  1. Not in Pvp worlds.
  2. The Hexhunter Bow is probably the strongest weapon. It hits rapid, accurate 400s any magical creatures, including turning 80% of the bosses into a complete joke of a fight. If I had the fortune to steal acquire the bow from someone who had 99 slayer, I would probably stop Dungeoneering right then and only return when I had 99 range to actually use it.

Damn, I'm impressed that you're trying him with those stats. The best of luck to you. Are you using the pillars for healing, especially during his melee stage? At the melee stage, if you trap him behind a pillar, then you can simply take a step back whenever you need to heal. Not being attacked while healing saves a lot of Hitpoints (and subsequently Brews) , but just be sure to let him whack you once every few seconds. I'd also recommend dropping the Ranging potions in exchange for more Saradomin Brew (though take a sip before you confront him), as the boost doesn't last very long, the drinking can be a hassle, and a good portion of your damage comes from the specials anyway.
  4. The recharge cost really isn't an issue. It's like 60k an hour for the use of an amazing weapon.
  5. Nah, just use Piety.
  6. Spoken like a true elitist. Although, from the perspective of said maxed folks, this really is true. Lower leveled guys can do just fine, especially with the dungeon scaled to them. Good luck getting a team based on that idea though. The scaled levels a team recieves is pretty trivial. Not to mention higher levels generally have higher non-combat stats, which is an important asset even when you're not keying.
  7. As a Level 112, I hang out with a 135+ Combat 80+ Dungeoneer clan. Most of them are pretty willing to try a game or two with me, despite the Combat level, so it could be worth your time trying to snag a game or two.
  8. I know, but for whatever reason, some people just don't like to team with other people. May as well help them out.
  9. But he's soloing. Sure, it'd be more efficent to do the higher floors with a team (I personally follow the exact same method), but...
  10. Your method is solid. Regarding the floor to stop rushing on, could you tell me how about fast you complete each of the settings you do, and the approximate Prestige experience (the second one)?
  11. Darn. Hmm, maybe I could let him whack me once every few seconds, and just spam Ambush with my Kyatt. Thank you though.
  12. Promethium (the Tier 10 Metal in Dungeoneering) is a very Radioactive element in Real Life. Somewhat fitting, considering the corrupted and warped nature of Deamonheim.
  13. Hey. I'm currently fighting Nomad, and I've managed to get to his Melee stage twice. I've been using the Pillars for healing, but when he gets to his melee stage, it acts like a full safe spot. I wasn't sure, however, if Nomad would call me Coward and teleport back to the center if I exploited this safespot, so I simply went to the open and let him whack me. My question is that if I'm attacking Nomad, but he can't strike me back, will he call Coward and heal? Or can I just safespot him the entire Melee segment of the fight without worry? Thanks, 42 Cookies.
  14. Nice guide, although I personally won't be using it for a while (Only 112 Combat). Just a note for everyone without Super Antifires, Protect from Magic and and a regular Antifire completely negates the Dragonfire attack, making Super Antifires uneccesary (as you're praying Magic anyway).
  15. That would be the Furnished floors, I believe. But really? You'd rather give up your defensive for whatever power the Flameburst and Hailstorm provide together? It's an average of an extra 20 damage per combat round...
  16. Well hold on, how do you know the defensive value of the Cockcroach Soldier, and how said defensive value would come into play? If the calculation regarding defense isn't a completely linear relationship with your attack level, then your results could become skewed.
  17. A 15-20% increase in strength or attack does not alone jusify losing the ability to hit weak points on all the monsters.
  18. I'm going to try that with a team sometime and see their reaction.
  19. It is, actually. Training Dungeoneering is more time consuming than I realized, and considering a lot of the Runescapian population hates the skill, we'll probably have a monopoly on those dragon for a while (There are more peope with 85 Dungeoneering than there are people with 99 Runecrafting).
  20. I'm calling it now: Medic will be the most useful attribute in teams. 50% extra healing is too good to resist. Only when you heal OTHER players, which nobody really does. Because there was no incentive to do so other than being slightly faster than trading. But with a 50% boost attached to it, I would not be surprised if teams started giving food to a dedicated Medic.

  22. Perferring Bobby Kotick to Mod MMG for being the head of Runescape is like perferring Satan to a kitten as your pet simply because the kitten occasionally peed on your carpet, where as Satan has not personally done anything bad to you at that current time.
  23. There is the possiblity of not making all of the unique rewards equal in likelihood, especially the more expensive ones.
  24. Before I go on the official forums, I will now predict what people are complaining about. - Treasure Trail everytime: IT"LL CRASH THE ECONOMY, MAKE ALL THE DROPS WORTHLESS -Dungeoneering exclusives: LOL TRYING TO PROMOTE YOUR FAIL SKILL, GF JAGEX -WoM: REQUIREMENTS ARE TOO HIGH/LOW, WHO DO YOU THINK PLAYS THIS GAME Everything: COVERING UP YOUR CONSPIRACY FOR THE CLIMBING BOOTS? LOL EVERYTHING IS FAIL. Let's see how well I do.
  25. He was obviously continuing his line of thought from his previous message "But I enjoy disowning them". You took that horrendously out of context. As for farming, I didn't like it originally, but it's rather grown on me.
