And there is an additional cost to upgrade the top and bottom (100pts ea) from regular to elite. You can use it right now, and it would be less of a hassle. Making it a subforum won't do anything to change the activity. Whether it's a subforum or it's own forum, the only thing that will boost activity to it would be people actually caring enough to post there. When we had literature discussions into Varrock Library I know a lot of people hoped it would be the tiny spark necessary to keep VL going. It doesn't seem to be the case.

It's cooldown time makes it too impractical for everyday activities. (Training, boss fights, questing, etc) There are arguably other auras that would be more beneficial to survival that Berserker. It's pretty neat though.

Yeah but even with korasi brackish blade and ddef together, sara sword beats it in strength bonus until he can obtain/wield a chaotic rapier. EDIT: Crossed out korasi since OP can't use it.

To put so much work in redesigning the base kit itself and then slap on the symbols seems really strange to me. I agree that they look more "worthwhile" but that's really because of the fantastic work put into the basic kit itself.

Have you ever had to deal with the recovery system, where you've provided all the information that should vindicate you, only to be denied - or know someone who has? The recovery system is shoddy at best and that's where all this "paranoia" comes from. And it's a fact that high profile accounts, be it because of rank, their names, their wealth, or winning a contents like this, are prime targets. Though to be honest, high-target accounts seem to get better customer service and prevention, leaving the average player to slum in the nightmare of the inexplicable failed recovery zone.
