Evil Dave will tell you that he had a stew at the banquet that was like one his mother made. When you then talk to his mother she will tell you that the rats have stolen the spices she used to make the stew. Then your cat will be able to kill the rats to get the spices. What does your quest journal say?
Well of course, if you have maxed out combat skills  The dragon halberd is a weapon that is frequently overlooked because it is perceived to be slow. But it hits hard; making up for its speed. If I can think of other places to use it for drops I will post back.
Talk through every single option with him including the one where you tell him you need the recipe because of the magic, or something very much like that. Be careful not to say 'nevermind".
There is a good template in this farming guide http://forum.tip.it/viewtopic.php?f=103&t=805736. Scroll down and open section 5. Here is the suggested route for trees and fruit trees: But it is definitely worth it to read the entire section, if not the entire guide.
High level summoning. And they're unbuyable and rising because of some manipulation clan. Aha, I didn't realize they have a high level summoning use. And, of course the clan thing makes sense in this context.
Ugh, I hate this sort of dilemma. Who can say what the sadistic slayer master will give you instead? And over the next 32 assignments, no less. If it were me, I think I would bite the bullet and do the assignment rather than spend the points when you are so close to the goal.
I am curious, is there any other use for wolf bones besides low level summoning, and making ogre arrows? Why the interest and why is the price for them so ridiculously high? They do give a bit more experience to prayer when buried but that doesn't seem a logical reason for the current GE valuation.
This guide http://forum.tip.it/viewtopic.php?t=373132, while it may be a bit out of date, will give you an excellent overview of safespotting for various monsters. You will find your own methods as well once you get the hang of it.
I'm pretty sure it's not 1.5x, something more like 1.33x You'd be much safer doing it in the Rouge's Den, where the buy price is automatically the high alch price. No calculations needed. High alchemy values are indeed 1.5x low alchemy values - I just did a few searches of the Item Database to check. And 1.5x is so easy to calculate in ones head. So  again! Now to test the general store value.
You can do tasks of any level at any time after you start the diary process. But, you must complete and receive the reward for the easy task before you can collect the medium reward, and so forth.
Do you have access to the Culinaromacer's Chest? If so, you can buy them there. The number of them available depends on how much of RFD quest you have completed, and of course if someone else has recently bought them out.
You will need 56 agility a few times to get through the dense forest - the only obstacle requiring 56 agility. I would take about 4 summer pies, just in case you make a wrong turn - you probably won't need all of them. The nice thing is that they also heal which you will need occasionally, too.
I just assumed they were players using a macro to train for their own character's benefit. The ones I have seen have combat levels and are wearing at least some gear. The funny thing was that on one occasion I made a comment about one of those silly conversations to a couple of other people who were woodcutting at the time, and discovered I was talking to myself. Well, they will surely be detected at some point.
Nice! Apparently I misunderstood what you typed in your second post. :? It doesn't change the fact that you need a charged one in order to receive the slayer updates. How you get a charged one is up to you. Buy it or charge it yourself at the Legends Guild. By the way, here was your question And here was my answer
