I hardly call 5k cwars games easy or fun. That's true for a lot of people...but it doesn't really address bruno's point. People will often seek the easiest way out regardless of how much they enjoy something. Just because you wouldn't doesn't really change that fact. Even if they cut the requirement in half that's still an ungodly amount of play time and people will complain that it's still too many games, etc etc etc etc.

TBH it was extremely hard to get through the supporting articles Muggi lists, especially because I think BD is a misogynistic dom (and a bad one at that), but if you can choke past that they're actually really interesting reads even if you don't agree with the lifestyle. Simply learning how different the dynamic is in those relationships (again, taking the bullshit man-is-god alpha spiel with a hefty grain of salt) is pretty cool. I will say that I brought up the subject with John to see how he felt about it. I started the discussion with a lengthy explanation of "this is not a 'subtle hint' or anything, yada yada." The discussion didn't get very far and asked why it was brought up. When I explained that it was the discussion I was having with Muggi a few months past that forced me to look at this aspect of relationships that I didn't know a lot about (which at the time he ignored me asking him to read it) he sort of just went "huh" and left it at that. He seemed uncomfortable with it, so I let it be. Figured if he was uncomfortable with it because of jealousy (highly doubtful), I already explained it wasn't any stereotypical female runaround, and if it was because it's something he considered then maybe he'll bring it up when he's more comfortable. Was about cuddling, several people answered it, the person who asked has still not responded to the answers. Not a lot else to linger on, unless you want to tell us about another drunken sexcapade.

Older women are more likely to settle than younger women because of societal pressures. They might be more jaded, but I sincerely doubt they're more dramatic. Women might hit maturity faster at a younger age than men, but simply put a girl in her 20's is still just a kid barely off her mother's skirts and doesn't know what the [bleep] she's doing in life. Older men might have an easier time with dependent women because of the whole daddy issues scenario but is that really something you'd want to deal with long-term? That sounds like a recipe for disaster. IIRC even BD acknowledges it's a responsibility to date younger women and one that first has to be demonstrated to the girl's parents/family at the same time as demonstrating it to the girl. You wouldn't have to deal with that crap with an older woman...but of course then it's more scary because you'd actually have to deal with them like an equal instead of a sugar daddy. Perish the thought. Could've swore your online dating experiments were for multiple short term relationships. That's not the case? o_O

Cradle robbing will likely give you more drama than dating more age appropriate, attractive women. You say biology, but it's a case where your biology is hurting more than helping. You are basically chasing pipe dreams when you could be preserving your "freedom" and still dating knock-outs who tend to be more independent, less clingy, or both. Especially given you pursue short term relationships mostly, a person losing their attractive qualities are far less pressing since you'll only be with them for a short time. If I understand your lifestyle and philosophy, isn't that better for you in the long run by a country mile? So yeah, that's why I sort of feel it's kind of an immature mentality. Younger women can find older men attractive, but most people want to be with people who are similar to them in appearance, status, and age. That's part of human nature. What makes no sense is assuming that just because I don't gush over a 45yr old means I judge an entire gender set because of that. I'm also confused because your statements seem to say that your 'high quality women' are primarily in a younger age set and will continually be from that younger age set. Even in polyamory that seems...shallow.

Tbh the christmas event was good. It was short, sweet, and fun. Getting all the gear for the kennel trading back the GoG was fun to me, and giving all the strays homes was nice. Why didn't you like it?

I don't think they'll have anything set to their standards of 75k/hr, which means we probably won't see 100K/hr rates for mousekey/hotbar/ahk users.
