  1. So much butt-hurt... Hey did you know spending time wisely has nothing to do with efficiency? Efficiency is all about banking on ones ego. Its dreaming up xp rates, working 9/5 for boss drops, preaching baseless spreadsheets, and telling everybody else they are stupid if they don't follow suite. And if you run out of money or somebody calls you out, just quit. Its efficient. Do you ever have anything nice to say about anything?
  2. I am overwhelmed by the irony.
  3. Sometimes I wish I had never taken a Logic and Reasoning class. There's so many fallacies in everyone's arguments in this topic :wall:
  4. The things people will do for an insignificant stat boost  *logs on to play MA for imbued rings*
  5. I have to thank you. Today at school we had to do mock state testing and the prompt for the essay was "Write about a time when you helped someone." I used your post and made up a 2 and a half page story about finding some homeless guy and buying him food. Thanks Serpent hahahahaha
  6. lol I remember the year prior to this post (2004) when I had bought a santa for 400k, realized I hated merchanting and sucked at it, and sold it for like 200k. Not long after, its price increased tenfold :wall:
  7. A fast, free, easy defender upgrade... I don't see why everyone's so upset >_> Would you rather this update never have been released?
  8. Fixed. OT: I had a snow today today and yesterday. By fix her shower, he also means work on her plumbing ;) ...in other, more positive news, I've been volunteering to work with underprivileged preschool children for about 6 hours a week. ...and back to negative news, those children make me sick <_< (literally. I've been sick for the past few days because they haven't learned to cover their mouths when they cough yet)
  9. It gets higher as you level up. Use an abyssal familiar cause it holds essences, and if your taking alot of damage go to world 70. Wouldn't a BoB familiar be better? I mean, a war tortoise can carry more essence than an abyssal familiar? essence can only be carried by abyssal familiars
  10. That photo enlargement seems unnecessary.
  11. This is a slippery slope fallacy.
  12. I conduct a multivariate analysis to discover the most effective and efficient decision for the situation.
  13. zuriels staff
  14. awesome, my long-term bodybuilding goal is bench 2x my bodyweight as well. I'm at 125 lbs, benching 150 right now.
  15. Somewhat simple question... what's the highest possible XP you can get for a single floor? Meaning, 5:5 large dungeon 100% completed at floor 60. Just curious.
  16. Gotta love the crowd's comments on the side of the fight
  17. It was just a simplified example off the top of my head.
  18. For example, if you're safespotting a 180 with a 360 behind it, rune c'bow won't reach far enough for you to be able to attack the 180 w/o being hit by the 360, whereas other weapons will
  19. rune c'bow has always been bad at fight caves because of its short range, making luring harder and therefore making you take significantly more damage (despite the fact that you get to use a shield). karil's xbow is probably the best weapon for fight caves still, but it's not the most cost-efficient. crystal bow is the best all-around weapon for the caves since it's still very powerful and has awesome reach
  20. barraging is better but, as you said-- any combat familiars at rock lobs mess up the spawns. the bunyip is the best familiar to use their because it always keeps you fully-healed, and if not you can use its scrolls to eat the 100% raw lobster drops. additionally, you can turn the raw lobsters into water runes while waiting for respawns to make extra money. and, it doesn't attract lobsters
  21. If your primary interest is barraging in CW, then you don't need to worry about herblore really... If you get 92 (?) summoning, you can summon wolpertingers which basically act as a stackable extreme magic pot, plus they boost your magic defense and are very powerful. Probably the best maging familiar for CW. Go kill two birds w/ one stone and mage rock lobs for magic and summoning xp. familiarization + battle robes + staff of light = cheap charms You could also consider casting spells defensively for def xp. prayer isn't much of an issue... leech magic is very nice though. Since you aren't doing 1-on-1 pking you don't really need leech energy or leech spec.
  22. Dude...the bottom of this sub-forum goes back to two months ago. I hardly think anything was necro'ed being only a few weeks from the previous post. If I responded to someone on the bottom of the first page, I'd still be responding to something that was written in September. Go figure...a forum full of nerds hardly uses the sports and fitness section. But how often do the OP's actually stick around? A couple days maybe?
  23. Already killed Nomad :( I'm guessing it's now impossible? I hate slayer-- I'd rather barrage rock lobsters for charms and collect effigies while I kill TDs :\
  24. It was 99 back in the day (with magic, at least), despite what the monster examine spell says.
  25. Not sure if you already did, but try killing four rats, each with a different style, at the lumbridge swamp. That worked for me 1. Make sure you're killing GIANT rats... it didn't count when I killed the tiny ones. Go kill them in Lumbridge swamp. 2. Don't change your attack style until after the rat has disappeared. If you kill it on accurate but switch to aggressive before its death animation is complete, it counts as an aggressive kill.
