Ya i wouldnt bother in killing them unless your doing something and they cant be trapped easly.

BGS spec is highly underrated, as seen there ^ A good spec on any boss/player will make the fight VERY easy from there on. The spec is not for damage dealing, it does have a small damage increase, but it's the stat nerf you want. Never upgrade to ZGS unless you play CW more than anything. For the average player, NO it is not worth it. Someone with your stats does alot more training than boss hunting, I don't know whether or not you PK, but any GS but SGS is not worth it unless you do ALOT of boss hunting or PKing. Although, if you're loaded with cash (50-100m+) and have nothing to use it on, sure, buy one. They can be very fun to use when you first get your hands on them, I remember I couldn't come to my senses and use a whip over a GS for a week when I first bought a GS. T'was too much fun :D The first good answer(which states some good reasons). Thank you. I will probably end up buying one to try it. i would go for the iron and keep any gems you get and leave them uncut and sell them aswell.

Its not that they are a more common drop...But the mid lvl monsters that drop them have become much easier to kill then they were in the past. Whips God Swords, Barrows brothers gear, all these things werent around when the half keys were created. They have been out since rs1 days.

Has anyone tested out the time spent risking 75k vs. potential drop value? Example how much time has to be spent risking 75k to be able to get the top drops?(fury, dragon full helm, dragon fire sheild) Also i have never seen it myself but is a whip on the drop table?

There is something next to the hellhounds in the traverly dungen. It should be straight forward as to what it is because you can see the icons of an arrow(range shop) and another icon i couldnt figure out.

My guess is that they will just be adding in things that should already be there. Nothing new but resorting old information. I hope not but thats my guess. It would be nice for some new high lvl ore to come out.

Try the loot share worlds with lots of people on them. Or make a post on the RSOF and try to set up a trip.

There are other monsters that good things also but like other people have said you should raise up your slayer lvl

I cant see your sig as I am at work. But not many monsters drop dragon items. Iron Dragons drop legs and skirt they are too high a lvl. Fire giants drop the med helm but its rare.

glory is just as good offensively. Keep whip. I agree i have a fury and i rarely use it because it lacks the tele's of the glory

good information. But it can be hard for people with crappy connections to pull off the trap.

I saw 2 chars, Well i think it most likely 1 guy on 2 pcs playing 2 chars at the same time. And he explained to me that he was training a summoning pure he was killing moss giants lootshare on in multi combat and the pure would get some of the char drops. So that is what that one guy did to get the charms to his pure.

i think Jagex turns a blind eye or doesnt realize that junk trading it going on. I think its more of the blind eye as in if the players want to sell tons of junk and a player is going to buy that said junk then whatever will be will be.

mini games are added fun to keep the game from getting borring. They can be a nice change of pace.

yes my friend dragon claws cost too much for you to buy. Maybe a whip would fit the bill for you. Its 1mil and hits fast.
