Please just answer the questions at hand in accordance with the H&A Posting Guidelines by directly answering the TC's questions. If someone should or shouldn't do something, explain why. The reverse holds true for the TC: don't flame people for the suggestions they offer. Thanks for your cooperation :)

First, ftfy. Second, you would be hard-pressed to find any clan out there now that didn't have one or two members RWT'ing. As a result, you'd be downright foolish to blacklist any clan for the actions of only a few members within it. That's Jagex's job (and consequently, it's failure) to control. Just my personal opinion on this.

While not costume-room functional, a lot of it is stored by Diango (Notably the Queen's Guard and dragon sets). I did not know that. Thanks. I'm going to shuffle over to the shame corner now (and store some of this crap at diango's)

The idea of people reporting others for RWTing and the reported is innocent, yet the reporter gets a reward because Jagex failed to investigate properly makes me sick to my stomach. No thank you.

That was an amazing watch and it really has me excited for the graphical rework. Almost impossible to be upset with something like this when it looks so enticing. They did good work hyping it up and, by the looks of it, good work on the redesign itself! And they deserve some big credit on releasing this early to fansites, too...small steps on honoring their end of the fansite support system agreement. Thanks Jagex. (Don't go thinking I choked on those words, they deserved it here.)

He implied he created the fake image and url, beyond simply saying A heard it from B. Newb would never do that. People aren't perfect but when you place yourself in a public position in any way, you get harsh criticism. Just as you implied my dislike of his actions was overzealous. You see the connection. And I don't hate you for it. Just like I don't hate him. You and I, we're just critical. Shrug it off and move on.

That doesn't solve the reason behind the overcrowding issue, but I wouldn't be opposed to having a small amount of servers (1-3) operating like that.

In a LOT of cases, the time it would take to navigate to a bank and withdraw the proper spell runes is longer than simply using the lodestone network for almost everything it's connected to. So yes, a convincing argument can be made that it is a little imbalancing, even if you look at it from opportunity costs. But seriously it's not a big deal enough to start analyzing your runescape playtime down to the minute for everyday play...I mean come on.

Glad to hear it's a hoax but I don't really appreciate that he's trying to insult Newb by insinuating he deliberately created a hoax image, or that he's just parroting what he heard read elsewhere (consecrated pethouse). Is no one trained to be professional nowadays? Cause I was, and I'll take his job if that's such a hard thing for people to learn...

If it is a quest, I can only imagine how the Wise Old Man will play into it, after his most recent robbery of the Draynor bank. Don't he and the woman from that one quest say they're planning something bigger now? Eh. I'm trying so hard to stay positive.

We've not heard anything about scamming accusations nor is it in the least bit implied in the news post. So let's not jump to foolish conclusions.

It hurts morale so much. I particularly remember having to eat my words when 7 months(? ish) after free trade came out, they FINALLY released clusterflutter. We were left in the dark for so long with not even a slight teaser until the last month or two before release. It's just so soul crushing to wait so long without a peep from them. I think they tried to correct that with Optimus and Prime, but it's like they went too far in the opposite direction then. Now we know it's coming, but it's so far away that it's almost as defeating as the period pre-clusterflutter.

Slang terms are always fluid and changing in meaning, but that doesn't mean that people can still use a word that doesn't apply to the situation. In that sense, I agree with Crocefisso that people frequently use the word troll when they simply have no other means to counter what people are saying, or if what people are saying makes them particularly upset. That is a problem, because likely those who do that end up getting warned anyway - after all, if you're calling someone a troll, isn't that sparking a negative reaction and serving no constructive purpose...aka trolling? And that's where the education aspect comes in as a moderator, although as Crocefisso also pointed out, the education mods seek at this point in the process doesn't always pan out as hoped for. There really isn't a lot of alternative there. It's where articles like Crocefisso's come into play that hopefully spread awareness to spark the community to change itself. It doesn't have to be a jubilee event like a Breast Cancer Awareness parade, but a quiet individual choice to just try to use a different term for the common troll. Things like that can make a huge impact without people really even noticing it. (I realized I kind of addressed Crocefisso and decebal in one post with no distinction...sorry for the confusion @_@)

They still do that. No one cares about it though, in the same way no one cares if mass bot bannings happen, because it's a hollow gesture.

I just don't think Jagex has the ability to make a system so sophisticated that could make the distinction between a player making a potion for a skill door or a player at the start of the base killing all the resource spots while the rest of the team is 5+ rooms away. I still think it will enforce the wrong type of activity (doing things for the sake of being busy) but I see where you're coming from and at least the reasoning behind the suggestion is impossible to ignore. Well I just assumed you wouldn't make such a bold statement without first going out and experiencing at least a portion of the current community. >_>' I guess the "research" for such a thing doesn't really take more than 30 seconds to log in and see a ton of spammers autotyping "Sell Blablahleechteam - #1 clan of all time!@#!" Might have just been a personal hang-up then on my part not to look past that. I'm sorry @_@

An activity bar wouldn't do anything to stop leech dging, and it would simply hurt legitimate dg'ers more as a result. If we're sitting in one spot waiting for a 5th to gt to portals because he just had to clear a gd first, or someone is lagging/dc'd and there's literally nothing else to do until that person comes back, they suffer as a result. That's not good design. Having a blanket activity bar also encourages any type of activity rather than the "right" activity. A person could spend his time making zephyrium arrows because that's the best he can smith and still be considered as productive as the person who pathed out a quarter of the dungeon. Have you ever heard the term, "Busy idiot"? That's what the skiller making pointless resources is in this case. I, like you, think leech floors kill theme world dungeoneering and really hurt its mass appeal. But dungeoneering is already getting steady nerfs of difficulty over time alongside of excellent research done by dedicated groups making it easier by showing the right things to do. If you don't like it how is it on a theme world - and I don't blame you - join a clan. But don't gimp the skill in a misguided effort to save it. I suspect that you haven't explored anything beyond old world 117, and I highly encourage you to shed those old notions and join up with a group. You might soon come to sympathize with the people you feel are "too invested" to think differently about Dungeoneering. It might still be a trumped up minigame, but it can be very fun.
