRS drop parties are held: For almost a year now, the members of MaSoRS have been hard at work collecting items for this party. These will be dropped by our members over the course of two hours in Al Kharid, in a proper 'old school' style drop party. Members of MaSoRS will also be on hand acting as masking droppers and firemakers, so if you plan on trying to spoil the fun by telegrabbing the drops, be prepared to waste your runes on an inventory of beer glasses and fire ash! Trivia: As always, the traditional MaSoRS trivia quiz will be taking part in Al Kharid Palace. Trivia will begin around 1.5 hours into the drop party, and MaSoRS members will let you know when this is happening. A RuneScape trivia question will be asked by a MaSoRS Player Moderator, with the first person to answer correctly winning the prize. We have loads of items to give away, including a Santa Hat, a Halloween mask and sets of trimmed and heraldic armour. Turn your public chat to 'off' during the trivia - you will be able to hear the Player Moderator ask the question, without it being hidden by the chatter of the drop party. There is a team of MaSoRS members reviewing each trivia round through frame-by-frame video over and over again, in order to find the person who answered first. See you at the party, and hopefully within our ranks afterwards. Kindest regards, The members of MaSoRS.

If you're looking for a messenger bag, could I recommend Visconti to you? I purchased a Texas L from them, and I'm really pleased with it (mine was in a more chocolate colour than the oil brown they have). http://www.viscontibags.co.uk/index.php5?do=product&pid=102 To be fair though, almost any of the bags in their range would be suitable. And yes, it is proper oiled leather.

"I want a girlfriend/boyfriend", and other such relationship advice
But TIF has been with thousands of people, surely it would have contracted a virus by now? and can you feel good knowing it gets used and abused by hundreds of people every day? I wouldn't take that risk with my girlfriend.

You could try 'The Hundreds'. Good quality.

Tanning
A nice light to medium tan is best. I tan quite well, though my skin is naturally quite pale. Accidentally fell asleep while outside on Monday (it was surprisingly good weather, around 26 degrees) and now I have a 'sleeve tan'. Rather annoying. It's more of a burn atm, but I've been moisturising and it hasn't peeled yet, so hopefully it'll go back into a tan. I'm definitely not looking to turn orange though.

Post all RS Screenshots, Videos, and Sounds here!
Turns out I'm not very unlucky after all. [hide][/hide] Shame they're worth 10gp each, but still. Considering that I'd only had one dark bow from 10 tasks before that one, I guess i kinda made up.

Trolling. But really, racing (as in cars) is my favourite sport.

Headphones
Headphones. Really hate earbuds. Closed back headphones when I'm out and about, Open back when I want to listen to music at home.

Things that annoy the HELL out of you.
Landlords who don't sign contracts when all the potential tenants have, so that they can screw you over if they get a better offer even though they should accept your offer since you were first and they agreed to it. Such a shameful practice. Luckily she has been blacklisted from the estate agents, but it's such a shady thing to do. URGH.

Anger while doing things you enjoy
I don't generally get frustrated enough to shout at a game. If I get killed in an FPS (especially online), I'll try the same technique again, and if I get killed again, I'll change my tactics until I minimise my losses. I see it as a way to develop my tactics for future games. Unlike some who insist on trying the same methods over and over again in the vain hope that they might kill the person. In racing games, if I spin off, it's usually down to lack of concentration. If I keep spinning off, I'll take a while off it to calm down and refocus on the game. I have become quite angry in the past, but I try to see the positive in 'frustration'.

Addicted To Runescape
I haven't been addicted to RuneScape. I've enjoyed playing it, but I'd never avoid going out, going to uni etc just to play RuneScape.

The belt thing was accidental - the t-shirt, as you may be able to see, would just cover up my belt, so it must have bunched up when I was putting it on. Fair points to the rest, just trying to gauge opinions really.- The Style Thread
Tried to find the cardigan, but to no avail. Couldn't even find one like it. So, going for graphic tees. I apologise profusely for the myspace style pic - I didn't have time to get my friend to take the photo for me. [hide][/hide] Any comments on what I could do to improve the outfit? (I'm going to get the jeans shortened when I get back to my other house, since I can't do it myself). - The Style Thread
