Leveling Con
[/hide] No I would prefer to get 67 con because of the demon lectern which can be good for money making and the eagle lectern which has better teleports then the lvl 47 version. AlsoI don't think ill get a guiled chapel because i don't feel like wasting THAT much money when I can simply use someone else's for free \ I don't really understand how to lvl con effectively or what your instructions say but i will re read them and pm with questions Ah, you mean the mahogany demon and eagle lectern. Sorry mate, this is what I was looking at: Demon lectern 47 120 Lectern Makes: Varrock Teleport, Bones to Banana's, Enchant Sapphires/Emeralds tablets Eagle lectern 47 120 Lectern Makes: Varrock/Falador/Lumbridge Teleport Tablets, Enchant Sapphires And this is what I should've been looking at: Mahogany demon lectern 67 580 Lectern Makes: Varrock Teleport, Bones to Bananas/Peaches Tablets, Enchants Sapphires, Emeralds, Rubies, Diamonds, Dragonstones, Onyx Mahogany eagle lectern 67 580 Lectern Makes: Varrock/Falador/Lumbridge/Camelot/Ardougne/Watchtower/House Teleport Tablets, Enchants Sapphires And uh, about the your comment on "wasting money". I really think that building it at the level required is actually worth it. Think about it, when training your prayer, you have to teleport to your house, wait for it to load, get out, enter another guy's house, and go to his chapel. This'll take a good 15 - 30 seconds extra. That's nearly 2 times slower than using your own. But of course, 1M is a lot to consider spending, so I guess you might be right. :P Sorry about being clear enough. You go ahead and message me if you have any questions, I'll answer 'em in there. Good luck and have fun constructing! : EDIT: And you said you were going to use another guy's gilded altar right? ....*waves hand* Pick me! Me! Meee!!!

Help on leveling construction
Gah I deleted my whole thing so I'll start over. It was a few pages of info too... Disclaimer: Construction is both an emotionally and financially damaging skill. Do not continue unless you do not value your life and wish to be forever changed for the worse. You have been warned... -How many levels? With 1M, you'll get to around 55, maybe 56 depending on your current XP. You'll need 2.5M ~ 4.6M if you want to make it all the way to 69 (the level at which you can build a gilded altar [66 if you've done the Evil Dave Miniquest]). -Trips and inventories? Let's make sure that we're talking about the same training method here. I know all the fastest, cheapest, and most average training methods out there, so take your pick. You're in good hands: (1 Fastest) First, grab a hammer and saw. Then buy the 10,376 oak planks you'll need. Go to the Servant's Guild in East Ardougne to hire a Cook, and get a few hundred k in your inventory. Head of to your house and tell your Cook to grab 16 oak planks for you. Run to your kitchen and accept the planks. Tell her to grab more planks and build with the ones you have. Build in the time that she takes to grab the planks, it is possible. You can do it with a butler (faster) and oak dungeon doors, so I doubt you'll have a problem with the Cook. (2 Cheapest) If you don't want to die, skip the first one. Trust me, you will be hurt by this method. ~Limestone DEATH ROAD method Grab a lot of limstone, like 31,128 bricks. It's best to buy from the Grand Exchange, but for the real cheapos out there, you can mine it yourself (but since you're already dying from using this method, you might as well make your last hours useful). Then head off to your garden and build and remove decorative rocks. Send your butler for more limstone bricks once you've build the 4 you can. After completing this method, you will be insane, have dried out your eyes and eyelids, made a tangled mess of your fingers, broken your keyboard, mouse, and your monitor, and will be of course, dead. You have been warned. ~Oak DEPRESSION ROAD method Grab 10,376 oak logs from the Grand Exchange (chop if you want, you'll die), and head to the East Varrock Bank. Run to and from the Sawmill, converting your logs into planks. Then go to your house and do what you do in the 1st, quickest method. Although you will not die from the method, you're brain will be fried and you will go into a state of chronic depression afterwards. You have been warned. -Estimated cost for x levels? I'll give it to you straight. First method is 4.6M+ depending on butler costs, second is 2.5M (not worth the pain), and the third is 2.6M. Even though you can save 2M with the second and last, unless you want to die (for the first) or are really patient (the second), it is NOT worth it. P.S. The gilded altar is 1M on its own, sorry mate. P.S.S I'm joking about Construction killing you btw, it's really a fun skill. I mean, I got here and I'm still okay right? RIGHT?!??!?RIGHT!?!?!?!?!?!?! Mwahahahhahahahahahahhaahhahaahhahahaha!

Some questions ( I'm new to Runescape)
Great grammar btw, not easy to come by these days. 1) Is it possible to kill a revenant without any help? If so, what is most effective against it? Yes, although in F2P Wilderness it'll be quite the challenge. I doubt it'll be easy if you try, but I doubt no one has ever done it before either! Dragon hide is useful, although green is the only one available to non members. You'll need a lot of food, but without summoning familiars and higher healing food like shark and mantaray, you'd die pretty quickly. If you can train into the 100+ levels, you might be able to stand a chance against the weaker ones. As for Revenant Dragons and the such, killing them is really no use as (1) You will most likely die and (2) Most of the good drops are members only (dragon meds, dragon longs). 2) What is the easiest way to earn GPs in Runescape? There isn't a definitive answer to this question. It all depends on what skill you train the most and what you like or are used to doing. Woodcutting, mining (at a high level), fishing (mostly for P2P), magic (high alching), runecrafting (mostly for P2P), and combat can all make tremendous amounts of money if you do it right. You can go for Woodcutting and Mining as your starting skills, as they are straightforward and easy. Combat is also a skill you need to train, and if you ever become a member, runecrafting and fishing is a must. Some methods are: (1) Woodcutting Yews: Requirements: No Quests, just 60 Woodcutting Profit: Depending on your axe and woodcutting level, you could get over the 500k point in a day. Of course, for the more hardcore guys in P2P with 99 woodcutting and a dragon axe, you'd be able to max over 1M. (2) Mining Iron and Runite Ore: Requirements: 15 (20+ recommended) and 85 (90+ recommended) Mining Profit: Depending on which you choose, you could get from a few hundred k mining iron ore (97 gp each atm) to hundreds upon hundreds of k mining Runite. Runite, priced at a whopping 12k each atm, can get you 366k+ per inventory. Although it might take a long time to mine, and also a pricy loss if you die (F2P runite mine is in the Wilderness), its worth it if you make it. 3) What is the most strongest monster in Runescape? (F2P) Please state the Level and Hitpoints. If you're talking about F2P monsters, it'd be the Revenant Knight. It's level 126 and has 143 hitpoints. It may be the highest leveled one, but you wont be wanting to try going up against it. It's good drops are members only and you are most likely going to die. Random event monsters can go rather high if you have a high enough combat level. They are all level 159 at the highest, and have 100 hitpoints. Some examples are River Trolls and Rock Trolls. For P2P, you're going to be looking at a heck of a monster to fight. It requires teams of more than 20 skilled warriors, and should not be fought alone (although there is a thread contemplating that possiblity). It's called the Corporeal Beast and can ignore your defensive stats (meaning it hits through armour), will restore fully to health you leave the room it's in, and can damage a person twice per hit. It has a max hit of 65, a combat level of 785, and a, prepare yourself, hp bar of 2000. I'm not kidding you, 2000 hp all in one monster. Now that's killer. 4) Can a low-levelled person defeat Elvarg? If so, what weapons/skills are needed? If by low-levelled you mean 50- or 30-, then yes. If you mean level 10 with bronze armour and an iron scimmy, then no (although there is a person who has killed Elvarg with 10 hp). If you are non member, you should take Elvarg on at at least level 50 or higher. Members can kill it at a lower level because, simply, of better equipment. There are anti-fire potions, combat boosting potions, high healing foods, and other benifits.

Accurate VS Rapid on XBows
PK: I don't pk much, but if I did, I'd have to go for rapid. The reason being, it hits faster and allows you to well, kill your opponent faster! If I was fighting for my life (in RuneScape), I doubt I would care how many of my arrows broke. :P Monster Hunting: For training on monsters, I used to always use rapid and I probably still will. I'm just too darned lazy to pick up the arrows so I don't need my arrows back anyways.

Richer in Items or Money?
I'd have to say... items. The reason being, all items can be used for something, may that be showing off (rares) or training (armour). Plus, before the G.E., it was rather hard to sell something that not many people bought ingame; making items have a permanent value in your bank, or at least it's that way for me. I sorta have a problem with spending , so it helps. :P As for how much I have in each, around 7M in items and 3M in cash. Reason? 85 Construction house and a heck of a lot of money spent.

Today...
Well let's see. I'll put this is somewhat of a timeline form: 8:10 A.M: Woke up, stupid alarm went blaring on like a siren. Then slept for another 45 minutes. 9:00 A.M: Got up from bed and turned on the computer. :ugeek: Put on some clothes and sat down. I stayed on the computer for a while all the way until breakfast. Noodles, fish, and bacon. Yum. 11:00 A.M: Talked to a friend on RuneScape I hadn't talked to for a week (that's forever for us two). She had to get off to put her drunk friend to sleep though, so I waited and trained. We talked some more and then I had to get off to go for a run. 12:30 P.M: Put on my Nike shirt, basketball shorts, and Nike Airs to go for a run. Went outside, it was drizzling, no problem. Boy was I wrong. :( 12:40 P.M: Went out to my usual running spot, it was raining like heck! :wall: I tried running around but I could barely see. I went on like this for an hour until me lungs hurt and I was drenched. I'll be ready for the sports competition if it happens on a rainy day... 1:30 P.M: Got back home and took a shower. 10 minutes later I got on RuneScape for a while. Then I got out my homework and started it. 4:30 P.M: Doing homework, almost done. Got back on Tip.It and saw this post. Here are me predictions for what might happen later today: 5:00 P.M: Finish homework, get on RuneScape. 6:00 P.M: Go eat dinner. 7:00 P.M: Finish dinner and get on RuneScape. 9:00 P.M: Get ready for bed. 10:00 P.M: Fall asleep, Chinese characters flooding my head.

Leveling Con
I think you mean the Eagle Lectern, as it includes the rest of the teleport tablets instead of non teleportation spells and such. That is, actually, not at 66 or 68, but at a mere 47. With the maximum boost without doing the Evil Dave miniquest in RFD of +6, you'll have to get 41 construction for that. Portal room is at 47 or 44 with the Evil Dave miniquest done. This is because the crystal saw (requires Eyes of Glouphrie Quest) does not aid in building rooms. With level 53 construction, you pretty much have everything done already. If you would like to get a Chapel with a gilded altar (beware of price tag), you'll need 69 construction or 72 without the Crystal Saw. To get to that level follow these steps: ~With portals far away from workshop 1. Obtain planks by either, a. Creating them yourself with bought oak logs (takes time) b. Buying them direct from the Grand Exchange (costly) 2. Get a butler (not demon) and place the oak planks all in your bank 3. Go to your workshop and grab a saw and hammer and some cash 4. Build your choice of furniture, a. 3 Carved Oak Tables, 1 Oak Chair ~With close portal room and teletabs/law runes 1. Obtain planks by either, a. Creating them yourself with bought oak logs (takes time) b. Buying them direct from the Grand Exchange (costly) 2. Place all oak planks in your bank 3. Get the following inventory items, a. Hammer b. Saw c. X number of law runes d. X number of earth runes 4. Equip an air staff and use your portal to Cammy and tele back, building and removing the following furniture, a. 3 Oak Larders If you ever need anymore help just pm me or post on my RSOF thread thats linked in my siggy. Good luck and have fun constructing!

Advice for Construction Plans?
Well thanks for your opinion mate. Also for the house design, but there's an itty bitty problem with it. No it's not the money or anything of the sorts, its the 30 room limit. My current dungeon plan is 11 rooms, which will be completed upon reaching level 96 construction. I'd have to remove 7 of my ground floor rooms to make space for that enormous dungeon. Unfortunately, I cant really do that, so I'll have to pass with that idea. I might take a few ideas from yours though, so thanks anyways! Oh, and here's my review on your plan. It's a good one overall, but a bit different from what I was thinking. Drop into top oubliette, Notice Chapel, run east into fake stair room and take damage on the way from traps and monsters. I'm not too sure why someone would just head into the dungeon and then immediately back out, unless they're a low level. Trickery is rather pointless for the average dungeon pker. Then they'll run back to the hall and head south through 3 nasty corridors filled with nasty traps and monsters, they then see another fake stair room I don't think that you can see much from the minimap, because with challenge mode on, the rooms are mostly invisible so you cant tell the type of room something is farther than 2 rooms away. where you are waiting to unload a few attacks into them with smite active (preferably magic, or range if they're a mage) to get their hp down. Hehe, I actually do have 2 "Dungeon Masters". They pretty much destroy anyone who comes in, so I could take something from this. Currently I have them positioned near the cage in the top Oubliette, and another in the bottom next to the current Portal Room. They then head east to the other oubliette, placed there to have a better monster before th treasure room, they lose hp there, and enter treasure room where they hopefully die. If not they'll be fairly drained, if they're stupid they'll run back to recharge prayer - basically suicide... then they'd go south where you're again waiting in the western dungeon stairs room (you run there while they're busy with the treasure room) to shoot 'em up again) they should be dead. If not there's still 1 corridor to go before they can leave. Well, why wouldn't they just enter the combat room to recharge their XP and Prayer? Plus, if they knew a treasure room was there, anyone in their right mind wouldn't enter it. I also think that there's no point in having two stairs, and with all those staircases, people would be able to pop into the dungeon wherever. There's no sure guarantee that they will enter through the Oubliette.

Advice for Construction Plans?
Alrighty, first of all, if you guys would like to see my house, the code for it is on the Rune HQ HousePlanner and the code is: TENDMVTOFDRUTTGDUVTXHUASEETUEREJUEMVUMEEQQUQDEUWUVIkUOVEPFMUVMMFQMVQIlQKVUJlUJGMXXNLXQRXVL My Construction level atm is 79  . If this changes, just look at me siggy and you'll see. You'll see that I've used all 30 rooms. That's my current plan for me house (look at the dungeon). What I'm thinking of changing is the lay out of my basement, the portal room obstructing the dungeon as it was build a good 31 levels ago. Here are the dungeon statistics as of what it will be at level 96 (easier to understand once you look at my plans): Max number of rooms to survive: 10 rooms Number of rooms to obtain treasure: 10 rooms Min number of rooms to survive: 6 rooms Now, deciding upon this had already taken what, 5 days of strained thought and another construction dedicated pal. Now, my mind always hesitant and unsure, has thought of a new, perhaps better plan. Here's the code (No first or ground floor here): CEWDEUEETEJUEMVERUEUWFMUFQMGNXGQQ Note that the stairs to the west will not have any stairs to escape from the dungeon, it'll simply be a rug and a dead end. Statistics? Here they are: Max number of rooms to survive: 12 rooms Number of rooms to obtain treasure: 8 rooms Min number of rooms to survive: 4 rooms Now you can see with this method, the max number has gone up, but both the minimum number of rooms and treasure rooms decreasing, and with the min number already at a low number in the previous layout, this gives players an even easier way to escape. But but but! If the player makes a mistake, they have a lesser chance of surviving. But this is counting on the fact that the player will head towards the west. Chancy, but possible. Conclusion? The method will cost the removal of a portal room (all portals full with no marble) which is a bit over 200k. Definitely affordable, considering the many many times I've removed both the cage and fire pit in the Oubliette when only meaning to remove the cage! :P I'd love for you guys to give me your thoughts on this, and I'm looking forward to constructive criticism and not a "N00b! C0n5truc71On 1z Fr00by Ch00by!". Any suggestions will be welcomed, especially coming from a more experienced constructor than I (skillcapes anyone?). You can share your house plans with me too, I'll be happy to see how you built your house!

How often do you LOL in RuneScape and Tip.It Forums?
Strangers generally make me lol more, because most of the time I only smile or just think its funny in my mind. Most people don't really "Laugh Out Loud" as the acronym suggests, but hey, who really "Rolls of the Floor" when rofling? Sometimes, I'm laughing out so much that I can only type out a lol, however uncommon that may be. As for how often I say lol, on the forums not so much (even though I used to :P ), but ingame I say it quite a lot  . ROFL is what I say when I seriously laugh (usually a friend who pulled off a crazy joke, "You make me feel saucy" anyone?). I'd say if I say LMAO I'd be laughing to death, but I have yet become accustomed to using that certain acronym, but this one friend uses it a bit much... Her excuse? "You're too hilarious!".

Why do you have a main & what is good about a main ?
Well, I see enough people have already bombarded you with the fact that everyone has a main, so, I'll just be moving on. Alternate accounts can either be good for skilling or pking (in other words a pure). One would make a skiller because most don't train their skillers combat, but only non combat skills like woodcutting, firemaking, etc. This would make the character seem more impressive. You might ask, why not get a high woodcutting on your main? Well, because most likely your main is above level 80 or 90, so it wouldn't be too impressive to be having a 99 on that skill. Sometimes, people just make skillers to have 2 skillcapes when they already got the previous one. :P Pures are used mostly for pking, because they are concentrated in 1 or 2 combat stats only. They don't do non combat skills unless they are useful for pking other people. There are tanks (high defence), beserkers (high strength), maulers (high strength, maul weapons), obby berserkers (high strength, obby weapons), etc. The reason they concentrate in one skill is to keep their combat down, making them targets for higher combat people. They come and attack them, only to find that they hit extremely high numbers, and in most cases, getting killed by the pures.

What if RuneScape was ported onto the DS
It would make it a lot easier if the game screen was on the bottom because that's where the touchscreen is. You could click around the bottom screen with your stylus, and write click by double tapping maybe? That might become a problem. The gamescreen would probably be like full screen RuneScape now. You could switch to the gamescreen by pressing L. The top screen would have the inventory, stats, and everything else. You could navigate it with the arrow keys perhaps, but switching between prayers would get annoying. They could make a permanent prayer screen which you could switch to by pressing the R button (because the prayers would be on the right). To switch back, press R again and you could use the right and left arrow keys to navigate a horizontal line of all the icons (except prayer). To select stuff just press A and to deselect it again press B. Y and X could be used for right clicking in the inventory. Here's a list of the controls: D-Pad: Right/Left arrows, switches between game interface. Up/Down/Left/Right, changes view on gamescreen, navigate menu's on pause menu. A: Select item, prayer, stat, etc. B: Deselect item, prayer, stat, etc. Y: Right click item X: Right click item L: Switch to gamescreen R: Switch to game interface Start: Pause game Select: Shares same use as A This layout probably wouldn't be too good for intense combat runs like GWD Boss runs or the TzTok-Jad, but it'd be alright for standard skilling. However, text based conversations would be impossible and voice chat would be the only method of talking.

Most Logs from a Single Tree?
When I first saw this thread a week or two ago, I started counting. One day when I found the Seers Mage Trees empty (as they almost always are at my time of day), I got 36 logs off of it with a rune axe and 92 woodcutting. Pwnage. Hope I can break that record in the future! :

Who would win....?
All barrows brothers vs eachother? (no pjing and not in multicombat) Who would be on top? Well, I'd say in the beginning, ahrims and veracs would dominate, but towards the end Guthans and Dharoks might start winning, and I say Dharoks would be the ultimate winner. All Dagannoth Kings vs eachother? (same rules) Dunno enough about these to say a useful opinion. Prime seems pretty powerful though. Kalphite Queen vs King Black dragon? I'm for the KBD because (1) Dragonfire is hell to anything without protection. Just look at a dragonfire shield's spec on any monster. Devastation! (2) Because of its other abilities to damage monsters and (3) Because KQ's prayers wont help it at all. Graardor vs Zilyana vs Tsutsuroth vs Kreeara? Don't know anything about these guys, sorry.

How many hours do you play runescape for?
Well, on week days I usually manange from 1 hour or maybe a bit more, but never more than 2. On weekends, well that's a different story. If I don't have to go anywhere, I usually can stay on forever. I played around 15 or 16 hours yesterday, but I can only manage that much on a Saturday. Normal weekends are the whole day or around 8 hours.

Whats wrong with mining?
Well, I think you know the answer most'll give you. The answer is simply that there's NOTHING WRONG with going for 99 mining. In fact, it shows you have more determination than those taunting you. But I found those type of people just plain stupid. Once I told a person I was going for 99 construction and he said that I wasn't rich, so I obviously couldn't make it. That's like saying that a miner going for 99 mining doesn't have a pickaxe. As I said before, they're just plain stupid and should be ignored.

Prayer is not easy....
Hoho, money doesn't matter? I beg to differ. Prayer, along with Construction, is probably one of the most expensive skills in the game. It can get into the 100Ms + easily, and it's hard as heck for F2P'ers to train. Going with double nats, you'll spend hours upon hours, days upon days, just getting the money. When you add the time it takes to click over and over (apparently 129k times), its just as hard, or even harder than other skills. Oh, and I'd love to add how many clicks it takes for construction. Going with the fastest methods at the lowest possible levels, the results are listed below: 6 clicks for 960 xp, 7 clicks for the oak planks again (not counting typing "16"). 6 clicks for removing the furniture too. 19 clicks per 960 xp, 1,096,278 - 18,247 = 1,078,031 / 960 * 19 = 21,337 6 clicks for 1.2k xp, 7 clicks for the oak planks again (not counting typing "20"). 6 clicks for removing the furniture too. 13 clicks per 1.2k xp, 13,034,431 - 1,096,278 = 11,938,153 / 1.2k * 19 = 189,021 Uh oh, get ready for heck peoples. Without banking or the first 33 levels (which really is pointless to add), you get 210,358 or an estimate of about 212k clicks to get the 99 starting from 1. May be more than prayer, but it seems faster, mostly because you can talk to NPC's (or have to) while training.

Why do people look down on skill capes?
Well, this makes me think. If everyone flames you or someone else for having 99 fletching and cooking because they are just soooo easy, why wouldn't they have gotten the 99's already? I doubt anyone who has actually gotten a 99 will flame someone for getting a 99 too, because they would know the hard work that goes into getting that skill cape, no matter which one it is. Ditto. I love Construction, and its taking a while to get the skill cape so far. :wall:

Whip. Shared Exp or Not Shared Exp?
Never once purposely used shared on any weapon. I just didn't like the idea of leveling all my levels 3 times slower, even if it meant all 3 of them leveling at once. Hmm, now that I think of it, that'd be pretty cool, but on topic, no, you should'nt use shared if you're planning to use a whip. Go with a dragon or obsidian weapon.

Blackmarks...
Well, anything related to your personal or real life life isn't allowed on RuneScape. RuneScape's rules are pretty strict, so you should watch what you say. As for the Asian remark, that's accusing JAGeX of racism. I am Asian too and have been reported once, but JAGeX accepted my appeal and I currently have 0 blackmarks. I'm not too sure about the 2 blackmarks you gained through that offense, but an offense is an offense. Sorry mate, guess you'll be more careful next time.

Terrible naming of items
Well, I don't much have a problem with the metals, cause really, I don't much use adamant anymore. Plus, I knew that DDS's still exist and do exist cause I had one before and after the update! The major problem I see with this is in Construction. Construction flatpacks have really really messed up names. One even had 3 apostrophes in it. "Oak Ar'm'r C'se" or something like that. JAGeX might be able to do something like add tags, but so far their search system is still based on the names of the items (that they make up!).

Construction Advice.
You gots everything right there. No need for any complex calculations or formulas for this! Whew! Unless you want to be dragging your hiney making decorative rocks for 100xp each and only 500xp per run, you gots to go for the oak planks. Soz mate.

30-75 cons?
Before I get into training, I'd like to say that last time I checked, you still have 30 construction and 13,426 construction xp! But nevermind that, onto the gilded altar. What you said about needing 75 Construction for it is incorrect. Once you have completed the Evil Dave subquest for the Recipe For Disaster, you can use the Evil Stew for a +6 bonus along with a crystal saw for +3. The quest guides for these two items can be found here: Zybez Guide to Evil Dave RFD Sub-Quest Zybez Guide to Eyes of Glouphrie Quest These 2 bonuses allow you to build a gilded altar at a much earlier level, 66. At level 69 (64 with crystal saw and previous tea bonus) you can build teak shelves 2, which require a gold leaf (130k) but give a +3 bonus. It requires no quest and is easier to obtain than the Evil Stew, so I recommend that for you. For training it from 30 to 66, I'd build decorative rocks until level 33. Then build and remove oak larders with the Cook as a servant. If you are stopping at 66, get a normal butler and leave it at that. The cost I've calculated with the different methods is listed below: From level 30 to 33: Limestone Bricks: 245 Cost (Market Price): Varies, click here for the Grand Exchange link. Cost (Bought from Keldagrim): 21 gp Runs to be done: 10 From level 33 to 66: Oak Planks: 7648 Cost (Market Price): Varies, click here for the Grand Exchange link. Cost (Sawmill): 250 gp Runs to be done: 478 Gosh that took a while. Just click on my siggy to check out a detailed thread on how to train construction! Good luck! P.S. Oh, and unless you don't buy any of your planks and make them all on your own and not build anything in your house, you cant get the needed level with 3M. Infact, you might not even make it to 66 if you want to spend the money on the things for your gilded altar! Be ready to spend cash on Construction, its a mighty expensive skill.
