Couple of Leveling Questions
Someone must bring a ranged weapon. However if you use the cc, everyone uses the same world, including hybrids/tribrids who bring ranged.

Dragonkin usage?
Yes get the levels to open them up, and I'd calculate the xp for them at 92-93-94 prayer and see how close to 95 you should start doing effigies.

Item help
No xp, but more cash than just cleaning. It's a not entirely inconvenient way of making additional money (if you are cheap enough to clean herbs you certainly need this).

Nex FFA?
I don't think lootsharing is the way to go - if you can find a perm team, you should definitely take the effigy drops and just ffa with trust. Ask A Final Name about this.

Item help
Moved to Help&Advice :). To answer your question: the spectral spirit shield offers +30 magic defence and decent all-round melee/ranged defence with no attack bonusus. The arcane spirit shield offers the same stats, besides having only +3 magic defence and +20 magic attack. 96 herblore costs in excess of 200m.

Aye I second Sy in this, vyres are anything but low-level cash monsters. I take ~45 minutes to kill the 50 I need for a flail charge using turm/extremes/bandos etcetera.

Moved to the Graveyard advice section :). I'd go for 45, see how you like that, you can always get 95 later but protect prayers are just nice.

80-90 Magic
I used paws for string amulet, it's fast and easy and I can recommend it :thumbup:.

Time to upgrade?
Interestingly there is a point where attack > strength, and this is when fighting a target of unimaginable defence that has only 1 constitution. A defence pure would be the closest approximation of this you are likely to find in actual play. However no defence pure has health low enough to allow one-hitting very much, so that case is not yet extreme enough.

D scim + D Def, SS, or God Sword for Str training?
GE has prices at about 5 mil :sad: For these rates, are they calculated or theorized? It seems like under different conditions (defense of monsters/attack/etc), one would outweigh the other. I think if one's attack level is high enough and the monsters def is low enough - the SS would probably be better. However, if one's attack is pretty low and one will train slayer and occasionally get monsters that are a good amount of level higher plus have pretty good defense - the dscimmy + ddef would probably be better. I've seen people selling them at 2m, but that was a few days ago. It's true that on higher defence the defender has the advantage, however few slayer monsters (and no powertraining monsters) actually have high defence: waterfiends, metal dragons, black dragons, wyverns. Of these, the first you would use an ss for (crush), the last you would use a shield on (korasi's) and the others you would stab (korasi's). The dragon scimitar doesn't really come into it.

D bone prices?
Black demons are 100k melee xp, 60k ranged xp, 2/3rd effigy, 120+ crimson charms per hour and at least break-even (2k cannonballs + pots = ~800k/hr (overloads), which is around 150 ashes banked).

Conquest help
It does matter. Your champion can no longer tank all hits, which makes them decidely weak. No proper knight player would have trouble threatening two champions or using chastise - the bane of champions.

SS isn't very high atm, I'm pretty sure you can get one for 3m. Just use it, if you got 10m anyway. As Jac posted, it's the best xp.

High Alchemy value
Ancient statuette > onyx ring (i) > arcane = spectral = divine = elysian = blessed spirit shield = dragonfire shield. After that, no clue.

Bursting Charms For 99 Summoning.
It would, unless you had the agility for the floor spike jump + a stack of taverly tabs - not that it'd be great then. But if your killrate goes from 250 to 200, but you make 600k, that's not that bad of a tradeoff at lower incomes.

Range training help
If you're getting 90k xp there, you might be doing something wrong :unsure:. 2k cannonballs at ~25 xp each, would leave only 40k other xp with your primary weapon? You should use void ranged and either Karil's crossbow, a handcannon, or a rune crossbow w/ deflector. Be sure to pot up and use eagle eye. I don't think it's very afk though, go with chinning monkey skeletons.

Conquest help
That's an extremely outdated video. Champions have less health now, which means they will now be one-hit by knights. Halberds are much nicer.

Bursting Charms For 99 Summoning.
I wouldn't do waterfiends at your melees, that's for sure. Rock lobsters, if you are not 99 magic. But you are, so yeah. That pretty much leaves black demons. They are about as fast as bursting, but you range them. If you can't yak the ashes you won't break even, but you can probably either bank them with a war tortoise or just forget about them, and spend less money than barraging.

Time to upgrade?
Sure, go for it. If you are still low (<80) melees, and can take a grind (*cough* 99 fishing *cough*), you should imbue it as well. It's not expensive, and it saves quite a bit of time on the way to 99 slayer/max melees.

Grimy trawled all RSOF drop logs (at the time) and found a drop rate of ~1/90 for any item. Accounting for the fact that people are less likely to post drop logs without drops, we can say 1/1000 is a decent average for items.

Ranged/magic armour could require crafting, that needs a little boost as well. The level reqs could be a little higher, putting torva at 95 smith or so. I would say that a 100% drop makes bosshunting too boring, however a 1/10 drop could be nice. You would be dropping both the regular armours, and the LP-boosting variants, I understand? So you could have regular tassets, and tassets (b). The latter being assembled from unique untradeable drops and having, say, +50 lp boost or so? Torva would then be divided in torva (b) with the same stats as current, and purchaseable torva without an lp boost or with significantly reduced lp boost.
